Beware do not get your car serviced here . They don't care about your car or back you up on what needs to be fixed . Once you buy a car here you are on your own .

VW of Murrieta service department runs a scam. I took my VW GTI in for a oil and filter change and got a top up instead. They over fill the oil tank and didn't change anything. They sent a video staying they fill the washer fluid and top up other fluids...guess...that never occurred. This is scam, charging for maintenance and never doing it.I took a sample of the oil before and after I took it in for maintenance. This how I know that their service dept is running a scam.

Awesome car buying experience! Cam sent me a photo of a car I told him I was interested in and went to test drive it (along with 3 others- couldn't get myself to buy the first car I drove, lol). They matched my interest rate from the credit union and got me out the door for my price- no hassle. Alex and Jose helped me with tips on the vehicle and got the Apple play installed as well. What a team!
