The lady 11:33 am on Sunday 1/9/2023 was supper rude too me. I was in shock cuz most the time this place is really friendly.. NOT TODAY!

Bad service with the person who attends at night I asked him about a drink he answered me very rudely saying what you see is what there is we bought more things and when we were about to pay I take things very ugly, when passing my card I didn't notice it and I took an old card, it didn't happen. He just looked at us and said you don't have money but in an arrogant way My payment was in cash I asked who the manager was to which he answered me that he is the manager and his name is Guillermo I couldn't tell the same manager that he's rude

I am a customer since 2003 and i have never had a bad experience ... until today I bought the $6.99 car wash and then I upgraded it for a better one. When I went in there was no soap added to my car just water and the smell of the water was horrible it smelled like a sewage and to top it all off it didn't dry my car when I asked for a solution at the gas station's store the employee told me that since I bought the cheapest one I wouldn't get any soap I told him I had upgraded it and he told me it was industrial soap and you weren't able to see it..does he think I'm dumb. I told him that if he needed me to record the car wash so he could see for him self and he told me to do whatever I wanted and during all this not once did he look up from his phone. I asked for someone else who could help me and he said that if I came back in the morning I might find someone after so many years as a client I don't think it's the right way to treat me I can't image how he is with new clients ..

Gas station is clean enough, but the blaring advertisement at pump is ridiculous. Also the height of the display screen is so low that most adults must bend over to even see it. I did not go inside and paid at the pump so cannot give feedback on that.

Went to get a car wash but was very hesitant because the last time I came it never game me the wax that it was supposed to. I decided to give it another it another try ONLY FOR IT TO STOP HALFWAY THROUGH THE WASH. I went home with a wet and soapy car and ended up cleaning it myself. I know so many people who use this but I'll make sure to tell them it doesn't work. For anybody who uses this, I would do the same.

People here was nice with me, the place has a good stock if you wanna buy a snack, and the price of the gas was reasonably
