They came highly recommended and exceed my expectations! They were super nice, professional and they we're very patient to explain everything on my estimate. I will definitely be going there to get my repair done as well as highly recommend them to others!

Jonathan and his team were awesome!! My neighbor smashed up my BMW's passenger door and after a little research I brought it here. Jonathan was totally professional. He let me know what was going on the whole time and dealt with the insurance company. My car was fixed quickly and I cant even notice where my car was hit. I hope I never have to go back to Service King but if I have another issue I will totally bring it here! I would tell my friends to also!

Really bed service with my estimate. For my car .they refused to discuss the work with me .n won't give you no estamate.to customer. Only to insurance.n still my car work has not been done yet .by insurance n service king.i won't let this place touch my car...we are the customer. N we pay the insurance.so I don't understand what is there problem.samething is wrong n this place what are they hiding.4 25 2022.had a apointment.n was send by my insurance...so this place gets.1 from me.

I just picked up my car and absolutely am happy with the work,efficiency, and the great customer service .Thank you. There's 2 location btw but the service in this shop is amazing. I was assigned 1st to the other location. I left after an hour and they were having a problem locating my information. I called USAA and asked if there's another location I can have my car fix. I manage a jewelry store and customer service is a must. The manager here is on point. They updated and call me thru the process and my car was estimated to be done the 31st, it was ready yesterday...6 days earlier.They do red carpet treatment and while I wasn't happy that I have to get my car fixed, but I'm glad I had it service in this particular location. Thank you

The staff was nice. But the paint job on the bumper of our car was not done correctly. We had to return the car multiple times, they had our car for over 2 weeks and in the end the bumper still was not painted correctly. They repaired a rim and that was done well, but if it's for a paint job I don't recommend them. Their website and pamphlets say they have high quality work, but it just seemed like they rushed the job to try and get us out asap. Insurance requested we use them for claim, will be avoiding if we ever need work done again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

A MTS big rig flat bed backed into my beautiful new Ford escape it was park in front of my house, and my Allstate agent hooked me up with Service King and they've done a beautiful job on my car injuries OMG just like New again look!!!o

Was told old parts from a Ford Police Car where used to fix my luxury Ford Explorer Limited. When asked why they said my insurance said too, no my insurance said use refurbished parts from my model car. They ripped off my insurance company and now my car has the worst driving experience. It's loud, shaky and so uncomfortable. Not to mention the piece of my car that ripped off within hours of leaving the lot. When it comes basic customers service they gave me my car back with the gas on 0 which is dangerous and mean. We also have two parts now missing from inside our vehicle. Please do not waste your time, find a reliable car repair shop.

Pretty good service overall. They had the vehicle ready in like 4 days. They were missing an emblem when I went to pick up the car, they were really cool and said that when the emblem came in they would call me for me to go back so they could install it. That way the car didn t have to stay they for more days that it was really needed for. So great experience at the end

Not only did I receive great service on my vehicle but everyone at this location was great! The manager Louie explained what needed to be done and everything went great from start to finish. I would like to mention that Debir took care of my vehicle repair as if it were his own vehicle. I see that Debir takes pride in the work that he does. He is very considerate and respectful. My vehicle looks better than ever now. Five stars for Service King!

Service King A+++. I went there to get my car fixed and was greeted friendly. Leo who was in charge of the repair of my car kept in touch by keeping me up to date on what is happening to my car step by step. My car was even finish ahead of schedule by 3 days.

Their repair on the dent on the driver side door was really good! Very professional work and the blending on the paint color was superb! I will highly recommend this place to my family and friends! They did a wonderful job. My car looks new and the quality of their work was awesome. They finished the work earlier then the original time estimate which was great. **SUBURB CUSTOMER SERVICE** This is my 2nd time going to Service King/ Crash Champions. Debir and crew restored my car from the dead, with new parts and a new paint job! Crash Champions put pride into their work, and they ensure customer satisfaction! My car looks like new! Debir constantly undated me with the status of my car, so I knew my car was in good hands. Good work, no issues yet. Don't like the idea that I can't take my car to car wash for a month or wax for 3 months due to the paint job. But maybe this is standard with new paint. Professional, quick and friendly. They also put air in my tires which were kinda low when I brought it in and cleaned out my car like a mini detail which I thought was really nice. I m pleased that I found and used Service King Collision for my vehicle repairs after a vehicle accident.The customer service was superb!!! I was informed of my vehicle s repair progress almost daily and my vehicle was done 1 week earlier than expected!When I went to pick my truck, I was Impressed to see the quality of their craftsmanship, my truck looks new, awesome job!ALL customer service agents were professional, treated me as a valued customer, as family, specially Loui, he made sure this was a great experience for my family and I. I m sad my car was hit in the first place but i m happy it looks brand new again. The customer service here is great. My service advisor, Jonathan, always kept me updated on the repairs he was very professional and helpful The time estimate he gave me at the beginning was accurate I got my car back in a couple of weeks as promised. It was nice and clean when I got it. I really appreciate the fact that they followed up with me even after I got my car back to make sure everything was okay. I definitely recommend this place!!

