Antonio , the manager was phenomenal, as his assistant Lily was excellent.Antonio was able to address all of my issues which I had regarding service to our Cadillac XT5 and a Saturn sky .. he did it without incident and /or difficulty as he was able to communicate with as his staff who were also phenomenal with their respective skill sets perfectly completing the work .Summary , they executed the service on a timely basis without any issues whatsoever .I unconditionally recommend without hesitation to go to the Murrieta Hot Springs Walmart auto center . .They clearly demonstrate and possess people person skills and as the manager Antonio is by far the best individual I ve ever met at any Walmart auto center in my life.Please consider having your service completed at this facility if you re shopping or if you want to drop the car off they will take care of you.With honor respectfully yours,Commander Dr. Robert Matthews decorated

This reviews is for Antonio manager technician for auto tires center. He really help me out with my purchase tires. Even though they are so busy he had time to took care of me. Hard to find a find a tech like him. I recommend this guy to everyone one

I usually go to the Murrieta location for an oil change, but their wait time was way too long. So I came to Temecula location. Not too long of a wait, everyone I talked to was very helpful and nice. Even answered all my questions I had about my car! Definitely great auto service.

The majority of the automotive staff here need both customer service training and an infusion of common sense. I arrived at this location for an oil and filter change without an appointment, Considering there were only 2 cars ahead of me, I thought I would be in and out in no time. Instead, I waited for nearly 15 minutes for someone there to finally say something to me. Only then, I was told to move my car from one lane to another and nothing else. I found out shortly thereafter from another patron that an oil change would take over 4 hours!! Why didn't the staff just so say rather than ignoring me. What a waste of my time. I ended up going to the Walmart Auto Center off of Temecula Parkway. I promptly received service and will go there from now on.

First time I have not done my own oil change since high school and I choose to have it done around the corner from my house @Walmart of all places. I needed to do a little shopping and was able to have my oils changed at the same time. I have to say I m very pleased with the service I received from the crew, and what really impressed me, which is the reason I will be back, is they didn t try to upsell any services.

Most horrible experience at this auto center. They called me back to the auto center to ask about my key but I said that's not my key. Then they all scrambled and left. I left with no tires and no oil change. but I did receive lots of attitude and eye rolls, head shakes like if I was An Issue WHEN THEY LOST MY KEYS!!! But they couldn't admit to it. But they called me over to the auto center. To tell me something about my key while my car alarm is going off as well.. When that was not my key to my car!!! I have a right to ask questions when they lose my key and waste my time by calling me over only to walk away from me and not answer any of my questions. They shook their head or rolled their eyes. Horrible and unprofessional. I also had a more of an exchange of words with an older technician who continued to shake his head at me right in front of me while I was on the phone with my husband and I said you're shaking your head at me right now. You don't understand that you're being disrespectful. Don't waste your time and let these kids work on your cars!!!

I scheduled a tire appointment yesterday, I arrive today and waited an 1 hour and 15 minutes for them to tell me they sold the tires earlier and that itd take 5 days to get more. So scheduling an appointment pointless and a waste of time, and going and waiting was pointless and a waste of time. Dont be like me and waste your time with this walmarts tire center.

We had a great experience at your Auto Center today Thanks to the manager Antonio! He really cared about solving our problem, has great customer service skills and made a frustrating situation a breeze! I don t usually leave feedback BUT I think he definitely deserves recognition for his devoted service!! 5 !! Thank You Antonio!!

Had me out after 2 hours for 4 tires installed. This is with an appointment. I recommend making an appointment. You also get text alerts when your car is done.

Made an appointment on line the night before. Mentioned I had an appointment when I got there and they took my car in right away. The oil change was completed quickly and I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes. You can't beat the price.

I was just refused service by Murrieta Walmart lube for tires and oil even tho they never asked why I was there! I have a screw in my tire. A simple fix for a woman who drives 80miles a day for work!!! Her explanation was we are short staffed and people called in sick! I went there specifically because Google states they are open to 7pm. I went well out of my way to do so. This is very disappointing service! The staff are present and lanes are open in my pictures and they are clearly open and helping other customers. Terrible service!

Well they got the job done, replaced two front tires. I only wished they gave me a call to let me know it was done. I found out coz I was in the area and I figured I'd stop by to check the progress and it turns out it's been done an hour ago.

Horrible costumes service!!!! they see you waiting and the lady in the register just ignore you and keep playing around with another employee! after she finished playing around she gave us the poorest service, she didn t do anything to help us find a battery. Another costumer so nice helped me out instead!they really need to be more respectful!! and treat costumers better!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We had an appointment to get tires on, once we got there, they said they couldn t put them on because their lifts were broke. They KNEW we had an appointment and didn t even have the common courtesy to call us prior, instead wasted our time. Bunch of unprofessional, rude, immature kids. Take your business elsewhere, where it will actually be valued.

I had to make an appointment to get my new tires on my 4 cylinder 2017 camry. They couldn't get me in for 2 days. Thats the not problem. The day of my appointment, they didn't even start the installation on my car until an hour after my appointment time. They only had 1 guy working doing tires. In the middle of my appointment, he went to an hour lunch. It took almost 4 hours to put 4 new tires on my car. I understand that people get lunches but having more than 1 employee installing tires that can alternate would be more beneficial to the company as well as their customers. We make appointments for a reason. I was late to work. I would NOT recommend going to Wal-Mart for tire installation. What should of been an easy 1 hour job took 4 hours.

