I spent $1800 asking for three things to get fix and an oil change before a long trip that I was about to undertake by myself as a woman crossing the country. Dan knew this and I left my camper van with him for two weeks which would have been plenty of time to get my furnace, water tank, solar and oil change completed. Furnace was not fixed, not even addressed and in which Dan blamed his mechanic. The water tank was not replaced but somehow inappropriately and unprofessionally attended to. My brother managed to fix it and commented on what a poor job he had done. The inefficient executed job lasted less than a day in which I was unpleasantly surprised by a large pool of water under my camper van the next day. Next, I explained that the solar no longer kept a charge overnight( he had originally installed it). He said the panels just needed to be cleaned. I knew that wasn t right as my brother had just cleaned them a few weeks before. I mentioned that to him but he just ignored me and repeated that they needed to be cleaned. Again it was my brother who knew what was wrong and fixed it. The batteries were old and worn and needed to be replaced. They work beautifully now. Thanks bro! Thanks for nothing Dan. And finally, I could say well I guess for my $1800 I got an oil change. Nope, my brother checked everything out and yes, looks like he did change the oil. Filter? Nope! I do not recommend this place.

Dan is the only person we will let touch our Tiffin motorhome.He is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. We highly recommend Dan if you only want the best service on your rig.

Dan rescued us....we needed help while traveling through in a motor home. Dan was courteous, we could understand him, knowledgeable and fixed our problem in minutes for a reasonable fee. Thanks so much!

Absolutely horrible customer service! Very rude thank goodness I found that out before I actually got my trailer in there. When I initially called somebody answered the phone in a very snappy voice saying saying "hello"! It kind of caught me off guard so I actually confirmed that I was calling the right place. Once the lady confirmed, I began to ask her if they do recall work. In the midst of me asking her this, she decided to repeatedly cough in my ear. She then responded in another snappy voice "we're 6 weeks out". Okay, I asked. I would like to find out how long this repair would take. She placed me on hold for almost 10 minutes. Then I heard somebody messing with the phone and hang up on me. I called right back and needless to say My phone call went straight to voicemail. Call back again and decided this point to leave a message as I was a little bit frustrated. The same lady decides to then answer the phone call in the middle of my voicemail. I said you know I'm not sure what's going on. I just called to ask about getting some work done. You place me on hold and then hung up on me. She then again in her snappy voice said "well Dan is on the other line and if you can't hold that's not my problem" I told her no. As I mentioned, you hung up on me and in the midst of everything coughing in my ear. Her response "excuse me for my laryngitis and again if you can't hold that's not my problem" .... At this point I just hung up the phone and let them know I would be posting a review. Not that they probably care.... Very sad as this would have been my first time bringing my trailer there and now I will be going out of town just to avoid such rude service.

Best RV service shop in the United States! Dan is extremely thorough, honest, and professional. His repairs are top notch, and built to last. His remodels are amazing. If your RV has too much damage and can't be fixed for a reasonable price, he will tell you. Dan truly CARES about your safety, and satisfaction. He goes out of his way to make sure every little issue is addressed, and he handles his business with integrity, expertise, and he always greets you with a smile. His wife, who runs the office, is wonderful too. I wish all businesses were run like this one. 100% hard working, reliable, and very trustworthy. My family has been doing business with him for decades. We love him! Best in the business!

After a cross country trip because of a medical emergency, we needed a simple repair. We scheduled the service with one Dan's employee for a few days later. When my wife called to check if Dan may have had the needed part in stock, he completely lost it. He was extremely rude, insulting and vulgar. Dropping the "f" bomb on a simple question is completely unacceptable. Based on Dan's language and complete lack of respect for a potential customer, I would NEVER do business with him. Completely UNACCEPTABLE!!

If there were negative stars Dan would get the lowest negative rating. What a rude talking guy. How do you stay in business with the way you speak to people. I thought after the first call perhaps Dan was having a bad day. After 3 calls his tone remains the same.....rude.

Dan is the ultimate professional. Extremely knowledgeable about RVs and quick to assist, solve problems and repair your RV. I highly recomend him, especially if you're looking for a really good mechanic who knows all phases of RV maintenance and repair and who goes the extra mile to get to know you and your RV.

Dan was awesome. The secretary was very rude and hard to do business with. If you need just deal straight with dan.

I called Dans shop to get a quote on service and could not believe how rude he was. The phone call ended with him yelling at me about how I am not his customer and never would be ! WOW stay away!!!

I can't believe how rude and arrogant Dan Shivaliks is. I cannot recommend his business services to anyone. I hope his reputation becomes worse than Camping World.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Extremely rude! Called about hitches, had several questions about setup and Dan tells me he doesn t have time for questions. Take your business elsewhere
