I have a 30ft RV with dual tires on the back. Getting to the inside tires was not easy, and Les Schwab tire center took care of my issue with out any problems. Quickly as well, on a day where they were very busy. The price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend this place, the technicians are very knowledgeable, and friendly.

Top of the line service here. I have been with them for some years now. Longest lasting tires (60k miles on this set currently), no charge for rotations, and get things done in a relatively short amount of time. That and they don t try to upsell but Infact actually try to get you the more cost effective option. All around great imo! Keep it up guys and gals! Oh ya and shout out to Joe!

Hi dear friends so pay attention to this location they are so stupid workers because my car tire is flat so she told me is taking 3 hours. After 3 hours I come back so she told me again . They are working on that is taking 50 minutes. After 50 minutes they are Sid can you give me 30 minutes more. In the need I missed her picture

Wow! This place is amazing! I had a flat repaired 1 week ago down in LA by some random roadside repair company, it cost me $180. 7 days later, the repair failed and I had another flat. I brought my car in to Les Schwab today. They fixed my tire and didn't even charge me! You guys are incredible and completely made my day. I will definitely be back for all future auto service. Big shout out to Maria and Felix for their help.

**DON T GO HERE** My latest experience with this place was not great. I went to get my back 2 tires replaced and initially everything seemed fine, but it ended up being straight up unprofessional. After my tires were replaced, I found that none of my air pressure matched, and 2 of my tires were overinflated. Later when my boyfriend went to fix my tire pressure we found that one of my hubcaps was CRACKED and it definitely was not cracked before this appointment. The part that is completely unacceptable is the fact that they didn t reprogram my sensors, so when we were attempting the fix my tire pressure it wasn t calculating the air pressure for the correct tire. I m unfortunately doing a payment plan with this company for the tires so I can t cut ties completely, but after this, I am never doing business with them again and I ll be relaying this experience to everyone I know so they don t deal with the same issues.

Just want to say that my experience here @ Les Schwab Tires is spot on awesome. The customer service is impeccable!!! I've been a few times & drove in to have one of the mechanics check my tire pressure & they're always so helpful. Just recently I actually had a service done to replace my engine splash cover that had fallen off. Hats off to Assistant Manager Chris for ordering the part I needed for my Volkswagen New Beetle & explaining details of future maintenance services I will eventually need. His customer service rocks!! I've been to other repair shops but this place is hands down my new go to place for my car. Thank you to Jesus the mechanic who installed my replacement part, & Luke & Maria @ the front desk. It's nice being treated with respect. I will definitely give you my business again. Thank you for being so kind . It's quite refreshing

I made an appt last week for this morning. It was for just an inspection. I arrived on time at 10am. The man checked me in and told me i was to get alignment and balance on my tires. I informed him i had already had the tires balanced at costco with my warranty and he said ok then an allignment. I said no sir. My appt was just to check all the suspension to get an estimate for the service i will need. He said well we are a few hours behind schedule so it will be a few hours. I said well the person who set my appt this time was because i have an appt at 1 so i cant wait hours. He said oh you will be out by the time for your appt. I have extreme morning sickness so i was already not feeling well. I was very diappointed that after an hour nothing and my car was parked directly in front of the door because i am handicapped. I asked the lady at the desk to please cancel my appt and return my key. Not one im sorry , not anything other then her saying for the honda. I said yes and she had no expression or any type of customer service like have a nice day. I am extremely disappointed that my appt wasnt even in the afternoon. People should be notified if they are going to have to wait several hours. I have no extra car, live on the opposite side of town and the service made me want to not return. Wasted my gas and entire morning to come to this appt. And it made me feel extremely sad that the man just tried to get me to get a service and sign for it when that was not what i scheduled and i didnt want because there is an issue with the suspension that would just cause me to get another allignment after being repaired.

I would give above 5 stars If I could. I was driving to Lake Tahoe and managed to run over a screw at around 5:30 pm on Friday. I was 40 minutes away from Les Swab so I called them and told them about my situation and asked if they could stay open to fix my tire. I arrived at 6:10 pm and they patched my tire in 20 minutes. SO thankful that they stayed open and went above and beyond. Highly recommend this place.

I came in after work when I noticed my tire was almost completely flat. I was in at 530 out by 615. I was so grateful they got me in and took such good care of me and for free. Plus they were friendly I don t like last minute customers but they made me feel welcome. I will definitely be back.

Saved us while in a vacation to the area. Had a flat and they were able to get us in and get the tire replaced to get us in our way. Staff was great.

Friendly staff. Luke was amazing. I had flat tire and wheel damage in a Tesla due to a rock on the road. Luke took care of getting it replaced and showed all the patience to work it out without the key (reaching me over Text and I remotely locking/unlocking) for him for 4 days.

Had a tire fixed here. Staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable. The wait time was reasonable as they have un- predictable clientel ( like myself) ! They were able to get my car moving safely. Thank you.

Terrible Customer Service.... Don't usually bother to leave reviews, but I was just incredibly amazed by her lack of empathy... she could have a least pretended to care. If you have an ER and need a quick patch... Do Not stop here!!! The young lady at the front desk just said the wait was 2hrs. So I drove by big Lincoln navigator out of the driveway with a flat tire and prayed I made it up the street. They didn't even offer to look at it or put air in my tire.

I'll give two stars because they had been fine up until a month ago.But as I write this review, I am having my car serviced and LS missed a nail in my left rear tire when I took it in to be looked at four weeks ago. In fact, two places missed it. I could have been killed. Do better.