I came for a oil change and tire repair. I was literally the 3rd or 4th person in line at opening time 7am... the lady took my keys at 730a.....but I didn't get a check in notice on my phone til 8:53am. I thought thats weird well maybe they check you in the queue when they start working on it. Nope!!!! . It took over 3 hours for a simple oil change. I asked the guy in front of me if he was only getting a simple oil change because he was there already 3hours as well, he said yes and he didn't know what was taking so long. So at approximately 3 hours and 15mins I saw my car finally getting the oil changed, and the tech blowing up my tire I asked to be repaired. So I went out and said excuse me sure that is the tire I asked to be repaired, have they fixed the tire yet and he said no. About 5mins later he was done and pulling the car around for tire repair. I was a bit frustrated so as cashier to ask how much longer. She came back to say at least 45 more minutes. So after 4 hours and half hours my car was finally done. I will never use Walmart Murrieta again smh

HORRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. They make customers wait forever, pass them around from one inept person to another and when one of them finally talks to you, they gaslight you and refuse you service because you re already in a bad mood because of how terrible their service is. No sympathy, no empathy, no caring, no apologies. They don t even deserve the one star. There should be an option for negative stars. Take your business elsewhere. This place doesn t deserve it.

This place is a joke. Stay away. Steer clear. They clealry need a new managger and this place needs to be cleaned up.Iwent there 2 times. Both times a dissapontment. I showed up at 3 because i needed 1 new tire. They told me to make an appointment because they were busy to help me and the tire guy was on break until 5, and since he is off at 6 there was not enough time for him to change the tire. Odd... but i did what they said, bought the tire online and made an appt for 3 another day.I got there and stood waiting and no one approached me or asked if i needed help. I had to yell to get one guys attention because they do not evven make eye contact, its like they want to ignore u so u go away. I waited until 530 and no one touched my car. 4 guys all goofing off. Stalling and killing time. Only 1 elderly guy was worknig. 3 of them just stood atound staring at a screenir. Walking around aimlessly. I ended up taking the tire i bought and installing it elsewhere. Never again

Great experience! I truly appreciate and recommend this place. I saved over 400 dollars on 4 tires, and Antonio was superb, he made everything flow to perfectionI'm definitely recommending Walmart tires in Murrieta, hopefully you get Antonio and his staff, the best!

Do not bring your kids here. There is nowhere to sit and wait. They take over 4 hours to do an oil change then when I confronted the guy who took the order on my car that it s been over the 3 hour quote time, he has absolutely no sympathy. He even let a male stranger verbally assault me just for expressing my concern of my children and was told not to bring them then. I called the police to file a report the next day although they said they needed to be notified at the time of the incident which I wasn t going to wait another 2 hours for. This place is very sad and unprofessional.

Basic Oil Change: Well, I was happy with the overall service. It didn't quite open up right at 7:00 a.m. to assist the customers as they (employees) were still setting up and placing signage after the bay doors opened. It wasn't too long afterwards that I was checked in and inside walking around. I love the text message service Walmart added to notify their customers that their vehicle is ready for pick up and payment.Of course you can't go on without speaking about the value of their oil change service as well. I saved at least $18 off the dealership price for the same exact service. Some days it's just nice not to get gouged for every penny you earn. Thanks Walmart!

Went in for an oil change, and I was out pretty quickly. Everyone was very friendly & very professional. Highly recommend this auto shop!

DO NOT GO HERE, the workers don't care. I pulled up for an oil change, there were already cars waiting there. There was maybe 2 guys around, they ignored the customers for about 20 mins, then one of em, who clearly didnt wanna be there, started talking to customers. I leave to kill some time in the walmart, and come back and they havent even started on the car 2 places in front of me, that was already there. I leave again, 2 hours later, the line hasnt moved an inch. I wasted three whole hours there waiting for an oil change. After also reading the other reviews I didn't really trust that theyd take care of my car. When it was finally my turn I left and went to the Walmart in Temecula and they got it done in 25 mins, all the staff were kind and friendly and thorough with the checks. Save yourself the frustration and don't go to this auto center.I dont know if they need to hire more people or the manager only pretends to do his job or something but it should not be this bad. Me along with 4 other customers were just waiting around for several hours.

Never again. I come here because it's cheap. I have no problem with them prioritizing others with appointments. Just don't tell me you're going to have my car done in 2 hours if I come back 2 hours later and it hasn't even been started. I'd rather pay much more if I'm going to be in and out. Will not be coming back and I know that one single customer doesn't make that much of a difference to this giant company, but I won't be coming back and that's enough for me. Never again.

I made an appointment and when I showed up they were behind schedule.I was about to leave when Antonio said he would change my tires. The guys in the auto center were very friendly. I would highly recommend them. They are short staffed but the guys there are busting their backs trying to keep up. Good job!

Completely incompetent and obscenely slow. Brought my Volvo S80 for an oil change and after waiting three hours in the store with no area to sit or wait in, was told that my car was missing it's dipstick. Went home, called my Volvo Mechanic, and learned it is completely electronic and doesn't have one by design. Don't bring your car here if you value your time or if you have a car from an uncommon manufacturer.

Terrible service. They have two speeds, slow and slower. They may have a little lower prices but For a few more dollars, you're better off going to America's Tire. Service is always great at America's Tire.
