The people who work here are so helpful and nice. I come here for regular oil changes but sometimes when I m having issues, like today with my lights, I come in and ask for help, and they always take the time to check out and fix the problem, without being condescending or seeming annoyed (which is a little too common sometimes at other places). Keep up the great service!

Maybe some nice and cool refreshments, revamped the waiting area, looks dead and boring. Not lively and not welcoming. The ambience doesn't match the energy of your employees

I went to jiffy lube and I didn t get a quote for my service they made me drive into shop took out the filter and oil then they gave me an expensive estimate once I was inside. I will never be going back her again. I felt robbed of my money and disprespected. I will be going back to complain in person.

I have been using this Jiffy Lube location for 20+ years and have always had excellent service. The best team is at the jiffy lube location on 6305 Jarvis ave, Newark.. ever since I go to this location I don t go anywhere else.. the best customer service employees work here who value their customers time and give the best service . Keep up the good work!

Terrible service. They don t even know what they are doing . My car was showing engine service light and i just had done my car oil change a month ago and they changed the oil again.Almost charged me $500 bucks just for oil change still my car is showing engine service light and i asked the spanish guy who helped me and he said they don t do engine service but i was not there for oil change i was there for engine service. Wanted conventional oil change, but they claimed to only have synthetic. What a convenient way to push up the price. Paid for the signature service, but windows were not washed and floors not vacuumed. Invoice says I declined it, which I never did, nor was asked. 35 minutes for a oil change isn't bad, but was expensive and didn't even include the extras it was supposed to.

Good job quick service friendly employees.. They took car of my oil change and I had 2 other cars in front of me and I was out in about 1 hour..I feel that's pretty decent for an oil change..Price is a little high but oil nowadays is never cheap. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I reserve my 5 star ratings for absolutely exceptional service. That is not to say that the service given here today wasn't spot on but there is always room for improvement.

EDIT: A year passed. And they are still awesome!!! I keep coming back! They were really really helpful. It s my second time here after 6-7 months. They gave a discount after that the coupon codes that I had didn t work. Their service is amazing. They are so kind and helpful. The guy named Mohammed took care of my car s CVT fluid change. It was a lot more quicker than the other places that I visited. It was done less than an hour. I didn t need to wait a lot. Also, there are a lot of places nearby to eat lunch and go for shopping. So, you don t need wait there while they are taking care of your car. Thank you for everything.

I have been going to Jiffy Lube for many years. I know that changing my oil is very important to the up keep of my . I have it changed regularly and at the recommended times. I have been to different Jiffy Lubes around Newark . I have always had great service and the staff is very helpful . The one on Jarvis in my opinion is exceptional . They are very knowledgeable. They have always been respectful. They do an excellent job on my car inside and out. One of the pluses is they vacuum your car and wash the windows.The last time I was there young man working on my came in showed me my and said I didn't need the oil changed yet. He said mine still looked brand new. I was AMAZED and impressed with his honesty .Thanks,Christy Patneaud

The guy who did my oil change quit or got fired. He never changed my oil broke a washer plug. I had oil and water leaking all over my garage. Had to spend another $120 to fix their mistake Manager never called me back to correct the issues. Just go somewhere reliable not here.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

There was two cars in front of me and Jamal got everyone done so fast. He was very professional and I liked how he remained calm with a positive attitude. Got to give a lot of credit because he was by himself which is very impressive to get all three of us done at the same time.

Jamal is the best very professional and courteous. He even offered a complimentary cup of coffee which not all places offer.The whole crew is great here. Totally recommend anyone to come here, I'm planning to come back here in a couple of weeks for my transmission fluid.

They do a good job now, but there were times when I was charged for services they did not provide (tire rotation). Also, the last several times I've been there asked them to reset my change oil notice on my dash, but apparently they don't know how are care.

I've come here several times, but I won't be back. They do good work and don't try to upsell me on stuff. However, after I arrive it's usually a 10-30 minute wait before someone even talks to me about why I'm there. Then another long spell before my car is ready. All the while, I'm in the dark about how long this is going to take. I'm a patient person, but the lack of customer communication has really started to grate on me.

This is my third time visiting these people when you do your oil change they top it off with the fluids they actually take your tire pressure they vacuum your car they clean your glass amazing service very friendly two gentlemen that actually helped me were really nice and it is my bad that I forgot their names but I think it was Amazing experience will definitely be coming back to this place

They should call this place, Not so Jiffy Lube! Definitely a sense of I don't give a s*** in the air. When asked one of the inmates if I can move my car to the other empty stalls they replied, "nah doesn't work like" as I see other people who got there after I did get serviced first.

Usually these folks do a great job. But today the workers showed up 20 min late to open, used foul language with a customer, and the guy seemed to be in a very bad mood. There were 3 customers waiting and after observing the lack of customer care attitude, I decided to go somewhere else today.
