Very good shop. Newark Tire & Auto Service helped me TWICE to take nails out of tires WITHOUT charge. Team on the shop are very professional and efficient as well. Tire was well repaired and balanced. I am so happy to have this shop in my neighborhood. Definitely recommended.

These guys are awesome. Fair and they don't rip you off. My brake line snapped they fixed it free of charge and then scheduled me for new rotors and brakes the following day. They did an excellent job at a good price.

I am thankful for great service and good pricing. I had a pothole blow out my tire, this auto company ordered my new continental tire 22" rims, balancing and wheel alignment for an awesome price. Great service and personal touch!

Went here last minute trying to find a solution for a flat tire I had. Newark Tire & Auto Service provided fast and excellent customer service! The individual working there was so helpful, and got me set up right away to change my tires and alignment. Highly recommend them!

First time in with the new ownership in place. I ve been coming here for over 3 decades, and since the original owner. I found today s emergency visit pleasant, and feel that the new ownership and their manager Kyle, will win over the community with their highly customer centric approach in handling people with car issues. I spent about 2 hours there waiting for an unexpected repair to complete, and observed the positive interactions with arriving customers. Keep up the good work!

Super job by these guys on my Alignment. Super friendly respectful Service and reasonably priced. I get the impression they value customer service and look after your vehicle. I will definitely use them in the future now I know they are there.

I arrived early in the morning to have my tires inspected since the tire light had been on for several days. This is a rental vehicle and I do too much driving to risk having a blown out tire. Jimmy assisted me in the office and was professional, respectful. He took my concerns with the utmost care and had the vehicle repaired very quickly.

Fastest service bringing in my car on two flats after having an incident occur just half a mile away from the shop; took only 1 hour to install two new tires and perform an alignment. Very satisfied with service and got a great price.

I had an 8:30 a.m. appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and I was done by 9 a.m. I was most impressed with the friendly customer service and their commitment to providing an excellent process and product. The waiting room was very clean and comfortable!

What a great place! I got a flat tire just down the street. Was able to barely make it and the staff (shoutout to Kyle) got me in and out within an hour. They didnt even have the tire I needed in house, so they had to go to their distributor to pick it up. Again, I was in and out within an hour! They even called my warranty and got it 100% taken care of. Didnt have to pay a cent. Thanks so much guys!

Promptly began service of my car at appointment time. Provided objective diagnosis of mechanical issues, estimates for other possible future repairs. Service writer, mechanic, and receptionist were all pleasant, professional, and happily answered any questions I had. Nice clean shop.

I have brought several of my cars to Newark Tire and Auto for random services including alignments and misc maintenance tasks. I been going to this establishment for roughly 7 years and I have been extremely pleased and satisfied with the quality of work and customer service provided. The boss is always friendly and ready to answer any questions you may have. If you need a reliable shop that you can 100 % trust with your car, Newark Tire and Auto is your place. I recommend this shop to all my friends, family, and coworkers that live near by.

David was very helpful and attentive to our vehicle..not only did he do the oil change he also alerted us about our brake sensor which we are thankful and saved our life from a bigger problem..will definitely come back.. I recommend this place!

I don't know why this place has a great review. Please AVOID this place if you are local. I went in for a flat tire, the guy was super rude never introduced himself, never asked my name or how I am doing. They quoted $45, which seems quite expensive but I was willing to pay. While they are working on it, the guy comes to me and says 'Oh your alignment is slightly off, we recommend doing an alignment', I asked how off is it? the guy was like a little bit on the front, so I asked how much and they said 109 or something, so I told them to go ahead. After everything was done, another guy was doing the checkout, he was screaming to the first guy how much should I charge? I guess how much they charge is not standardized and they charge whatever they feel like on a given day... The killer was that they gave me alignment test results before and after performing the alignment and everything was GREEN already BEFORE doing the alignment (meaning I didn't need alignment), so the whole alignment thing was just a SCAM. I always try to give chances to these local shops to see how they are and try to find the one that is honest and trustworthy. I guess they failed the test and I won't be returning. I really don't understand their logic. I would think it would benefit them more to establish a long-term relationship. Why would they get greedy and scam so openly just to make extra $100 for the day. If you are the store owner, I would try to educate your employees differently.

There is no way there didn t hire people to write their google review. My tire fix turned into a 1000 dollar bill, as they purposely malfunction some of the sensors as they performed tire repair , just so that they could charge even more for some issue they created. I only paid for the tire repair tho and toes my car to dealer to repair the issue this repair shop created
