Great and friendly team! They were quick and efficient, and they communicated well! It was so easy and painless to get my car repaired. It didn t feel like a total headache or big to do, they helped make the whole process easy. Ricardo C was a great service advisor and very professional. The ladies at the front desk were super kind and helpful as well

Satisfied is an understatement. I am very grateful for the work that Ricardo, Luis and their entire team have put in towards my car repair. They have gone the extra mile to make sure that my car looked as good as new but also that I as a customer was happy with their service. I had never worked with a repair shop that went out of their way to make sure this experience was as easy as it can be. From the moment I dropped my car off to the day of my pick up, they kept constant communication with me and my insurance. I would be making a mistake not taking my vehicle here for any and all future repairs that might come up. I will be making sure that anyone I know in need of a car repair works with this specific location of Caliber Collision.Again, thank you to Ricardo, Luis and the whole team at Caliber Collision in National City (Haffley Ave.), I am forever grateful for you taking care of me and my vehicle.

My Accord Sport was hit over the holidays, I was worried that it wouldn't look the same again, but Eddie Gutierrez my Service Advisor went the extra mile to ensure I was pleased with the results. He kept me updated throughout the process, he pushed out the delivery date by a day because he wasn't happy with a small detail. I drove out of there with that new car feeling.If you find yourself needing to have your car made whole again, Caliber Collison will do a great job, ask for Eddie Gutierrez.

These guys were very great, and so speedy. Eddie deff kept me well informed and up to date on the status of my vehicle. If I ever need my vehicle or any vehicles fixed. I will bring it back here!

Eddie was very patient and helpful during this stressful situation for me. He provided excellent customer service in person and over the phone. My car looks like nothing happened to it. Nice work!I would recommend this shop, ask for Eddie!

I had a great experience with everyone there is super kind and patient! I didn t go by the reviews as I feel most of the time the bad reviews are left by customers who were the problem I m glad I did because my experience was excellent and my car looks excellent! My service representative was Alex and he awesome!

I highly recommend Caliber Collision in National City. I did a stupid thing and damaged my right side front fender near the tire and had to get it fixed quick. Took it to Caliber Collision in National City and they made her look new again. A few minor tweaks had to made after the repair but I'm telling you I'm a happy camper. Thank You Everyone at Caliber Collision in National City and Oscar who helped me out a lot. You were freaking awesome and again highly recommend you guys. I took my new lease to Calliber Collision after being told by the dealer, that accident repairs had to get done through them. From the 1st call, I explained to the customer service agent that this was my 1st time ever having to deal with this whole ordeal, and she was amazing at explaining the whole process. Throughtout the entire time, the agent in charge of my cars repairs kept an open communication on timeline, process, and status. My car came out looking exactly like i picked it up from the dealer. Ivan Pena (Advisor) was outstanding! He s been updating me each time and the process went smooth. The car was in the shop for 6 days and my son and I were happy with the outcome. Thank you National City Caliber with special mention to Ivan the man!

The front desk person and receptionist was EXCELLENT. She explained everything well, and was very helpful setting up the appointment for the inspection. I was nervous and unsure about the process and she convinced me and put me at ease. The person inspecting the vehicle "Alex" was terrible. He had a poor attitude and was not very helpful. I have no idea why 2 claims were created for the same issue and he was not happy about that. I just showed up where I was told... He did not explain anything and seemed pretty grumpy. If you are going to be working with potential customers, a better attitude is needed. I am pretty disappointed.

The service is very professional and everything was according to the scheduled time.Giovanni Monrtoy was the person who made the estimate in the process of my repair of my vehicle and kept me informed about the repair procedure and everything was done on time and with a good quality of work.

I had never heard of Caliber Collision, but my insurance company told me to take it to them to get an estimate of damages. Giovanni was the mechanic that was in charge of the body damage and from day one, gave me an estimate, sent me weekly texts to update me on the progress. I got my vehicle back one week earlier, than expected, and I am more than pleased with the work done. My vehicle looks great, almost brand new....very pleased!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Be ready for a shop that will give you the carback with missing parts and some of themThey forgot to install them back in your car.They just leave them inside your trunk or cabin , Not to professional..... not counting how much they charge you $$$&& :(Think twice before you decide to choose them ....

