It was an excellent experience getting my four tires replaced by the Big O Tire. Dajohn was nice, courteous and friendly. He explained the options I had. I walked in without making an appointment, and he promised me it could be done in about 90 minutes. Then, I stopped by the East West Bank and said Hi to friends who are leaders, ranks and files over there. Also, I shopped at the Ranch 99 grocery store. After that, my tires service had been done. In addition to the great tire service I had received, I realized that the Big O Tire also provides services for steering & suspension, oil change, and maintenance for sparkling, A/C, battery, filters, shocks, transmission fluid and brake services. They provide coffee and teas in the back area of the front lobby. I can tell the Big O Tire has a great owner/manager and team while I was waiting in the lobby.

It was a good experience getting my oil changed here. The staff was friendly and they honored my coupon from the mail. I didn't have to wait too long and I enjoyed some coffee and TV in the lounge. They also gave me some tips on other things I could fix on my car, but they didn't pressure me to do them right away.

Big o Tire (on Newark blvd and Cedar), has a great team with simple and honest solutions! Without going into detail, let me just tell you that they really saved my day. I highly recommend this shop :)

This Big O is by far the best location I ve ever been to. I ve had work done at other locations before and it s generally solid, but these guys are super rad and exceptional. They got my car serviced quickly, and didn t try selling me anything that wasn t pertinent. The prices are fair for solid quality, especially with the warranty. The service was friendly and personable, and Jason was solid to work with and has for sure gained my trust. I ve got quality tires, a much needed alignment, and my big girl is riding so smooth. I m grateful for the financing option that was incredibly easy to set up too. I needed a break, and my girl needed work. Will absolutely return to this location even if it s a little further from home. 10/10!!

Jason, Christian, in the front, guys like Eddie the mechanic in the back I trust with my cars and my teenagers vehicle too. I come to them for not just new tires and rotations, but maintenance as well. Customer service is outstanding, they re always very upfront with pricing, and they take care of their customer.

Brought my car in because I had a split in the sidewall of my tire. Chris and Christian were very helpful and let me know that it was covered under the Tire Protection Plan I had previously purchased. While they didn t have the same brand of tire, they had one that was the same size. Took about an hour to get it done, but they were busy so I didn t mind waiting. There was a small fee, about $50 for taxes and what not but that s reasonable and saved me the cost of having to purchase a new tire. Always get the Tire Protection Plan, it will save you money in the long run.

Whenever I've had my car worked on at more than one Big-O location, I have been happy with not only the product but they have always pointed to a better value on the product and usually at a better price. Trust is important to me and Big-O has always acted in a trustworthy manner.

I've been purchasing my tires here for well over 20 years. I've always been happy with the service and products. I also purchased a performance suspension and wheels for my Infiniti and could not have been happier with the work. I've had countless alignments done to my vehicles and purchased tires and wheels for my 4runner. Again, great service. More recently my mother had taken her car to another shop for low air in her tires. They put air in her tires and sent her on her way with the low air pressure warning still on. After repeated attempts they couldn't fix the issue. I took her to Big O. They spent about 20 minutes on her car and fixed the problem. Total charge $0.00. You CANNOT beat the service here. I buy tires from tirebuyer.com and this is one of the installers they use. I took my tires here and I got them done the same Saturday with excellent prices and services, it s first come first serve basis. The people here are quite knowledgeable about tires and wheels, easy to work with and they re quite efficient of their work. I ve been coming here many times, especially if I bought my tires from online.

A blade punctured one of my tires and I was in panic because I needed to get to an important work meeting as well as, school the following day. I called the shop 30 minutes before closing and Christian answered my call.I just want to take the time to say how grateful I am for him. He was not only knowledgable, but also kind, patient and reassuring.I came in at 8:30 in the morning the following day and was out of the shop by 9:30 am. There was already a long line out the door that morning, but Christian remained respectful and calm as he attended to each customer. He was sincere in explaining all my options to me and tried to keep my mind positive throughout the whole process.I think kindness goes a long way. Big-O-Tires is lucky to have him on their team.

Thurs. Jan 2ndLiterally, the first time I trust someone else to touch my car.Not sure how they measured my oil, but definitely not what I expected.I kinda kept an eye on what they were doing, but they took my tires off before realizing I was only there for an oil change. I have staggered wheels - those can't be rotated.Also, took off my entire splash guard to change oil, even though there's a clip to access the drain plug.Waited 4 hrs. I don't mind waiting all day, as long as the job is done correctly.This was not.Edit:Visited again on Tuesday Jan 7th.I wish I came to a resolution, but I did not.The guy who helped me this time literally lied to my face, then he took a second to get a second voice,then came back with all types of rebuttals to avoid some kind of escalation (apparently I should know better. This is clearly my fault because I have modified parts on my car. If this were the REAL excuse, then why work on my car in the first place? If you measured oil, and it failed to check completely, why would you give me my keys back? {b.s. they didn't measure it, I checked the history on my car, it wasn't measured after the oil change}And, I got the oil error again after leaving, but because they see that I have other issues with my car through OBDII (and I do, I've had the same issues since 2016) they can help me, but only if I'm willing to pay to diagnose my car.Also, my oil catch can has metal grinds on it now.

Had some suspension work done on my van after an inspection. Was charged more than DOUBLE the price on parts vs retail prices. They added windshield wipers and air filter after I told them to just work on the suspension. Stay away from this place unless you wanna get gouged. And who knows how well they installed everything?

