Installed controls arms and provided excellent communication for any questions I asked. Work was performed flawlessly, when another shop installed the incorrect tie rods I was notified and explained thoroughly the mistake that other shop made and offered the correct part as well as a competitive price for the high quality of work. Fernando was completely transparent and easy to work with. Will definitely return for further work on my Silverado.

The guys at this shop are awesome! Took great care of my car. They did an alignment and an oil change on my Subaru. Very professional and quick doing all the work. It s a great location, super close to the 5 and quick to get here. Good prices and fast work. Will be recommending these guys to others. Thanks!

I believe this a family owned business; and the guys at the shop this morning were super friendly and helpful. Discount Tire would not touch my wheels or even look at the car. However, these guys took the time to find why my wheel/tire was leaking. They found a crack and recommended me to a wheel fix place. Definitely will be returning here for future business. Cash is king here.

This shop has fixed my lower control arm, rear control arms, replaced my brake pads and rotors and has helped me get back on the road feeling more secured. Thank you Fernando for helping me out, and for the great customer service.

I put my own lift on my 4runner to save some money. I needed an alignment, but not many shops were willing to do so. Found Superior Tire on Google and hit them up. They were very friendly and set me up with an appointment right away. They were quick and even installed a part that didn't purchase from them. They also didn't try to upsell anything. Great customer service and a very affordable. I would recommend them to everyone.

I started searching for tires originally through different companies like discount, Evans, Courtney's........... but nobody took the time to actually help me. I was adding different springs on my car and wanted to go up in tire size as well, so I can hit trails and be able to hang. So in order to do that successfully especially for this Jeep (not your regular Jeep- little bit "more car" like..) however I delt with Ben-Who was AWESOME!!!!!! super helpful, took all my info down and did the research for me for what I wanted and made sure it was legit, safe, and most importantly made sure I WAS HAPPY! They hooked it up, Car looks dope, highly recommend these dudes!

Removed a nail and patched my tire for me. My dealership wouldn t do it. It s been a month and I haven t had any issues with the tire

Absolutely amazing experience. The gentleman were professional, helpful, and very welcoming. They explained all the issues with my car and offered a solution all in the span of 1 hour. Go to this shop for all your car needs!

I was highly recommended these guys from a local mechanic I trust.One of my guy friends was riding in my car and told me do you feel that? You definitely need an alignment or to balance your wheels.I know nothing about cars, I drive a 2020 Range Rover Velare, so I showed up and told them that I need an alignment or a balance and he said OK let me check out your vehicle. He checked everything in the front and the back tires and said there was nothing needed.They also filled my washer fluid and would not take any payment for it.What incredible service. As a young female they could ve easily told me I needed several things for my car and I would not have known any different. I m so grateful for their honesty and transparency They were also so friendly! If I ever do need any work done on my vehicle I will be coming to see you guys!!

Superior Tire Inc...Reasonable Prices!Christian and Fernando are very professional in the job they do. They replaced all my tires. Did a wheel alignment. They went in detail concerning the wheel alignment. I was amazed. I'm going back to them for all my vehicles. Thank you for your Honesty..see you guys soon!

From the initial call to me driving away, the service provided was exceptional. When first calling, Ben was super helpful as the tire I wanted was out of stock nationally so found me an excellent alternative. At the shop, was greeted professionally (not Ben) even though they were quite busy and kept me updated on the status of the job. Total time was just under an hour and felt the price was reasonable.

So I went in with what I thought was a tire losing air to my surprise, but not really, I need new tires and Ben was wonderful. The guys did a really good and fast job replacing one and fixing the other. I'm working on a budget here, but they are more than willing to work with me. At the end my truck is running smoothly, my tires look cleaner than my truck, and there was no pressure about the rest of the work my truck needs so I'm definitely going back. Everyone is friendly, they are true professionals I would definitely recommend them. No hidden fees they tell you everything up front. The guys really care about your car being safe.

Ben was extremely helpful and super nice all the way from emailing me info for a quote to me coming to get new tires and him explaining everything thoroughly! They were super quick changing all 4 of my tires and doing my alignment & they have a really nice cute little customers lounge while you wait! Excellent quick service & I'll definitely be back whenever I need rotation or tires again! Thank you Ben and thank you to the rest of Superior Tire for making my first experience amazing and easy!

Ben at superior tire took very good care of my hellcat and helped out with excellent service thank you for your great work and to the techs that took care of my car. Highly recommend this location for any alignment and oil services.

Every time I ve gone to Ben s shop in National City; I ve had a GREAT experience. Ben and the staff always tell me exactly what they re going to do to my car, if I have any questions; I always get a detailed answer, the staff are very polite, and they re dog friendly! I ve gotten new tires, an alignment, and my breaks checked here. Will definitely continue to get any work for my car done here.

Hello hello. I got really good service. They have great technology and great prices. I don't really have allot of experience with cars, but they tried to make me feel as comfortable possible with all the explanation they did. I am really thankful they tried to take dedication on my car. I feel safe now and also great warranty on tires and services. thank yo all the people that help me.

Ordered a single tire from an online retailer after my wife s side wall blew out after just putting new tires on less than a week prior. Wouldn t you know they sent me the right tire in the wrong size. Normally not a big deal except we needed my wife s car for a road trip the next day. After calling around Superior had by far the best price for the exact same tire to match the tires I had out on a week prior and was able to have it transferred from their warehouse to the store in about an hour. Saved me a huge headache. The gentlemen at the front desk was extremely friendly and personable. Military discount was something online retailers don t offer either, which was nice. Will be going here from now on. They were great.

Super helpful with my tires. They have every tire available. I purchased tires for my BMW 740 and my 325.The guys at the shop are very careful with their equipment to not scratch or trash you car. I shopped around for prices on tires and they were very competitive. The shop and office is very clean too. Tony, Jr took good care of me.

Fantastic service. The guys here are very professional and prompt. Got an oil change in about 40 minutes. Their waiting area is fairly nice but I preferred to walk around the area with covid and all.They offer oil changes here too.

A huge shoutout to Ben and the guys at Superior Tire Inc.!!!!!!I had an issue with two of my tires. They immediately inspected the tires, gave an HONEST assessment, and repaired both of them in a timely manner. Superior Air Inc. will be my place for any tires issues. Also, I would be remise if I didn't mention the other qualities I observed:1. Ben and the mechanics are friendly.2. Great customer service.3. Prompt service.4. Professionals5. Clean Shop6. I went there to realign my brother's car, and that's when they told him about the frame damage that he didn't know he had that was messing with his alignments.No other alignment shop informed my brother about this damage.The others just took his money and let him go.I like what Superior Tire Inc does for it's customers.

Gave them a call to inquire about some tires, they put me on a brief hold to check their warehouse stock and had the tires at their location within the hour. The tire change and balance was very fast and simple. They are every courteous and professional. Would definitely recommend!!

This is my favorite tire shop. Fast, friendly and great prices. I just found out they do alignments and shocks too. Thank you Christian and Tony for the great service.
