I selected this location out of a list from geico. With the ordering of parts going through delays, my original estimation that my vehicle repair would take was just under 2 months. Service King completed my repairs in about a month, which I wasn't expecting at all. That was a nice bonus surprise. They also did a fantastic job on the exterior panel replacement and paint. Rear taillight and door panels had the right fitment with proper spaced gaps. Manager Alberto, and Diana and Cindy provided excellent customer service. And Cindy was above & beyond with keeping the status updates relayed often. Thanks!

DON'T TRUST THEM! Long story short.. outrageous claim that my appointment wasn't on the books (once they found out I wasn't going through my insurance for the repair)I went to their other location down the street and was told I was indeed on their schedule and shouldn't have been turned away.

July 8th, 2022, is when I got my car back WORSE than how it was dropped off. I literally wish I could go back in time. I got rear-ended so my rear bumper got replaced and my trunk lid got repaired. In the end, I ended up with a bad paint job on a new aftermarket bumper which didn't even fit correctly (they knew). My Carbon Fiber Steering wheel remains damaged and SOLD OUT! My brake light tint... and the cherry on top is OVERSPRAY all over my car, even on the wheels. STAY AWAY. DO NOT BOTHER if you do care about your CAR. Poor paint matching with missing parts, also got my car back with multiple broken parts, also got it back with paint over spray. USAA insurance preferred shop. I would not recommend to go here for repairs.*** Update*** car was sent to service king el cajon. They are very professional handling the rework with the car.

Really unprofessional and unethical they wrecked my car for no reason and would take forever not to do anything wish I could give them 0 starsTo make things worse I tried to contact them and they just invented excuses so the customer support team is even worse.

This was my very first time getting my car repaired at this particular Business Service King of National City. I compared them with the Service King in Arizona and to my surprise, they were just as good as the Service King in Arizona if not better. The service I received from the staff, to the repair work on my car was nothing short of outstanding. I've already given a card to my neighbor that needs body work on her Jeep, I pray that she utilizes the information I had given her. I've also compared Service King with Bob Stall Chevrolet and I've found that there is absolutely no comparison. Service King hands down is the business I would recommend to anyone that needs body work on their vehicle. Do not waste your time here. I m extremely disappointed due to their lack of professionalism and care for their paying customers. My car has been at this shop for over a month and my insurance is STILL waiting for them to send over the estimate. My insurance and myself have been calling them every single day now for a week and they keep promising to send over their estimate immediately and making excuses for not doing it earlier. I read most of the reviews before I decided to use this business. There were some bad reviews here and there, but I ignored them because I assumed it was just rare occasions. We ll let me tell you, BEWARE. I will never be doing business with this shop again. I wish I could give ZERO stars.Service: Body & Trim

I am really disappointed with the work done to my vehicle at this location. I selected this shop being from the preferred shops that works with State Farm. My vehicle was involved in a car accident that caused my suspension to be severely damaged at the front and back. A new bumper was installed, nothing to the side of the vehicle was repaired nor was the suspension fixed. The managers only thought to the matter was that no issues appeared on their scan tool. Yet now I had to get new tires due to the suspension being out of spec and causing in even ware to my tires. I feel frustrated and disappointed that $9,910 later my suspension is not safe and over all losing all trust I once had in Service King Collision Shops!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

This is a customer service review for representative Jovanna. Ridiculously rude and unprofessional. Not sure if she was having a bad morning already, but the way she was speaking to me was unacceptable.Trying to make a customer feel dumb for asking questions is the worst you can do.I wish to not get my car serviced here ever . Switching my assignment to another shop .

When our 2021 Nissan Rogue was hit, my wife specifically requested Service King as the repair facility from our insurance company because she a great experience form a previous repair. She felt safe going to their shop and the communication of the repair process was explained to her thoroughly. During the process, they continue to keep us informed of what was happening with our car. Our vehicle was ready early and they ensured she was completely satisfied with the repair before she left the shop.Quality work, professional employees and technicians, patient when we had questions and constant communication. I hope we do not need them again, but will use them if the need arises.Service: Body & Trim

Have service a few cars here from various fender Bender s and for cosmetic repair. Auto body repair work isn t cheap, and I certainly wouldn t label Service King as inexpensive. However, they do quality work and are reliable and prompt. What I ve been told it will cost has been nearly to the dollar what I end up paying when my vehicles have been ready. Hopefully I don t need them again, but it I need it I ll go back. Have also send friends to them, who have been happy with the work too.Service: Body & Trim

Service King is awesome! They are very friendly and they even gave me a ride home when I dropped off my car! Daniel helped me out and was very polite and professional! I know I was leaving my car in good hands and I was able to understand the length of time it took to repair it because it s hard work to do this. Plus, they gave me immediate updates almost every day through text and phone calls! My repair only took 1 week! Good enough for me! When I picked up my car, I was so happy to see it back to normal, as if nothing happened! They even washed and look even shinier!:DWow! I am a happy customer! Go Daniel & team! Service King Rocks!!