I hate to only give them 3 stars, because I've had excellent service in the past, but this time there were several screw-ups. Went in to buy 4 rims and 4 tires for a 2020 Jeep Rubicon. Wanted to get new rims and street tires, and keep the mud/snow tires and rims for when they're needed. With the help of the salesman I picked out a set of rims and tires, then as I'm about to leave another employee said the rims wouldn't fit, so had to buy more expensive ones, an extra $500. Both the tires and rims had to be ordered, so I set up an appointment, Arrived at the appointment and was told the rims they ordered won't fit, so they had to order new rims. 60 minute round trip for nothing. Set up another appointment, arrived for the appointment, no record of the appointment, so had to wait an hour before the car goes in. Then after waiting another 60 minutes, they tell me they can't find two of the 4 tires they ordered (must of sold them to someone else), and they have to go to another store to get them. So instead of waiting I had to have my wife come and drive me home, another hour of drive time. It's now after 3 pm, I left at 1100 (arrived at 0900), still don't have a vehicle. Finally finished at 3:15, they were apologetic and waived some labor charges, but it still wasn't a great experience.

Steven was honestly super helpful the entire time we were here. I really appreciated the fact that he told us to call the dealership first to see if we could get a new tire for free first before we bought one from here. I appreciated his honesty and helpfulness because not many people will be honest about that kind of thing. We eventually decided to have it temporarily patched but will definitely come back here if we ever need to for his service!

These guys are the best. I stopped by to make an appointment for new windshield wipers and they did it on the spot in 15 minutes. Coming to see them soon for some new grippy tires.

Bought tires for my truck and they gave me one on the rear end that was one size smaller. Could of potentially caused problems to the rear end and it was also dangerous to drive as it would pull one way while accelerating. When asked about it they didn't make it seem like it was a big deal. Also even with appointments to rotate tires it still would take 2-3 hours. Why bother making appointments.

My wife and I were on vacation in Napa Valley and got a flat on our rental car. After AAA changed the tire we took the flat to Les Schwab Tire Center in Napa. Much to my surprise there was no charge to have the tire repaired and the young man (Gio) who helped us was just great. We would highly recommend Les Schwab.

My experIence was excellent. Everyone there, including the pretty young lady at the counter, was so kind, helpful, and accommodating! I had a flat tire and AAA out on my spare. The tire had a nail imbedded in it! I was directed by this gentleman to go to Les Schwab. I was concerned that I might have to wait a long time, or come back the next day. I live in Fairfield, so this would have been pretty challenging. I only had to wait a hour or so as they had other jobs ahead of me. I got a call to say that all was good to go. I was not even charged for the repair as our tires are from Les Schwab in Fairfield. I can t thank the all the employees for their kindness, helpfulness, and for accommodating me! What might have turned out to be a horribly frustrating situation for me actually made my heart smile! Kudos to Les Schwab in Napa!!!!

I've been a client one time over 10 years ago, tried calling 3 times to close my account. Every time they tell me sorry about that we are taken care of it and wil lclose your account. Yet it still pops up ad open on my credit report and I am NOT happy. I owe a zero balance and rather just close this as I DO NOT USE THIS ACCOUNT. PLEASE TAKE NOTE

I had a slow leak in one of my tires, so I went over to Les Schwab at around 4pm today to see if they could fix it. They only took about an hour, so I was pretty impressed with how fast they seemed to have worked. The gentleman told me that they found a small nail in my tire, so they removed it and patched my tire up. I made a couple more stops in Napa, then hit Highway 12 to get back home. This was when I noticed that the same tire has completely flattened. It s now after closing time, and I m stuck waiting for a tow truck to come and change my tire to a spare something I was avoiding having to do.I am glad that the repair was free of charge for me. However, if i I needed a new tire, I would have appreciated them telling me so, and would have definitely been able to pay for it.

You have to love the service and support that give their customers at most of their shops. I was drive over to Napa for a meet from the Solano side and got a nail in one of my tires. Called my local home store and they were like busy for the whole week and would have to leave my car the while to "see" they could look at it. Called over there after see it during a food store.... The person answering was polite and told me to bring it on over after dropping the rest of the family back at the meet and I was a fixed up in no time. Truly a wonderful bunch of people and came through in a pinch. I needed to come al the way back the next day for the second half of the meet. Saved the weekend.... Thank you all.....!

Don't go to the tire shop on 12th. This place is so unorganized. We took our tire in to have a tire patched they told us they would call us as soon as it was fixed since they were busy, wich was fine. A week later we never even received our tire. The person who helped us never even logged our information and the tire we eventually got was the complete wrong size. After going back for a second time to adress the situation they gave us yet another wrong tire wich was in worse shape then the original, mind you was only a month old, and lost the center cap to our rim. They not only lost our brand new tire but gave us one that was no where near in good shape. Take your business else where.

Our family of 5 with 2 babies came to Napa for the day in a rental car and we ran over a nail, flattening our tire. We were told by the person at the gas station to go to Le Schwab and they fixed our tire for free. They took such good care of us while we were there and was blown away they wouldn't charge us for something we would have happily paid for. We give the upmost praise for the company and employees that made this experience as enjoyable as it possibly could be. Thank you again.

Absolutely hands down worst company in Napa. Brought my truck to them for a flat tire. And all they did was air up my tire I asked them to put windshield wipers on didn't do that until I asked again. Didn't tell me anything about my tire. So figured it was fixed. Nooooo they didn't do anything and had my truck for 4 hours. And when I called them to talk about It they keep hanging the phone up on me. Wow bad business.. don't go there.

I've had to take in my cars for tires several times. All but one time I've made an appointment and had the tires replaced extremely fast with great customer service. The one time I just rolled in for new tires they were super accommodating and got it done promptly. I've dealt with several people and all of them were really nice and didn't try to upsell me or anything like that. Definitely none of that slimy pressure that you get from a lot of other car maintenance places. Also they have free popcorn which is just icing on the cake
