Ordered this part online. AFTER your got my $$, you told me it was on back order. you knew that before you took my $$. It arrived a month later with NO INSTRUCTIONS ! The link provided to get instructions from STIS.SUBARU.COM instructions requires a PAID SUBSCRIPTION to gain access; $35 for 90 days, etc -- twice the price of the part !!! Your request for feedback from me arrived a week BEFORE the part arrived. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FrankSubaru for anything.Hope you enjoy this review. :)

I ordered a Liftgate Lock Actuator for my Crosstrek and Luis Gonsalez emailed me that I ordered the wrong part number for my car. He canceled my order and told me to reorder again with correct part number and shared me their summer coupon code to get a discount. After few days, the part was delivered at our doorstep. Awesome customer service!!!

I ordered a replacement part on 06/22 and was told it shipped on 06/22. According to UPS 3 days later, only a label was printed, so I called the Subaru Parts Dept. After being on hold for almost ten minutes, I was told that the box didn't ship out, so "guess it will be a few more days". I still don't have my part. Can't recommend buying parts online with this dealer when I have to call to ask why my box never went out. Who knows how long it would have sat there if I hadn't called? Terrible service overall.

Purchased a couple of fasteners for the carpet behind the rear seats. It was easy and shipping fast. Got the parts and they were correct and never had to leave home.
