Six stars if I could. Had an unfortunate dent on the side of the car and we were very glad we brought our car in to Ian. Fantastic decision. He is very responsive & easy to communicate with. He is 30+ years in the business, and his experience shows. Great work by kind & good people, at a fair price. We'll be bringing all of our future needs to Ian if he'll have us! I recommend in the strongest terms. Thanks Ian!

I believe in hard work and preparation, the two main ingredients in that dish we call LUCK. Lucks perception is that it s comes free of effort and for that reason I don t care to use it until now. LUCK is what put me face to face with Ian, the energetic owner of Dent Solutions.I wasn t headed to Dent Solutions that day, I d never heard of them. I just needed directions and he was the only shop open on Saturday, which i ve learned is typical. He never did give me directions, because for the next hour I was listening to this linebacker of a man explain his business in detail which are also one of the services they provide.With the excitement of a kid on Christmas, Ian showed me what he and his family had been working on and towards for the last 30 years. With massive hands that prove his years of effort, he s pushed it from a mobile dent repair business into a full service auto dermatology clinic. This guy knows more about car care than anyone I ve met.So I m happy to say that it was LUCK that put me in Ian s garage Thought it was his hard work, preparation and knowledge, that earned him a new customer and me a fancy truck! The dents in my Tahoe are taken care of AND though not something I had even known about his team wrapped the hood in Carbon Fiber, the roof in black and finished it with red racing stripes. Great guy, outstanding work, I swear the truck looks new . What will I bring in next??

Ian is the man! Don t let the name deter you from other services Dent Solutions offer; they do far more than just dent repairs (auto detailing, tint, etc.) I ve used them for dent repairs in the past and this time around I had them de-badge our 4Runner. No appointment, in-and-out in under 30min. Quality work by a quality staff and clean/organized facility.Service: Auto detailing

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Had a small dent and scratch from a bicycle that hit my car. Ian pulled the dent out and filled in the scratch in a short time at very fair price and I was on my way. Happy the annoying dent is gone! I plan on bringing my car back for detailing and ceramic coating soon. Amazing Work!! A large tree branch blew off in a storm and landed directly on our Audi Q5. It hit right on the crease where the roof meets the side panel. This was not an easy thing to fix. Ian made it disappear. Can't believe it. More importantly, he didn't have to take the car apart to do it. He was able to pull it out while leaving the rest of the car in tact with no affect on the paint. Really impressed. Ian is a treasure to Napa. Thank you!!Service: Auto detailing

I call Ian my miracle man. I like to keep my cars looking their best. Dings and dents bug the heck out of me. I have been using Ian for years. He never ceases to amaze me. I bring my cars in and they come out perfect. I truly don't know how he does it. Great job Ian

Excellent work done on my 2020 4Runner, had a ding in my door and it was repaired in under an hour, Great customer service, great price and it was done right in front of my home. I highly recommend using Dent Solution.

Great experience at Dent Solution. My vehicle was parked and someone hit it in the trunk area and left. I took it in and spoken with Ian. Gave me an estimate and an appt. Very courteous and timely. Did a great job and would be happy to refer to anyone.

I had an unfortunate experience about a month ago, when an 87 year old lady backed in to my parked car. I was devastated and started frantically calling auto body shops to repair it as soon as possible, but all the shops in Napa were on 2 month waitlist. I came across Dent Solutions on Google and decided to give them a call. I met Ian for the first time and assured me that he will take care of everything that needed to be done. 1 week later and my car came out of their garage better looking than it was before! I would recommend this shop to anyone i know. Ian cares about the cars that come in his garage like he owns it, and that to me is a sign of amazing professionalism and service. My car had some nasty dents... I dropped my car off when they opened and a few hours (afternoon) it was beautiful and perfect! I had no issues with the time it took because I didn't want a rushed job. Amazing job I will return if it happens again Thanks a million!

I am new to Napa and after dealing with a shady tire and rim guy, I was a little hesitant to start looking for a tint and dent guy. This is a family-owned and operated business, which I love. I have taken my car in for window tinting, dent repair, and to have my headlights & taillights wrapped. I hold people to a high level of customer service and performance. Ian, the owner, and his sons are personable, professional, and perfectionists. They want the job done right the first time and work tirelessly to provide excellent customer service and produce top-notch results. Dent Solutions offers top-of-the-line product options at every price point. I appreciated how they thoroughly explained the difference between each product and offered recommendations without any "pushy salesmen" tactics. I knew what I wanted my car to look like and their knowledge and expertise allowed me to achieve the results I wanted within my budget.I definitely recommend Dent Solutions! I will be back for a few more projects on my current car and future purchases.

Hands-down the best experience! I was referred to this company by a friend and they did not disappoint. I had a complete wrap and ceramic coating done on my Tesla to protect and intensify the paint job and my car looks stunning! Black is very hard to keep clean but with the new coding and easy instructions for washing it makes it a breeze! Plus my car is extra protected from chips and it looks like a show room car now! Ian and his team are amazing at delivering on what they promise and not stopping until everything is perfect. I feel like I can contact him for anything and he will be able to take care of it. Ian was recommended to me by a PDR shop owner from the east coast, and I m sure glad he did because Ian is one of the most friendly and down-to-earth people I ve ever met.Not only does he perform magic on dents, but he s extremely approachable which is why I have been a repeat customer for multiple vehicles. If you aren t already aware, Ian and his crew also perform vehicle wraps and auto glass tinting. Although I haven t personally had these services performed, I ve seen his work on other vehicles and wouldn t hesitate to pay for these services. Thanks again, Ian.

