I had a great experience! I was met out in the parking lot by my sales person Jose, real nice guy. We walked around and looked at vehicles and then we decided on a different model. Nothing was a hassle for Jose. He had to go to a different lot and came back quickly With the truck he recommended which we absolutely fell in love with and eventually bought. I'm a strong negotiator and I don't like to go back-and-forth. Jose was willing to listen to my every word and followed through until we came to a mutually agreed-upon deal within 10 minutes. From that point on, you could see that Jose wanted to take care of every single thing making that transaction as easy as possible. He introduced me to the sales manager, the service writers and the paperwork/title guy. I've bought a lot of cars throughout my life and that was probably the easiest and most respectful purchase I've had. Kudos to Jose and your team!!

Had a great experience here with our purchase ! Our Sales guy- Chris Gonzalez provided us with excellent service and made sure our everything went smooth and quick ! He went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth transaction, explained all the features of the new truck and answered all our question . Glad we went here to Honor GMC

Brought car in for an oil change & tire rotation. Over 3 hours with an appointment to complete. No updates provided, after two hour mark, asked service department for an update, was told they had it and should be about an hour, asked again an hour later was told hopefully in the next hour or two.Supposedly under new ownership, maybe theyll get better, but seems the transition from South County to Honor was rough(Or maybe just a name change)Signs posted no car washes, or shuttle /Lyft. (Use to offer Lyft to bring you back and forth when you had service done amd complimentary car washes)Maybe they will get better with time, but overall not impressed. Gonna try a different dealership next time. Maybe think twice, going here till things improve unless you have 4 hours to spare for an oil change and tire rotation.

Dropped off my truck for an oil change and tire rotation. It was done in a timely manner and picked it up after work. Had a few questions about accessories and installation. Chris answered all my questions and also verified with a tech who gave some other recommendations. Keep up the great work!

Joe was very helpful and had a lot of patience with us during our decision making (we had lots of questions and were indecisive). He offered different alternatives which ultimately lead to our purchase. He made sure we were content with our decision. We received excellent customer service from all of the staff. I am shocked at the level unprofessionalism this dealership has demonstrated. I first contacted Bailey, a sales representative who sent me a video of the truck advertised online and answered many questions I had regarding the next steps for purchase. Very great to work with in the beginning. However, there turned out to be a bit of bait and switch with their advertised price vs. what they then said the price was once I was ready to make the purchase. I actually walked away from the truck over this issue, only to have the dealership contact me again soon after saying they would honor their advertised price. Then I was introduced to the GM, Daniel via email with the understanding that he and my lender could finalize the purchase. Correspondence continued with Bailey hammering out some other details about transport to a shop in Prescott, AZ where I needed to do some modifications to the truck. We had even gotten to the point where we discussed how the transport would work, take place and at what cost. A few days went by and I hadn t heard from anyone so I reached out to confirm that we were good to go no response via text and when I tried calling back I was forwarded to the GSM, Thomas, who he said he d look into it and call me right back. No response all day. During this time, my lender had also been calling and trying to reach anyone at all, again with no response. I tried after the weekend when Garan, the owner would be in, and I couldn t get through. There was never any altercation - just astonishment that I was being ghosted while trying to spend money at their dealership. I am just still blown away by the incredibly poor customer service - I have purchased many cars and trucks in my lifetime and never experienced anything like it. Honor GMC is anything but honorable . If you choose to do business with them beware they will apparently leave well-qualified customers in a lurch if not financed in a way that allows them not only to profit off the sale of the vehicle, but off your financing too.

I have been crying to call and every time I call Buick GMC and national city has ignored me or refused to return my call. They put me on a runaround and have discriminated against me. I have continuously called for four months. I have purchased many vehicles from them and they have refused to answer or do anything about my issue. I will be filing court action against honor, GMC.

This dealership buying experience is horrible they don t honor their proposals and their name is honor . Drove over 4 hours each way to keep changing things . I don t recommend dealing with a manager called Moises he is disrespectful and doesn t honor his deals and he thinks he owns the dealership and doesn t report to anyone. They have a good variety of choices and trucks and the truck I wanted was there so that s all I wanted.Joe Mares was very helpful in the process and straight forward he was the only helpful one and straight forward. If you were to buy there see Joe mares.I would never go back there again. I would definitely have GMC look into this new ownership franchise in its staffing model and client buying experience.They are also marking up their vehicles and false advertising .

It was the best experience I have ever had while shopping for a car! I came in just to look at a Canyon but walked over to look at the 1500 Sierra. the Sales Associate (David Gavaldo) approached my wife and I and was very friendly from the start. He proceeded to tell us about the truck and invited us to just test it out. I fell in love with the truck on the test drive. The whole team was super nice and friendly along the way. they worked with me to get the best price and rate I could get without being pushy. I felt at home while I was there, and I will recommend them to anyone!

Writing review for my Spanish speaking uncle. Negotiated numbers with sales person named Jose. They mentioned his vehicle has being paid off in full. Also mentioned the car came with 3 year warranty. When going into finance he asked for contracts in Spanish so he could understand them and he never received them. Signed everything and came home. I noticed they added $12K yes, $12k of optional protection packages and $6k of negative equity.Went back the next day and told them to make it right. I mentioned contracts were not given in Spanish and that all the optional extras were not offered just slammed into his contract. They mentioned the trade negative equity was a mistake and offered to unwide the SUV, of course we returned it.Point is if you don't know English or are elderly they will try to scam you. What they did is fraud. They knew they scammed the wrong person when we showed up the next day. Even the finance lady said she knew we would return.STAY AWATY FROM THIS DEALER AT ALL COST !

Great no hassle dealer experience. I went to several dealers in the greater SD area and this was by far the best. I worked with Bailey and Garan and they explained how the dealership is under new ownership and I have to say I was impressed!
