Omg! If I could give them 10+stars I would, Manny, Felipe and the team are very knowledgeable. They saved me time and a headache. I showed up with tire issues, Manny took at look at my car and found the problem very quickly, I really appreciate his willingness to help me despite not having an appointment!I will be going to them for all my car needs!

Could not have had a better experience here. Felipe has owned this spot for 28 years which is displayed in his efficiency and customer service. Highly recommend.

There s nothing these guys can t do. Thanks for the new brakes, suspension, fuel and exhaust system. Very knowledgeable and fair prices for complicated work that most shops can t do.

My fianc� and I were traveling to Napa from San Francisco when we noticed our power steering was no longer working a few weeks ago. It was late on a Friday afternoon and, since many auto repair shops are closed on the weekends, we were a little worried about getting our car repaired before we drove back to the city. We went to Napa Garage on a whim and were amazed by the fantastic service. We worked with Felipe and Manny, who were able to quickly diagnose the problem (our belt was completely shredded), fix the issue, and even replaced another part so the problem wouldn't repeat itself so quickly. They were able to fix our car in a timely manner and with a good attitude both of which certainly put our minds at ease and helped us enjoy the rest of our stay in wine country. The only downside is that they're not in San Francisco! After the wonderful experience we had, we'd certainly make them our go-to garage.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

I came here to get my new battery installed and expected to have a wait because they looked very busy but Phillipe greeted me with a smile and immediately started working on my car . I recently went in for the first time to get some repairs done on my car. Manny and Felipe were very nice to me and actually wanted to help me out by recommending the best parts to get while also helping me get the best deal. they made sure to get my car into the shop as soon and possible and got the repairs done in a very timely manner. My car now runs they way it should, they did a great job. Definitely reccomend this place to anyone trying to get a variety of things done with their carService: General repairs & maintenance

This place is a hidden gem here in Napa. Commercialized places get thrown into the public face but why aren t we talking more about Napa Garage? The gentlemen here were the most genuine and helpful any place has been with my car by far!! I went in for an inspection on my car (which they do for FREE)They are SO helpful I left feeling like how is this free!?! I m so happy I decided to give them a try I ll never go anywhere else and I m recommending y all to everyone I know. Real ones here at Napa Garage!!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I have taken my car here years ago & already knew I liked them but after coming in today (Friday) & them saying they may not be able to even look at my car till Monday but 3 hours later I m driving my car out of their shop! I can t express enough gratitude to this mom n pop shop I would & will recommend them manny & his son are honest hard working men that definitely deserve credit for the good work they do!

I came in for a tire plug. Manny was awesome. He didn t have the part so he ran across the street to buy one. When I asked him what I owed he said IT S ON THE HOUSE JUST COME IN FOR OIL CHANGES. I ll be going there for all my mechanic needs! They are the best!Service: TiresService: Tires

Phil and Manny have both been fantastic.I believe they are a couple of the best mechanics in Napa.Have been bringing my cars there for a number of years (VW Jetta, Jeep, Ford F-150 and Honda CRV) and have always received very courteous, honest, professional service ... and at what I believe is a fair price.Real nice father/son team to work with.Really helped me out many times.Neil Johnson / Napa

Reply for the owner: Hi Manny. I was not expect a free diagnosis and I would appreciate if I could be notified the cost of diagnosis when I drop off my car. So be clear, I did NOT got notified the cost of the diagnosis until the diagnosis was done. Another thing I would like to clarify is that the majority of my FRUSTRATING experience with your shop happened after I already paid my diagnosis. It's after paying and informed my car was ready, I found big dusty parts sitting in the backseat NOT at where it supports be. A physicial diagnosis was NOT provided until request more than three times. The diagnosis can't be emailed but picked up and even with friendly heads up, Manny just started writing the diagnosis when I get to shop again.I have been to several autoshops in North and South California. Definitely have the worst experience here. I'm sure I can easily find other autoshops in Napa that provides tremendous better service than Napa Garage. AGAIN, I definitely wouldn't recommend my friends and family to go hereFirst review: Our recent visit at Napa garage was unpleasant. I had my AC diagnosed at here and Manny was the guy helping me. We didn't get informed how much is cost for the diagnosis when we dropped out my car. Later of the day Manny's diagnosis was the compressor was fried and if we don't fix it at Napa Garage we have to pay $130 for the diagnosis. I appreciate their work but I can't afford spend $1300 to fix at there yet so I decided just pay for the diagnosis and when I went picked up my car. I paid for the diagnosis. They say my car is ready when there were two big dusty parts of my car were sitting in my back seat. I have to go back to the shop ask them to put those parts back. They did it without apologizing. When I got home I realize Manny didn't give me a physical copy of the diagnosis. I asked him if he can email me the diagnosis. He said I have to go back to the shop to pick it up next week. They don't do email:( Fine. And the following Monday I texted Manny 15mins a heads up before I went there at 5:30pm. When I walked in, I saw Manny just started writing my diagnosis. All in all, my experience in Napa Garage is very frustrating. I wouldn't able to comment if they are a good mechanic or not because I didn't get my car fixed there. On the other hand, I'm not comfortable to have them to fix my car. And I definitely wouldn't recommend my friends and family to go here
