Good service, a little pricey but they'll make deals and you definitely get what you pay for here. Mike gave me a top notch alignment. Basically if you want an expert working on your vehicle then this is the place to visit.

Owner is very friendly. Price was good. Service was good. Will be taking my car here for alignments from now on.Update: One year (or so) later and I have now had time to monitor my tire wear due to alignment. Wear is spot on. Equal across all 4 tires and all 3 points per tire (outer, center, inner). Will come here from now on to get my Tesla Model 3 alignment done.

Very kind, courteous, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. Lisa one of the owners made me feel like family and not just another sale. Maybe this why this place has been in business for 50 years +.. Joe D'Adamo tire, Is now my go to place in Napa for tires.

I put a new tire, that price is ok, but the alignment was a crash, the car was a losing control in the rear weels! When I dispute the problem, he didn't fix it, but give back my money and leaving my car in that condition. The next day I took my car to another workshop, and they solved the problem!

I was hoping to support a small Napa business, but when I called this place to get a quote the guy who answered was incredibly rude and condescending. Decided to go to Les Schwab instead and they were super friendly, they even fixed my tire for free.

Very professional service. Their customers r a nge from well known race car drivers , custome car builders to the average consumer. But one thing cus tomers all share is the expertise and attention to safety detail. You receive as a benefit of purchasing your tires here at D'Adamo tire the tire experts. a locally owned longtime family business you can trust. Oh and when your quoted a price for tires that is what it costs out the door tax incl fees etc all inclusive. Good Deal Guys !!!

I had a brake failure issue. They replaced calipers and brake lines which was reasonable. But they also replaced pads which I'd just replaced 3k miles ago. Also charged labor for pad replacement which is trivial when calipers are replaced. But it inflated bill by close to$200. Brakes worked but not happy with ethics at shop.

Happened to get a flat while just down the block, so I hobbled in, and they were so nice and actually replaced the tire really quickly. Highly recommend.

When answering the phone you should be more polite! I just called and all I got was hi what do you need? No don't carry that. BYE! I was about to request a diffrent tire but forget that who ever is answeing the phone needs to have better manneres!

Small friendly shop where you'll always be well taken care of. Prices are not cheap but are well worth the price has the service you get that comes with it cannot compare with even the big shops.
