I stopped late in the middle of the night while on a long road trip. The prices were decent and they had a large variety of snacks and beverages. It's most memorable because the guy behind the counter was very talkative and funny. The restrooms were very clean also. While seemingly not a tourist trap destination it was a nice stop on a very long trip.

WE LOVE ADAM!!! Adam is one of the kindest, sweetest, most caring person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He made sure that we were safe and went above and beyond to provide the best customer service and human kindness. We had an unfortunate series of events and he provided excellent service and helped us. It was like 3 in the morning on a holiday, and he had the brightest smile on his face, he was so kind to me and I will never forget him :) he is an amazing person and a dedicated hard worker, anyone would be lucky to meet him. :) Adam, thank you so much for all of your help, and I hope you have the brightest future and we will never forget you :) <3

Cleanest bathrooms in town. The 2 women working are awesome. They love breakfast. Also bought a Selena shirt. They have a great selection. The views are epic. Sun was hot wind was chilly. They also have a cafe. Pretty much everything you d ever need. There was a really large semi tracker trailer. I m looking forward on returning. Great service. Great people. They had plenty of diesel. Stopped here during a Jonas brothers video. On our way to Las Vegas but first stopping in Baghdad cafe which is a few minutes away. If you love trains, you ll be happy to know that you can see the trains passing by. Lots of train cars. UntilNext time. I appreciate the good times. Sending love and light. Until next time. I can t wait to be back.

The most expensive fuel and snacks you can find but at least it was No. 2 diesel. Only 1 windshield washer had dirty liquid in it and a worn out squeegee. Usually means poor management.Dirty inside so I wouldn't have eaten there and the cafe was closed at normal business hours anyway.

Friendly staff and clean bathrooms. Cute Newberry Cafe Mexican Restaurant connected to the store. Cowgirl burritos & tacos are good here. Not open until 11am though so they miss out on selling A LOT of breakfast burritos to passing traffic on the I-40 where they could be signs up & getting free advertising, such a shame.

The gas was expensive, but the Mexican food in there is really worth it. Tacos are great and people working there are really nice.

Just moved to the area and saw the reviews about the Mexican food cafe. It was amazing! I highly recommend them. Everyone here is so nice!!!

The restaurant here is definitely worth the stop. The gas stations prices are high but they're one of three gas stations for miles in any direction. Store is always kept clean and the staff here are great. Especially the night shift.

Bathrooms clean. Staff is friendly. Newberry Springs Cafe is attached to the store. Try the "cowgirl burrito" it excellent! They have great tacos as well.

Got my credit card info stolen here. DO NOT PAY WITH CARD!!outside pumps weren't taking card so I went inside to pay with card. I actually thought to myself "damn this looks like the type of place I'd get my identity stolen" but brushed it off because I didn't have cash on me & needed gas.Literally within an hour of driving, I got several alerts of transaction attempts. Had to cancel my card and have a new one sent. 10/10 certain it was the card reader here.

Needed gas. Not too over priced. Nice lady inside. Restroom was clean. I'd stop there again. Easy on and off the 40 Westbound.

Clean store , clean restrooms , friendly and courteous sales clerk. The only place you want to stop if traveling this area. The other places are nasty.

You'd think a little Mexican restaurant inside a gas station in the middle of the desert wouldn't be any good but it's one of my favorites! This is where I first had quesabirria. Amazing!

The "big man" Mathew is an awesome dude that works here flat out. This is my first time here and I saw available parking, plus a 24 hour open sign. Pulling in looks shady BUT I'm glad because that means less big rigs to find this oasis on the 40. I mean clean restrooms, very well organized store, friendly Mathew up at the counter greeting you with a smile and real friendly. I dont know how much he is getting paid but maybe a raise in the future? The place is awesome. I dont know if I have ever been so impressed walking into a place at the cleanliness, organization, just wow. Better than the majority of Pilot, TA, Petro, and Loves truck stops I normally stop at. Last things just this is my new stopping spot, and please uh... slobs, dirty truckers with no respect for public property.. dont come here and trash the place. Shady looking parking lot or not, at least there is no trash, or piss puddles here. I'd like to keep it that way.

I give them 2 stars because the store is fairly clean, otherwise I'd have only given them one star. Item at this store are extremely expensive meaning I have noticed as much as 1000% markup on items like drinks and bread, i know this because they sometimes forget to remove the price tag for what they bought the items for in neighboring Barstow, not to mention gas here is one of the most expensive priced in the NATION, if not the highest.

Perfect spot- not too busy & fairpriced gas. Easy off easy on. Grab some tacos freshly made if you got an extra minute to spare!

Nice little store with a terrific restaurant attached. It was worth waiting to fill up if you can over that long stretch in between Arizona and California.

This Chevron location now has a little Eatery called Newberry Cafe, the cafe has yummy food and a nice variety at great prices for the locals and travelers alike. The Eatery is nice and clean and the service was excellent.

Good place to stop by for quick gas fill. Just like other Chevron's, this one is also pretty pricy.

Very friendly staff. Decent prices. I try to use this place for my 10 hr breaks if possible as the truck parking area is big, dark and quiet!

Nice spot to stop. Dirt lot out back for big trucks easy on and off the interstate. Very clean and good selection of drinks and snacks

Long day traveling stopping here for bathroom and goodies...we REALLY appreciated the sanitized bathrooms, great music playing, and friendly, polite Matt, who served us. Its a favorite stop along I-40.

This place owned and operated locally. However because of its proximity to the middle of nowhere, and the very limited options available, prices here tend to run quite a bit more than what is average. The store is usually very clean.

U will get RIPPED OFF here. All the gas pumps are broke and the only ones that do work are rigged they only pump half the fuel but charge u full pop my vehicle only takes 80 to fill up and I put 80 and didn't even get a half of a tank. And all they say is "ohh well have a nice day" plus the girl working there is the most incompetent person I ever came across. Dont know nothing about anything. THEIVES.
