I was sold a contract that I was told was a service contract when I purchased the car and it is not. The finance guy lied to me. The answer from them was "take us to court".After purchasing 2 vehicles this is how I was treated. Lied to and no one there cares.Everyone I talked to had been there for 3 days. That should tell you something too. Complete staff turnover.BUYER BEWARE.Subaru makes a great product, but this is a very sketchy place to buy a car.If I could post negative stars I would.

I provided a Google review. The service manager was outstanding in getting my daughter's vehicle examined (smelled of burning oil & warning light was on). He thoroughly evaluated the vehicle, communicated clearly & effectively with us & was ultimately able to ensure the vehicle's safety, critical given the winter driving conditions she experiences. Thank you!!!

Amazing help very high quality people who go above and beyond to get your issue taken care of.My husband was having surgery out of town and they helped me get him and I get home. They made myself and my husbands trip home without any issue!

Very professional and courteous. Was only in for 30k maintenance on my WRX and waited on the lobby. Everybody from every department are very friendly. Rick, Cherry, you name it. I always recommend coming into this dealer. 10/10

Hanlee Subaru Napa is the best! I love RON. This is the second car I ve purchased from him. Once from when he worked at Toyota and now that he works at Subaru. I have to say the staff was friendly and thorough. very professional, and went out of their way to fix a small issue I had. I will never shop anywhere else for a Subaru. Only Napa Hanlee Subaru. Thanks guys!

Generally I have had good experiences with this dealership s service department. This last visit was for an oil change and I had an appointment. Unfortunately it was a 3 1/2 wait which I was not prepared for. The point of having an appointment was so I would not have to wait so long as compared to just walking in. I would have appreciated a heads up so that I could have either rescheduled or made other arrangements.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I walked in around 3:30pm on a Friday after my check engine, and other lights came on. I was welcomed in and my issue addressed immediately. Staff made a follow up call as they told me they would, and clearly explained what was wrong with my vehicle. Issue resolved.

Plastic on seat, paper floor mat and service number all left in car for me to remove and walk around service center to locate a trash receptacle. Dash screen also not returned to place where I keep it and am familiar. On the positive, Jeannette in reception was helpful and friendly.

Hanlee's has been more than accommodating in every aspect of my new car ownership over the last 6 months. Even though I moved 60 miles away after my purchase they have even gone so far as to come pick up my car and return it the next day to perform a complimentary protective finish treatment both inside and out. Even for this 6 month warranty service, they provided transportation to and from my daughter's employer so she could drop off my car. They have gone above & beyond at every opportunity.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

The team at Hanlees Napa Subaru is by far the best in the Tri-County area. It takes me longer to get there than it takes them to service my Subaru and it is worth every mile I have to drive to get there.

Janice Lopez was my service advisor and she was able to handle my service issue while traveling to Napa for vacation. She went WAY above the call of duty to provide an excellent customer experience. I can t thank her enough for her hard work and dedication to making sure the problem would be resolved in a very expeditious manner. She is the best!

Even though i am from houston.texas -i was walk in did not have an appointment Miss Janice Lopez took me in and help me resolve my problem with the help of her technician I am very satisfied with their service and i would strongly recomend Hanlees Napa Subaru for their great service and look for Miss Janice Lopez again thank you for the great service.

I was surprised by the amount of confusion among employees during my visit, my scheduled 6 month service. The only bothersome item was the TPCM light that came on when I started the car.When I was told my car was ready, I couldn t find it though I looked all over the lot. Then I realized I had been given someone else s keys. I returned them, but no one could find my keys until the green card on my rear view mirror revealed their location. Then I was charged for an oil change, even though I have the comprehensive service package. This error was corrected, and my car was finally brought to me. When I got in, however, the TPCM light still came on. Two employees worked for several more minutes, and that problem was resolved.My supposedly hour and a half visit lasted over three hours. On the plus side everyone was polite and apologized for the delay as well as the mix-ups.

Latch mechanism on hatch didn t work. They got me right in, had parts on site, fixed issues immediately. I m very impressed with kindness, professional service, and quality of work.
