No problem guys ... You always have the parts that other stores don't and the only thing that I can say that I would change about your store is the location .. I keep forgetting you guys and end up going to the other stores but I remember you when they tell me they have to order a part

Great service with a smile and always have the right part. The right one you need, not one that will work. Has been a 5 star place for the last 40 years I been going. Highly recommend!! Thank you Bert Williams!!!

They have a very friendly and experienced staff, they have been able to special order many parts that I could not find anywhere else. They also offer a variety of brands and high quality parts, by any chance they don't have what you're looking for they will recommend many places near by so that you can get the help you need.

Carmen was very helpful in getting me the part for my Ford Taurus station wagon the staff was very courteous and to be able to have the part there for an older vehicle was awesome I appreciate that including Carmen

Walked in this morning and the obese female clerk could not wait on me until she finished texting her message. Then she categorically denied that a part existed and could not be found in this universe. I drove over the O'Rielys Auto parts and there it was hanging on their wall. This is not the first time I've had poor customer service from that clerk. I don't know why they keep her around...take the keys away, keeping her there is about as responsible as giving the keys to a drunk driver.
