Auburn RV provides quick and friendly service. I had my utility trailer bearings packed( inner and outer) and a rewiring.I saw that they have large shop facilities to work on bigger rigs.

Took our motor home in to have the steps repaired. They repaired them in a timely amount of time and worked with the insurance for repairs. Good job.

My wife and I drove nearly five hundred miles to buy a gently used travel trailer only to discover <after paying for it> that my electric connection to the trailer wasn't working (no running lights; no brake lights; no turn signal lights). The local Toyota dealer told me I'd have to wait over a week for service, but I'm only in the area for two more nights. I got a recommendation to ask Auburn RV Service Center, so I drove my Tacoma to beg them for help.Two guys dropped what they were doing and checked my fuses (nothing wrong) and checked the 7-prong connector (no power). One of them lay down to check the wiring underneath and discovered the connector had become unplugged. He reconnected it and made sure it was tight. Then, they said I was good to go.I went from thinking I was screwed and would have to stay in the area for a week or more to big smiles in 10 minutes flat.They took fantastic care of me. I'd wager they'll do the same for you. Two thumbs up!

Brought a new 2023 Toyota Highlander to them to have a Redarc Brake Controller installed. Turned into a major hassle as Toyota doesn t have a plug and play set up so everything had to be hardwired. Matt was careful and spent a huge number of hours making sure we had the right parts and spoke to both the Toyota dealership and Redarc to understand the set up and ensure my Toyota wouldn t burn up due to an improperly installed brake controller. I absolutely can t say enough good things about the job they did for me. Its rare to find a business which does such careful and excellent work. Can t recommend them highly enough. I will be returning with my trailer this fall for some other work.

Update: After our relationship went completely south, I expected that Auburn Rv would not make the repairs to my trailer and I would have to have it towed again and find a new place to get the repairs done. However a few days later the owner contacted me to let me know that my trailer was completely ready to go. They even gave me a deal to make up for my troubles. They were very mature and professional, a complete turn around.Worse than I ever could have imagined!! I was nice about the fact that they took over a month to get my camping trailer repairs started despite promising me it would be ready by my next trip date. I didn t even complain that I would be tent camping unexpectedly. But then I went remove items from the trailer and it had been robbed! The owner refused to work with the sheriffs department so that I could file an insurance claim. Instead I was yelled at on the phone and hung up on repeatedly. I have never worked with I m more unprofessional company. Be aware that they have no fencing and their cameras don t work.

Matt and the team at Auburn RV were very helpful and friendly and were able to finish the work on our trailer in a timely manor. They were easy to work with and very professional! We will definitely bring our trailer back for services and repairs. Thanks guys!!

Fantastic. Fixed our roof correctly. We had a new roof put on our truck camper on the east coast. The roof was installed incorrectly. Service techs identified the install issues, explained what was done wrong, and fixed it the same day we brought it in... they did a fantastic job and I would recommend this place as a first choice for service or repairs.

I took my neighbors trailer in for repairs after a minor incident in our neighborhood. I told them that I wanted to pay it privately because I didn't want to pay for it got years through insurance.They took great care to not invite additional expenses which included having family bring something from the bay area instead of incurring a $600 shipping charge. All in all, it came to less than half what we expected, and the quality was good.It did take them longer than expected, but they truly did the job economically and well, and I am thankful for that.

Matt and Ryan are awesome! They helped me solve an issue with my Duramax s 7-way harness that had a bent tab. I dropped in without an appointment and they stopped what they were doing to help me. Talk about great customer service! Thanks again guys!

I would not advise doing business with Raye at Auburn RV. I have a brand new Travelite Camper in which the Dometic Fridge has stopped working. I took my camper to Raye as they are a recommended service center for Dometic. The appointment was for warranty repair. Raye had the camper for 5 days. When I picked up the camper she told me that either Dometic would send a new cooling unit or entire new fridge.It has now been six weeks since I dropped it off and have called about 4 times times to get an update and sent a couple of emails.Raye refuses to return my calls or emails. I am now taking the Camper to another vendor to do the warranty work.Just a simple call back to let me know that the new fridge or part is on order would be nice. I even went as far as asking if Raye would give me the order / RMA number such that I could call Dometic on her behalf just to get an idea on how long we would have to wait, and she refused to do this.It is my belief that Raye and her team never looked at the defective fridge, nor ordered the part.That is why I am suspecting that she will not return my calls.I was hoping , based on all the positive reviews, that Auburn RV would be my choice for Camper repair. But I will look elsewhere.

I have had a lot of work done at Auburn RV but had moved away and just moved back into the area. I recently needed some help putting a hitch receiver on my car and a handicapped carrier for my husbands scooter. They were just a wonderful as I remembered and took great care of me. The other day I needed another adjustment for the tie downs for the carrier and when I went in they once again gave me excellent service. I highly recommend them for any type of RV work and I appreciate that they are great at what they do. Thanks everyone!

I brought one of my tandem axle, hydraulic, dumping trailers in for routine maintenance. Hitched it up and it wasn't working. Warren performed some troubleshooting for nearly an hour. It was a fuse in my truck. They serviced my trailer, found the issue in my truck which was not part of the scope of work I hired them for. They replaced the fuse and did not charge me for that labor and material. Great crew over there.

Wow was my trailer a mess drover under a tree and tore half the roof off along with my ac my insurance company gave me Auburn RV's number to get it fixed and I just pick it up today and it looks good as new they dealt with my insurance company and got everything back to new condition I could not have asked for better service. I will be back anytime I need anything done to my RV.

These folks are the most awesome, honest and fair RV repair team EVER!!!I m sad that we don t get to see them anymore because we recently sold our moho(which they helped us with) and we are moving outta state.

Always great service, good inventory for such a small shop. Maybe a little pricey but I like to keep my money local so it goes back into our community and trying to run a small business in the Republik of Kalifornia is hard enough. I like that they stand behind the products they sell. Thanks ARV!

I'm very inexperienced when it comes to trailers wiring and I brought my disabled veteran Father's Dodge Ram1500 to this shop for help and they went out of their way to make it all possible so that I can drive my father with his trailer to La Paz Baja California(23.5 hour drive) where he has been living for 30 years. He had a stroke a year ago and is confined to a wheelchair and lost movement of his left leg and arm, and told me "Buddy, I want to live out my final time and die in Mexico". And that's the plan, and this shop is a lifesaver.Greatly Thankful,Charles(Dad) & Brandon(Son) Frazier

Had an appointment for 9:00. Have to wait in Starbucks because they have no area. Called at 11:30 to see if done. They said we'll call you. Walked down at 1:00 and it had not been touched. I left.

A great local place to get parts. Sometimes cheaper than Amazon. I have not used their repair services but they have had every part that I've needed to do my own repairs.

No call backs ever... even with your trailer being in their possession. Communication skills lack big time and made me feel uneasy. Going elsewhere.

Because i needed recall work done which wouldnt bring them much money i was just dissed.
