I needed a part for my propane water heater, & didn't have time to get it before leaving home. Fred ordered it without asking for a deposit. On my way to Desert Hot Springs, he met me at Peggy Sue's Diner, installed the part quickly, then made sure my water heater worked before he left. In every contact, he was pleasant & made every effort to give great service. Today, he was my hero. If I ever need service in this area, he will definitely be the one I call.

engine light came on at Tehachapi...called Fred - he was on another job but said if we could go eat lunch he'd get to us... we did. He met us/checked RV engine completely... the valve sensor thing under RV had been knocked off -told him we'd run over a dead animal in the road.. probably knocked it off. He didn't have one but said get one put on when you get home. My hubs mentioned our furnace issue... we'd had another repair guy look at in Sacramento [$750 min rep - we bought space htr]. Fred fixed it in 5 min -- couple of wires not tightened and screw loose on ctrl board. Fred is a good guy - not out to cheat people who're in a bind. Out of town and don't know anyone. CALL FRED!

Fred done a good job replacing my sink faucet in the bathroom, air conditioner gasket, and weatherize the roof of my Rv! If I need anymore work on my RV I sure will be calling Fred.

We recently were traveling to so cal. When our serpentine belt tore. We were broke down on the i15 and in a bad spot! Made it to a truck stop luckily. A close friend referred Fred to us and we gave him a call. Fred got us up going in about an hour or so! He knew exactly what size belt we needed! THEN, he followed up we us to check if we were okay AND he called my close friend as well to let him we got back on the road. You are a great guy Fred and I highly recommended you to my camping group! Thank you so much! You da man !

This young man is by far the best person to call when you are having trouble with your RV. I was an out of Towner and he made me feel so comfortable as to I was going to be ok. He did not leave until the job was done. Stayed in constant contact ,and well informed. Really really highly recommend Fred for ANY RV troubles you might have !!! I have never left a review before but this guy is the real deal !!!!! Thank you Fred . Very reasonable too.

Absolutely a life saver. Fred was a professional and a great man. If you have an issue Fred can fix it, and with a smile. We had like 70 mph wind here and he fixed our problem while laughing and being positive. Very real dude, we need more men like him in the workforce

We had landing gear issues as we set up in Barstow late on a friday night. He truly was the weekend hero. Arrived with in an hour of calling him, diagnosed the issue with one of our landing legs and researched the part. Had us a replacement on Monday afternoon, had it installed and we were able to resume our trip the next morning! Awesome and Quick as it could be.

This business WAS my weekend hero! Answered the phone and came out on Sunday (slide wouldnt go in). Needed a part, so also was a weekday hero. Reasonable price also!

Top service! We zijn super geholpen door Fred en Cameron.Helaas hadden wij schade aan onze gehuurde RV. De spiegel aan de passagierszijde was kapot (en het glas was helemaal verdwenen). Cruise America liet ons aan ons lot over en het was al vrijdagmiddag. Veel RV repair shops waren dicht of konden ons niet helpen.Maar Fred hielp ons fantastisch. Hij was zelf op vakantie maar kon adhv foto's wel aangeven dat hij een tijdelijke oplossing kon realiseren. Hiervoor mochten wij langskomen en Cameron, die verderop in de straat woont, heeft ons super geholpen met een tijdelijke spiegel. Daarmee konden we doorrijden naar een Cruise America-locatie (op uren rijden afstand) voor een nieuwe spiegel.Nogmaals bedankt, Fred en Cameron! Fred, echt heel fijn hoe je meedacht. En Cameron, je hebt super netjes gewerkt!
