Today was my 3d trip to AutoZone for a brake light problem. Happily, Luis Lopez said he could assist by testing the points to make sure the existing part was in working order and the bulb was lighting. To my surprise, both were still good on the 2002 Dodge van! Thanks to Luis for being so helpful! The crew at AutoZone goes above and beyond to assist customers! Keep up the good customer service!

Just stopped by for wiper blades and light bulbs for my dads car , the employee Chris was so helpful. He came right out and replaced both headlights and wiper blades . What a great employee, thank you very much Chris !

F.Y.I.Lot's of signs to wear mask, use debit card instead of cash, 6' social distancing, etc.But it is all for nothing because they cannot wear their mask properly. Who is the manager of this place? You got a problem.The third person at the registers was very polite, competent and wearing his mask correctly. It is not that hard.

It s an easy to get to Auto Parts store, I recommend either knowing what you re getting beforehand or asking for a Supervisor as most of the Part-Timers are just as clueless about car parts as the rest of us. Still, it s better than Pep Boys and I recommend it.

I was okay with everything until they lost my new assistive cane. I called the same day I forgot it by the register and they said it was there. Well now it's not and they don't seem to have any sympathy for a physically disabled person who is on social security fixed income. It was brand new tags still on it. There should be a procedure for lost and found items and they should not be stolen by staff members. Where's the accountability?

So it s my birthday weekend, and of course my battery dies and I m in Napa. I live an hour and a half away and it s not great. Someone kindly was able to jump my car so I could get to autozone. When I got here, Pedro was so helpful and so kind to help me replace my old battery. If you re ever in need of assistance, ask for Pedro! He s the best!

Poor customer service in this store. Girl stocking acts as if your bothering her by asking a question. She was indifferent and dismissive to every person that approached her

Not the smartest and definitely not the kindest of Staff I've ever dealt with... show me the wrong fuses for my 2010 Subaru Legacy and couldn't figure out how to work another product, when I asked to return it they got very upset.

Great place for parts, never let me down. Good service and competitive prices. I love the fact that they let you use their code reader then will print out what your codes are and what they mean and what part its saying needs to be repaired or replaced. Highly recommend! Thank you, Auto Zone!

Went in for a new battery for my truck and Meli, the Part Sales Manager was very helpful on assisting me with the proper tools to take out my six year old battery there and purchase a new one with ease. Very prompt and great service Auto Zone Napa!

Great customer service. Driving a Volkswagen makes it hard to shop for wiper blades. They made it easy and even helped with installation. Employee refused tip for extra effort.

I called and was told by a female my part was in stock and when I got there I was told by a male that part was never in stock but could be ordered and delivered within 3 days? My advice is to call them 3 different times and ask for a different person each time to get accurate information about their inventory. Good Luck

Excellent personal service. The manager assisted me on reading codes from my internal computer to diagnose the problem. Spend time to help the most other part store would not do.

Visiting Napa area from San Jose and, of course, we had some car trouble at 4:45pm on a Saturday right before we were set to drive home. No repair shops would take us until Monday, so I drove to AutoZone to find out what the computer was saying. Omar was a huuuuge help! He went above and beyond to make sure we didn t have to leave our car there until Monday morning. Nice to find a business where the people give a hoot!

These people have an awful habit of accusing people of stealing that are innocent. In there, you are guilty until proven innocent of something you didn t do. Stay away unless you want it to happen to you. Awful customer service.!!!!!!

Never going back. Barely anything for my truck in stock and then stood in line for far longer than necessary while the employees flapped their gums in the back. I should have went to the automotive section at Walmart across the street. Probably had better selection, prices and customer service. Never again Autozone, never again!

I personally know the store manager and she is super helpful, she knows her stuff so don't underestimate her will get you what you need if you have to order she will make sure you get what you need asap

Last week my car wouldn't start due to a bad battery. I went to Autozone in Napa and luckily there was a worker named ISAIAH MONTANO who not only helped me to get a new battery but also he installed it for me. As a woman I appreciate this kind of help. Thank you!

I bought brake pads both front and back, and a new battery. The gentlemen were so kind. One installed the car battery and the other suggested a mechanic to install my brake pads.

Really bad service from Jose B. Didn t know anything about auto parts and wasn t helpful what so ever. Had to go to oreilly s auto parts. Jose B. Couldn t help me unless I knew the exact name of the part. Brought pictures, truck vin, described as best as possible and the guy turned me away that he couldn t help me. Went to oreillys down the street and they helped me within minutes.
