Took my vehicle to these guys telling them that my transmission was toast and got a quote to get it replaced and I agreed to the price. They then spent the next two days hot rodding my truck around claiming they couldn't get the transmission to slip and then finally did on the second day. Then they proceeded to charge me 75 dollars to tell me what I already knew, That my transmission was toast. To boot they then gave me a higher price than quoted for a replacement. Ill take my business elsewhere thanks. And ill make sure everyone i know will never use your so called service. Absolute JOKE!!!!Service: Transmission

Monroe Transmission is the best. The guys are truly experts, they are very honest and you can tell that they care about you. We were driving through town on a trip home and had car trouble nearby. They were able to take a look at my car and diagnose my problem easily, they let me know the issue and told me that I was safe to drive home and take it to a shop nearer to my house. I really appreciate them, thanks!

Can't say enough good things about Monroe. They are honest and do great work. Over the years I've taken cars there and each time I got great work at a reasonable price.Recently took a car that has had some sort of occasional transmission issue and while they didn't find root cause they also would not take my money. My general auto shop charged several hundred dollars to tell me the same thing..

These guys are GREAT!!! I was having trouble getting a tail shaft bushing for my 02 Silverado. After checking everywhere in town and no one even being able to figure out which bushing i needed, they found it and did a great job of installing and honing it to fit my driveshaft.Highly recommend this shop!!!

Took care of me quick when other places not available for weeks. Took car same day and had it a couple days. Apparently challenging finding out what was wrong with my old car's transmission however conducted a service and seems to be running fine. Thanks and highly recommend.

Absolutely phenomenal service! I couldn't afford to bring my whole car in, so not being a normal thing for them, Dwayne the owner said it was okay for me to remove my own transmission and bring it to him. The big picture is, I took shortcuts to save myself some money, and Dwayne still treated me like a normal paying customer and still helped me out. Everybody there, Dwayne, Rich, and another guy(can't recall his name at the moment) were all extremely polite, nice, and treated me right! I will be back without a doubt! I recommend this place to anybody passing through or local, they don't take shortcuts, they do things right, and they treat customers right. Worth it, period.

I dropped off my truck for a Transmission service at 8:30 and it was ready by 2:30 that afternoon. The waiting area is clean and the service writer was friendly. The cost was around $275.00 plus tax which to me was a good value.

These guys are fantastic! My clutch went out suddenly, and these guys were super busy but took my jeep anyway and kept it parked inside the shop the entire week and ended up fixing it a week earlier than expected! Leaving California to drive to Wisconsin pulling a trailer with a car on it. We started to climb the mountains and poof, the transmission blew up. It was a Saturday and no one is open. Did some searching on the phone and looked up transmission shops in the area. I chose this one. I am glad i did. I live 2200 miles away and was at their mercy. I had my truck towed there sand dropped off. No one was there due to being closed. I had to deal with them on the phone due to me flying back to Wisconsin. They did fixed the truck within a week, parked it inside every night due to it being loaded with stuff. The best part of it was, i picked the truck up and drove it back to Wisconsin pulling a trailer with a car on it and made it back with no issues. It is very nerve racking driving up those three sets of mountain ranges to get home with a newly rebuilt transmission. Not knowing if it was done right and was going to not fail. Well it didn't fail and we made it home with no issues. Great job and it was a pleasure to work with you.

I have. Taken 2 of my dodge diesels to Monroe with the thought that i would be spending a giant amount of money. I even suggested that i could spend up to s certain amount.. They figured the exactly issue addressed it and i couldn't be happier. O referred my dad to take his truck there.. He did. And once again they they solved the problem and didn't take him to the bank. . if you are looking for a transmission shop to go to i recommend the guys at Monroe.
