Scheduled an appointment a week out to check my heating system. Spoke with 2 individuals about the problem and a recall. Received 2 confirmation appointment notices. Arrived on time and was greeted with "we can't see you today, you probably scheduled online". Needless to say, I was livid. Waited 15 minutes to speak with a manager. Then another 10 minutes to talk with a scheduler. Worst customer service I've experienced in years. Clearly, a misogynistic business that discounts a woman's ability to make an appointment appropriately. Women please stay away. They are hateful and discriminating.