Worst ever experience! It took them over a month to get the car fixed and they said it s due to labor and inventory shortages, totally understandable. When I came to pickup my car after a month, there was literally no fuel in it. The range was 1 mile until empty. When I told them about it, they were like we give it back as we got it and we got pictures to prove it. They didn t have any pictures of the gas gauges! I told them about the fuel cap and they haven t fixed it! They even didn t put the driver seat back together.

My husband took his truck to Caliber National City and we had an overall great experience! They were fast with repairs and very thorough in explaining the whole process. It was a clean facility as well and all the workers were very nice and knowledgeable. We will definitely come back here when needed!

I would give this place negative 5 stars if I could. I dropped off my vehicle here after my incident on December 22. I had recieved no update in regards to my vehicles progress, but, wasn't notified till January 4th. 9 days later that repairs were declined after inspection. Even with factoring in holidays that was beyond ridiculous after a documented 4hour dismantle and reassemble. Leavjng me with no time and waiting even longer to find another repair facility. Being declined for repairs isn't the problem, it was the lack of communication and lack of empathy and array of excuses from my estimator. He even sheepishly was giving me reasons knowing this wasn't even acceptable to defend. Not to mention when I took my vehicle they didn't even completely put together my trunk interior and left a foot print on the otherwise in perfect shape interior paneling! I don't even know where the extra parts are from so I'm not even sure if my vehicle is safe to drive even thought they said it was. Disgusting and appalling. I have used Calliber Collisions before and my prior experience is why I came back, after this, I will no longer use or recommend this company.

Had a sad experience of losing my prescription glasses I forgot to take it out when I left inside my compartment but got away due to the agreement i agreed and signed that Caliber is not liable or any losses due to theft during the repair even though the repair is outside of my car and they don t have any business to steal whatsoever on anything inside my car.

Never coming back to this shop!!! And definitely not going to refer it to friends and family. I brought my car here to get it fix after getting hit at my work parking lot unattended. Long story short my insurance referred me to this shop. Made mistakes listening to my insurance! Should ve went to my own choosing of shop. Left it on July 13 and was told it will be done on Monday! July 19! Before the pickup date I was told the pickup time change to July 22. So didn t complain and waited for it. Finally it was ready to pick up. But when I went there the paint wasn t finish/buff properly the headlight has a little punctured on top and was told that they only used 2nd hand materials they didn t made me aware of this until when they ask mo to pickup the car . So disappointed made me wait for couple of week for slobbish job!!? I left the car again and when I came to pick up today!! I can still see the paint was not done well and was not satisfied to their work! On top of that the attitude of the lady front desk was super rude she gives you attitude every-chance she get the guy who was in charge of my car also has attitude no customer service at all (kept saying he s busy with the other customer! I m a customer too duh!?) when I m only asking for update. I had to beg them and wait just to get a estimate timeline to send me of when its gonna get done for me to ask parking permit to my apartment for my rental but this also makes it hard for them! They even told me they a had QA check before releasing my car the first time but what kind of QA can miss such obvious mistake!!! Trusted them and left my car on their hands but it was absolutely one of the biggest mistakes made in my life! I ll give them credit for washing the car and vacuum it aside for that there is nothing else! Waste of time not worth it! Wish can give a no starUpdate: after a week of getting back my car. I noticed they really did a poor job in my car. I saw the headlight starting to come off and the side fender to was not put together correctly probably why it s falling apart and their customers service haven t reach out to me yet. It just shows that this shop only care about money they earn from customers not the quality of the jobService: Body & Trim

Somebody hit the rear bumper of my cadillac. I wanted a new bumper but instead did a really great job repairing the bumper and as well as the dent of the bumper, looks brand new as if I just bought the car out of the dealership. The staff was great and communicative. And answered all my questions. Would really recommend this place to anyone who gets into a really bad car accident or whoever got a hit and run. Ozzie was the one who was working on my car and finished less than three days! (The picture is before, cannot provide the after)
