Trust worthy auto shop! Definitely always come here for any problems you may have with your car. They got me in and out quickly and back on the road! Helped me because I m just traveling for work and needed the car fixed same day.

Beware! Damage was caused to my vehicle by this shop. The worst part is that they would not take responsibility. Even worse they wanted to fix the damage, that they caused, but wanted to charge me for it. have not taken my car to Star Automotive since.

My car's brakes started making a strange sound and I knew it was time to get them checked out. I took my car into Star Automotive where they fixed it in no time. The brake repair service was efficient and their prices were very fair. I love that Walt is friendly, knowledgeable, and always able to fix my car quickly. I don't know what I would do without the Star Automotive team!Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair

Our family has been taking our vehicles here for over 20 years. Never had a negative experience. Walt and his crew have always done right by us. I recommend them to everyone.

I had an issue with my Honda CRV, clattering/chattering noise coming from under the hood. Been new to Newbury park, asked a colleague if he knew any shop he could recommend..They were not able to fix the Chattering sound,,, latter a chance meeting with a mechanic solved it in a matter of seconds. Was related to a fuse that was set up for the Auto Head lights on when the car starts. Just removed the fuse and the noise stopped.Next was an issue with the back right door, the latching apparatus was not working . They ordered a set (two/pair), charged me for the set , used only one, then, they kept the other one. ...

Excellent work by an honest and hardworking group. Would recommend STAR to anyone who needed work done. Cost is very fair and they are very accommodating for drop off and pick up.
