This company is a rip off. They literally wanted $900 to haul a motorcycle 20 miles from Needles CA to Laughlin NV straight up Needles Highway with no off-road recovery. I called another tow company in Needles and they only charged $150. I'd say call around for a much better rate.

Asking $200 to even come out 12 miles to sell a stranded motorist $12 gasoline is insane. If you need gas, just call an Uber and save your money.

Towed my truck after the police found it stolen in Needles California. With the tow and storage which was no more then 12 hours they charged 456.00 what a scam bad enough I had to deal with the theft . They stick it to you

We're located in a difficult area to find, retirement trailer park. This company came out quickly to help us open our vehicle, locked the key inside. Wish I could remember his name, pleasant, attentive, quick on opening our car door and careful not to cause any damage. $250 an hour. Then, they will charge a fuel surcharge fee plus the credit card fee and they won't mention neither at the beginning.Go to Active Towing down the road and they will charge $275, but won't charge a fuel surcharge fee and you will end up cheaper!Save yourself some money!

Ross was professional and beyond helpful (he even called local mechanics to see who fix our vehicle on a Saturday). These guys are the biggest joke out there. Talk about highway robbery. I don t know how they sleep at night. My car got a flat tire and I went to town to get a tire and chp has it towed not even 8 hours later I have a tow bill for a thousand dollars and they want 80 a day. It s a thousand dollar car and it s my sons mom single mother. And they won t do a thing for her. So sad. Bad business, I would never do business with this company straight rip off.Service: Special vehicle towing

I broke down due to transmission problems just as I entered Arizona going east on I-40. I called A Toe Truck and was picked up within an hour, which considering the remoteness of my location is really good. The driver was courteous and professional. Payments can be made either by cash or card, and of course insurance is accepted. The driver recommended an outstanding auto repair shop and I was on my way in two days. Highly recommend!

We needed your help today and your guy Steve showed up with a smile on his face to help two old people out of a jam. It was 120 degrees and we were so hot and miserable and Steve came to our rescue with such a happy and positive attitude which helped us to calm down. My husband uses a cane and Steve was so helpful to him as well. We are so grateful that you hire people who are so caring. Thank you so much. :)Service: Car towing

The driver timed his arrival so he coincided with our return to the vehicle. He was very pleasant, professional, efficient, and made a safe delivery of the vehicle. Excellent care and service!

Over a $1000 to winch me 30 feet out of the sand....Driver telling me how I broke the law by calling 911, apparently he's an attorney as well as a tow truck driver. In their defense, it was a tough spot to get to, but not $1000 tough. The actual time they were working was less than half an hour. They stated it would have been cheaper if I had called them direct, so apparently, according to them, CHP authorizes highway robbery.

Excellent customer service and they dont try to rip you off with a certain minimum hours to squish your pockets just for being in a semi tractor trailer. Loren was very professional and very comprehensive to work out with prices and excellent service. Very recommended for any towing services.

This company horrible this the second time I had to use them thru aaa. The first time they wanted me to pay 400 to tow my truck and trailer home want to put it on a landoll trailer instead of a flatbed tow truck so they would make us pay instead of AAA towing it and going through AAA. This time they put my truck on a flatbed but was going to charge me originally $360 to tow a tow dolly behind it $12 a mile who wants the driver got there and see what I was telling they worked it out as like dollars flat fee for the tow of the trailer

Driver was very competent and courteous. Arrived promptly and did a good job. Driver s name was Javier and his helper was Gabriel. Gabriel did a good job of directing traffic around the area.

They are the best. Their main concern is for the customer. I broke down West of Needles .Ca. on friday Aug 31 and called for a tow. Jason showed up in a short time and discovered his rig wasn't big enough to carry my truck/ camper. He let my mother in law sit in his air conditioned truck while the bigger rig was on its way and insisted on staying and helping Ross, the second driver, with loading my truck up. Ross took great care in delivering us to a repair shop that they recomended, and everything worked out to the good.

Unknowingly I left my headlights on and my battery was drained. Called for a jump and within minutes someone in a toll truck came. Very polite and friendly young man.

Very rude driver and staff, they over charge me ,he said I start working at 5 am and now is 11 pm , and we are still working , he said we pay money to police to get this contract , that why they charging Me $ 420 per hour , otherwise is only $ 240 , , it's take less than hour , they charge me 2 hour $840 ,I don't recommend this to anyone, please avoid them

If I could give a zero I would. A dead coyote in a grill in a car from Washington on a flatbed going thru lake Havasu couldn't believe what I saw . Just think if a small child had seen it and that it was a dog. Just saying.

These guys gave me excellent service. The young man they sent out was friendly and made sure to get me back up on the road. I appreciate it