I had a bad dent in my tailgate of my brand new truck (less than 1000 miles) due to my own stupidity. Called up Ian at Dent Solutions and was able to get me into his shop on Saturday. He took a dent that I was pretty sure count be fixed without body work and made it disappear! Couldn t be happier with the repair he did, and at a super affordable price. Saved me from having to go to insurance and paying a deductible. Ian is a true professional and extremely passionate about his work.

Recently, I called Ian about a dent I had on the pillar along my wind shield of my BMW M2.It seemed to me to be a challenging location for a dent repair. Ian said to come down, and he would take a look at it.When I got there, he said he could fix it and could do it right then.30 minutes later, the dent was gone and I was on my way with a perfectly dent-free car.Ian is always very professional and offers very reasonable prices. I highly recommend him.

I've been using Dent Solution for years. Ian is an artist and works magic. I recently got a dent and scratch on my new car in a tricky spot. He removed the dent and touched it up. It looks fantastic. They also do window tinting and PPF which I'd go to them for sure.

Ian went absolutely above and beyond with his work on my 2017 Toyota Tundra. I had a crease in my backseat passenger side door I thought I would have to live with for the life of my truck based on the size and location. After an inquiry, I showed up at Dent Solutions in Napa for an actual quote and it was less than we previously discussed. He was able to fit me in immediately and did an absolutely perfect job. You can tell he loves what he does and it is showcased in his level of perfection. Within an hour and a half, I was on my way in what felt and looked like a brand new truck. Can t speak highly enough about the service, I ll never go anywhere else, and I ll always direct people to Ian for any type of dent work they need done on any type of vehicle.

Due to the extreme rudeness and irresponsibility of unknown car assailants, I have had to employ the services of Dent Solution several times for my 2018 Red Tesla Model 3 and my charcoal-colored 2011 Subaru Outback. In every case, Ian promptly and expertly fixed the dents, and right at my home in Marin County. Other than the damage to my checking account, you could not tell there was ever any damage. The cost was reasonable, and certainly much less expensive than a body shop. I highly recommend their service.

We are so pleased that we chose Dent Solutions! I contacted a couple other businesses for a door ding in my Lexus, and Dent Solutions responded within the hour. They were pretty busy but went above and beyond to accommodate our availability. We met Zane for the repair. He was very pleasant and professional. The best part is that you would never know there was a ding in my car door!

Ian was professional and very caring. I say this because I was ready to have him repair the dent, but he actually went the extra mile and called Land Rover since it is a leased vehicle and I was trying to get a small dent fixed prior to returning it. He actually went way above and beyond by calling the dealership and finding out I do NOT need to spend the money to get it fixed. If I ever need this service I will not hesitate to have Ian work in my car. Thank you again!

My daughter had been driving a 2018 Suburu Impreza and had somehow managed to scrape 3 corners on the bumper and had a 2inch ding in the door with red paint in the middle. I contacted Dent Solution online and received a quick response from Ian. He provided me with a link to schedule the work on the days I was available so scheduling was a breeze. He gave me a quote that morning which was very fair and finished all the work that day. The door ding is completely gone! The touch up paint on the scratches is not noticeable unless you look for it close up. Ian did very high quality work, was an excellent communicator and very pleasant!! I would highly recommend this service for the price!

Ian is a great guy & provides even better service! Left my truck like new after fixing a dent on my driver door. Couldn't even tell there was a dent on it once he got done with it. Any work you may need look no further this is your guy! You won't be disappointed!

I just bought a brand new Mazda and within a week I found myself with a dent on the driver s side of the door. I immediately went Googling for a dent repair shop and found that Dent Solutions had amazing reviews. Thanks to Ian my car looks brand new again. It s as if the dent was never there. I ve known of Ian s work and his reputation and he certainly lived up to both. He was very professional, reasonably priced and performed a great quality of work. If I ever need to get some paint less dents removed again, I would definitely go to Ian at Dent Solutions.

My car's rear bumper was dented in parking lot. It was small dent on plastic bumper.Collision repair shop try to charge me over $1000 out of my pocket.Zane at Dent Solution was very friendly and helpful. Bumper was fixed well and finished in 2hrs. I recommend5 !!!Service: Auto detailing

I have been using Dent Solution in Napa Since I moved here 14 years ago. I have a local limousine company and Ian takes care of our fleet as well as my family s personal vehicles.After growing up in the San Francisco Bay area I have used other services in the East Bay, but nobody has been as professional and ethical as Ian at Dent Solution. Not to mention I ve never seen anybody as good at the work that he does, he truly does work magic on dents that you would think could never be repaired without taking your vehicle to an auto body shop.

I received service on my Mazda CX5 for three dents on my driver door. The technician was personable, professional and was detail answering my questions. The job performed was excellent you could not see anything when the job was completed. i highly recommend this company if you want exceptional service and quality work.
