I had 2 accidents that needed repairs, one was fire damage from a spontaneous accident while at work and the other I was rear ended. The team at collision was able to fix all the damage and made the whole situation effortless! I was amazed by the response time when reaching out to Greg and the speediness of the repair team to get the parts to make my car look brand new again! I am so happy to have found them and will give them all the business that I can so that everyone has the wonderful experience that I did.

I had to get my bumper replaced and everyone I spoke with was not only very professional but also ridiculously nice. They did a wonderful job, had the car done earlier than expected, and even cleaned it! I got rear ended by a girl without a license or insurance. She spoke very little English till the police arrived. Then suddenly was completely fluent. . Anyway, Caliber Collision did a great job restoring my vehicle to its brand new condition. Second time I ve used them, but that s another story. Don t go here, you will pull your hair out!My insurance sent me hereand I will NEVER go back. A Honda bumper replacement and mirror cover (which we provided) took over 5 months of us constantly calling them to find out what was happening. After all that they failed to paint a mirror cover, then made me come back and pay for the extra paint mix ($100) they failed to apply when painting the bumper.Just and awful experience.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Every aspect of my experience with Caliber was awesome. Andrew and the team took care of me. Process was thoroughly explained. Car looked much better then when I left it. Car was super clean we I picked it up. Courtesy and professionalism. When I said I needed to take my rental car back to the rental company and get a ride from them Caliber said just bring your rental to us. We will call and they will come get it. Allen really took care of me, kept me informed all along the repair process. Caliber not only helped me get a rental vehicle but also took my rental back for me when my own vehicle was ready to for pickup. All the staff are friendly and professional. Huzzah to Allen for negotiating a great deal for me with my adjuster--I even had a payment waiting for me on the same day I picked up my beautifully repaired vehicle. Caliber goes above and beyond! I have been to cooks now three times. Each has been a great experience. The service and care provided is professional and the repairs are practically like new. I had a huge dent in my passenger door, a side panel damaged and a rear bumper needing a complete replacement and every time it has been perfect, timely and the complimentary car wash after is a nice touch!

All I have to say is Justin Chandler was amazing to work with. He took the time to see what I needed and was very professional. He let me know how long it would take and that he would handle it for me so I didn t have to worry. It s good to know that there are still great workers in this world who care about what they do. Justin just made me a customer for life.

Caliber Collision & Justin specifically did a great job repairing our Mazda 3 damage recently.We lost a front right panel w some other damage around the area and Caliber repaired relatively quickly. Justin was excellent at explaining the process of getting the correct parts in assembling,testing, paint matching etc. so we had a good idea of what was going on & when we could expect our car back. The communication was key and they called when they said the would and Justin came in on his day off to get us our car back over the weekend. The paint match is spot on & we look to be as good as new. Very efficient operation.Highly recommend Caliber for all around top notch service.

Although I didn't have an appointment they took me in right away. They called the rental car company to have me picked up. When I picked up my car I left the rental with them.