George, Price and the whole team at this shop are wonderful. I am so happy I found them. Will return without hesitation and will definitely refer these guys to my friends and family. They accommodated my schedule with a same day turn around on a full brake service. Car drives better than ever. The quote was fair. Service was excellent. They walked me through the inspection, showed me what I had that needed repair, were very honest. Then they drove me home and picked me up at the end of the day when all was done. Such kind people. I am a highly satisfied customer.

Jason White is the owner. This garage is always busy. He was able to store my vehicle at the shop for a few days until he could fit me in. Work was completed. Very happy. Unlike many other shops that take advantage, raise their prices and give you poor service this is not the case here. I would recommend this shop definitely.Karen Asher

Big o tires was very helpful and representing rst automotive in Fremont. I have purchased four sets of tires from Big o tires at a very reasonable price. All the employees are very helpful and courteous. The front staff that handles the customer clientele are outstanding and train extremely well.

Bought Michelin tiers (4) and 30K miles later all tires are worn. Big O says no warranty or discount on new tiers. I own 5 cars and never been treated so bad. Do yourself a big fav, never go to Big O, they lie just to get your biz. Better off with American tire or even Costco!

Riding across the Dumbarton, I hit a pot hole and it blew my tire. I was on the way to am important meeting. Explained the situation to the owner. He had me out the door and rolling again in maybe 10-15 mins. Reasonable prices and excellent customer service

$60 for a tire rotation and 3-4 hour time window. No thanks. It didn t seem like a long line of cars before mine but the guy behind the counter didn t seem to care to talk to me anymore. Take your business elsewhere. Somewhere with reasonable prices and not a crazy wait. If you want something nearby just go across the street instead.

I took my suv to the shop across this place called Wheelworks for rotation and balance (bought the set of tires there originally). They called me back to tell me that one tire had a nail in the middle of the tire tread but it was at an angle so they can't repair and that I needed to buy a new one. The tire was about couple years old. I told them I'll take it to this Big O Tire place across the stree to repair. They allowed me to take just the tire. I pointed to the mechanic the nail and he said he can repair. Few minutes later, the Big O Tire manager came out and said they can't repair because of the gash on my tire and that they would sell me a new one. They showed me the fresh gash and I told them they're fraud. I told them there was absolutely no way that there would be a 3 inch gash on my tire. I explained I drove my suv with the same tire to the shop for rotation. This place is a fraud. Do not take your car to this place.

Today I had a tire replaced on my BMW. Not only were the employees knowledgeable, but super courteous with reasonable prices. When I got back to my car I realized that all four tires had a dressed finish. Customer service at it s finest! Thank you!

Im shopping for tires and came across Big O tire. Search their website and notice that the priced of their tires are all under a quote. Being uncertain of their prices makes me wonder if their tire shop is legit. Im going to American tire.

this review is solely based on my one experience earlier this week. and not on my previous- great experiences.I called the store on Monday 6/17 at 3:30 pm to ask availability to check out my vehicle (low tire pressure light on, tires still under warranty). I was advised to come in- i arrived at 3:40 pm. When i walked in, i noticed that one of the usual advisers that helps me was very busy so i waited my turn, but noticed that another service adviser was available. I was not greeted by her and had to ask for her assistance. I let her know that i called ahead of time and was told to come in. She seemed very unpleasant and as if i were bothering her for assistance. She said " you should probably pull up the car to the first lot to read the tire pressure to see if any service is even needed."I pull up the car and had to bother a technician to take the readings. He tells me that all tires are reading low especially the rear right (which i suspected). After the reading i go back inside and the service adviser is no where to be found. I wait, and i wait and she doesn't return.Once Christian is done helping his line of customers he asks if everything was taken care of. I explained to him that i was left unattended with no follow through. He goes back and gets the tire readings from the technician, and i also let him know that at my last visit, my tire rotation was never performed because apparently there was no time. I asked if that could be taken care of too. He expressed to me that that shouldn't have been the case but agrees to get it taken care of and has me leave the car to get serviced.It is now 6 pm and i haven't heard back from anyone so i make my way back to the shop. I noticed that my car is in the same spot that i parked it. I walk in and no one is in the booths. I wait a few minutes and Melissa appears and lets me know that my car hasn't been worked on and that there is one car ahead of me. I asked how long the service would take and she estimated 45-60 minutes, but i was confused as they close at 6pm. She could clearly see that i was disappointed as i had expectations that my vehicle was going to be serviced and ready to go.I had people go out of there way to pick me up and dropped off- and all for nothing (If there was no time for my vehicle to get serviced a simple phone call would have been appreciated, or schedule me an appointment for another day) No resolution was suggested, so i asked her what she recommended. Should i leave my car and wait, should i schedule an appointment?I ended up scheduling an appointment for the following day. I dropped off my car around 10 am and got a call back at 12:30 pm letting me know it was ready. I picked up the car at 3:30 pm and was checked out by Christian and all went well.I have been coming here for 10+years and usually receive great customer service. I am typically called with updates on my vehicles, alerted of any findings and suggested services, but unfortunately that has not been the case the last two times that i took my vehicle to get serviced.Working in customer service myself i know what it takes to make your customers/clients happy. And i feel like there is some room for improvement here. Sadly one employees lack of customer service effects the customers experience and your stores reputation. I hope that my next experience is just as it used to be-- great and pleasant!