Recommended by USAA. They won't fix the damage to my rear bumper area because I have a 1" leveling kit on the front(2 small composite blocks under the front shocks). They called and asked if it was lifted, almost as if they just didn't want to work on it.They're nice, but this is the most ridiculous policy ever.

My car was stolen and my insurance company referred me here. I was immediately impressed with the young women at the front desk's attention to detail and her smile and ability to remember my name even before I said it?(probably based on knowing what car I had there, but she did it like magic, and made me feel very comfortable and in good hands.The mechanic and the manager there tried their best to be helpful, but my claims adjuster's didn't do their homework which made this experience a bit difficult for them to assist. But their courtesy under the circumstances was Amazing! ( I am not the most pleasant customer when I think I am not getting what I think should be able to be done. And I don't give compliments easily, but I do give compliments when deserved) (as well as a very distinct complaint when it is appropriate,as my insurance company was informed!) I had Earl Schibe paint and they were unable to paint my car due to this. My car was a 94 and finding seats that match presented a problem, fortunately this was not my first rodeo and I was able to do what was needed and knew a trustworthy Painter who is quite highly recommended by me.!But as far as service and customer care...I would highly recommend these great peat people to my friends or anyone in passing. Thanks guys for doing your very best under unfortunate circumstances. Oh and the couple of customers I spoke with had used you before and nothing but a good experience to share. :)They did me a great service in holding my car and allowing me to bring and install my seats which I was able to locate. Even though I sincerely wanted them to make money on my experience, I ended up pocketing $1700. Not bad for having my car stolen! "The universe does things for you not to you" ;) Keep up the great work you do guys and gals!!

WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD!!!!WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER DO NOT GO THERE they messed up my 2020 honda one of the worse businesses i had take care of my car. Took forever to update and had to take back 2x due to incapability to finish it on the first drop off. Had to go multiple times. I want to start off by saying thank you so, so much Service King in National for your excellent service! I was completely satisfied with your great customer service and overall with the repairs on my vehicle. A special great thanks to Ed Gorman my service advisor for keeping up to date on my vehicle's progress by texting or calling me throughout the day your awesome! When a shop has this type of satisfying services it's a big win to me! I definitely recommend Service King for their awesome service!

O my , Isiah was on another level .. had an appt with text confirming .. at first , I went to a different one and that guy was amazing , found me in system and told me it's this location .. cool . I get to this one and wow .. Isiah had to finish breakfast had me waiting for a bit before he arrived to car after calling 4 times with no answer (contactless , stay in car signs everywhere) .. ok .. busy .. right ? Happens .. no problem .. after breaking up their breakfast break .. he comes out and asked my name and said I dont have an appointment.. Showed him text and he said not valid . Umm ok .. gave claim number .. comes back out and said everything is back ordered as well as we didn't have a great start so working together wasn't an option .. I'm floored .. I love to support local if they deserve it .. this place is not it .. if you need to use service king go to any other one but this one .. ( I had good experience with the place I went to by mistake .)

We had a recurring problem that came from the factory but was discovered after a fender bender. We brought the car back three times to get it repaired because it was out of thier scope and needed repair at the dealer. Through the whole process Manny took care of us and made all the calls for us through insurance, dealer, and rental company. He explained everything and gave us daily updates everyday over the phone. Service King itself was great in that we would get texts about our progress and we could check online on our status as well.

Due to no fault of my own the insurance company sent me the deductible check of $1,000 Now Service King is calling me and threatens to report me to the credit bureau if I don't pay within 2 weeks from now! Wow! Thanks alot Service King for your Customer Service skills! It's not my fault!

I came to fix my headlight and bumper. The customer service was good but I used to have an LED headlight before. They installed a regular light instead of the LED and I m so disappointed about it. The paint was good btw. Is there any way I can get that LED light back??????

We took in a car to get a minor fix of a small scratch on the bumper (no dent) a scratch about 5 inches long. They assured us it would be fixed and ready the next day. They never called the next day to let us know it was going to be completed another day or if it was ready. I decided to call and was greeted very rudely by a guy that goes by the name Jonathan Salcedo He was very rude and said that he did not know whether my car was going to be done by tomorrow or the next day after that or the next day after that. It was going to be done when it could, he was very rude and said that he did not know whether my car was going to be done by tomorrow or the next day after or the next day after that. It was gonna be done when he felt like it. I responded with well that s not very helpful He then got very angry and disrespectful and started telling me that he doesn t like the way I speak to him and that he was not going to work on my car at all. And that I have to pick up my car the next day! And he kept cutting me off telling me he doesn t wanna talk to me anymore and that he promises that my car is not going to get fixed there at all. I ask to speak to the manager. I speak to loui he said he would still have my car worked on and see the status of my car. Well he never called me back and after I got a call from Jonathan, yelling and saying that he refuses to work on my car and that I have to pick it up the next day and he doesn t care. I m going to corporate with this. I m letting all my family and friends know about how awful this company is. We will never do business with you guys again!