Great service, attention, and consideration with all my collision repair needs. It was a pleasure having Alberto L. as our service advisor and I was even more pleased to get my vehicle back two days early before the Thanksgiving holiday. During the process, I only had one concern that was quickly resolved and taken care of and paid for by Service King. Text and phone communication was continuous and we felt informed through the entire process. Hopefully we never have another incident, but in any case, we d be happy to use these services again!

I brought my car into Service King Collision for repair after an accident and was very satisfied with the top quality work done to my vehicle. My car looked like new and the service was top notch. My customer experience representative was Albert Astorga AKA Ablee who made my experience quick and easy. His professionalism is definitely reflected in the outstanding work done at this location. I brought my truck in after my car was repaired to be repainted and again the quality of work is excellent. I highly recommend this location. 3000 National City Blvd. National City Ca. 91950.

These guys are idiots. They promised me that work on my vehicle would take two to four days. After having it for a week they called and told me that they didn't have the paint to complete the work and that it was actually back ordered. When I asked why they started the job if they didn't have the paint they couldn't really give me an answer. They knew that I needed the car back due to road trip plans and assured me I would have it back with time to spare. As my vehicle was perfectly drive-able I never would have dropped it off if I knew they couldn't complete the work in time. If you want your car repaired by competent people who are actually prepared to do the work then please go elsewhere.

I was in an accident and Service King provided my repairs. My vehicle was completed 6days ahead of the initial completion date. They were in constant communication with me throughout the process, which was so appreciated. The vehicle looked as good as new when I got it back.

This place absolutely rocks. I got my car back and was amazed at the quality of work. The paint job was flawless and on top of that they went the extra mile to wash the car and vacuum the inside when they were done. Absolutely recommend for anyone needing an auto paint job.

Do not go there! I drop my car off there to get inspected as I got into an accident and they did the bare minimum on inspecting my vehicle. I was going through my insurance and had to pick up my vehicle to take it somewhere else since they did not want to do a thorough inspection on my vehicle.

They may provide service for collision but they need work on customer service. I had called and left a message with an Associate Repair Planner named Albert Astorga to inquire about the status of my vehicle but he never called me back instead a get an automated text (09/07/21 @ 02:42pm) from Diana saying that my vehicle is currently in reassembly & are still on track for 09/08. We will continue to keep you updated if anything changes. Come 03:00pm and no update (no call or text) with status. I had to call and select "2" for status because and I was told that I will get a call around 05:00pm. 05:00pm come around and still no call and I'm already at the location but no one can get inside the door so my only option again is to call and go through the entire recording and press "2" again. Geovanna Fernandez I believe was the one who answered the phone every time I kept calling but it is such a hassle if only there was good communication on their part. I know my rant was the customer service part but I did like the fact that there is lifetime warranty on their paint job so that tells me that they are quality.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I would give it 3 stars because of the one employee not releasing it to my insurance company. But I have to give them that 4th because they quickly corrected it the next day after holding my vehicle for a bit. Will update if I have any further issues....

I've been to this service king 3 times, unfortunately because of accidents. Once back in August 2016, September 2016 and again this Mwr h 2017. Each time they did an excellent job with repairs and time they had my car. Had my rear bumper replaced 2 times and my front bumper another. I would recommend them to anyone.

The waiting time for inspector to see my car was decent from 30 min to 45 min. The reasons for my 1 star is that after the inspector a husky, 6'1, Bald headed Caucasian late 50's came out to talk to me, denied to fix my vehicle. He asked me if there was anything I noticed and after pointing out some imperfections mainly details for example the trunk not lining up correctly, the bumper lopsided and a couple more things. The next question was if the vehicle had any repairs in the past and right after me answering yes he rapidly stated that there are some bad shops out there that do messy work and he does not want anything to do with that mess without even taking a closer look. He kept on going accusing me of being too picky, deatil oriented, a perfectionist and that he was going to deny service because there was no way he can get my vehicle in pre-accident condition. What disappointed me the most was the GEICO agent there that instead of being on the customer that pays month by month for absolutely full coverage side he was following up with the shop evaluator. My belief is that every person wants their vehicle in pre-accident mint condition and not lopsided so that everytime you take a look at it it reminds yu of that awful day. So I just don't know what kind of job that shop does but it sure doesn't sound high quality. The other question is if they pay him to make assumptions without taking a closer look and simply asking where were the previous repairs made.

They work the business as a business should be. For the customer. Didn't cost me a dime as the other party's insurance paid. But in the future if I need this service either on my dime or someone else's my first stop will be here
