We had an emergency situation and Temecula RV were able to fit us in same day, and got us back on the road. Everyone we dealt with, spoke with was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and made a great team to get things done! Thank you to Steve, Al, Mike, John, Zach, the cashiers and others I did not get their names 5 stars well deserved. Would recommend and we will return

Today was the first time I have been to Temecula Valley RV after not being thrilled with the big RV repair location in the area and their extreme wait times (over one week) to even look at your rig. I did not like how my rig sat on the lot for 10 days before it was even looked at a few months ago. My experience at Temecula Valley RV was completely different. Steve was so helpful and knowledgeable, he had me come in for a free inspection and quickly helped me find a cheap and easy solution to my problem, rather than having me drop off my rig for weeks just to wait to be looked at. Steve and Temecula Valley RV will be my go-to RV repair location moving forward. I would recommend this business to anybody looking for fair, honest, and helpful RV service. Thank you Steve!

I drive over an hour to get to Temecula Valley RV. That within itself says a lot about this company. They have had the parts that I needed for my older RV in stock every time I've been here. Everywhere else I checked, either did not carry them or would have to order them. The prices at Temecula Valley RV were much lower than other companies.All the staff that I interacted with were professional, very helpful, and extremely friendly.I enjoy coming here, and each time that I do, I spend at least an hour just looking around at their inventory.On my next trip here, I'll be leaving my RV for repairs. They seem to have a great setup for whatever repair I may need. When I visit here they are always busy. Obviously, there is a reason for all the business. I'll be putting my trust in them next.

This is a nice place and everyone was pleasant, I had an issue with a tow vehicle electrical plug and they managed to squeeze us in the same day. They have great customer service and make sure you can get back on the road. Thank all of you at Temecula valley rv for all your service.

We were very disappointed with our experience with the service department at Temecula Valley RV. We made an appointment 6 weeks out and were told at that time that they accept 1 year new warranties with Grand Design. On the day of the appointment, we were told that they have not accepted warranties with this company for over a year! They said the employee who told us that was new and not informed of this information. This is unacceptable! It was a waste of our time to hook up our trailer, drive it to Temecula, and then have to return it to storage the same day. Don't waste your time with Temecula Valley RV! We were able to make an appointment with another nearby RV Center with only a 2 week wait. They also accept 1 year new warranties with Grand Design.

I highly recommend this place! I went in looking a new wiper for my slide and Greg was more than happy to help me find the correct part. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Thry have a large selection of parts, I will be going back again later today to buy a few more things for our rig.

***BEWARE: OWNER IS RACIST***NATIVE AMERICANS - DO NOT BRING THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS!The owner explained to me he had ONE bad incident where he did not file his TAX EXEMPTION DELIVERY paperwork properly & he got stuck with the bill. He should have made sure all his documentation was in order before delivery.My qualm is that my RV needs repairs and the owner refused to accept my tax exemption (Federal & State Law Exemptions) for tax on parts -which is exempt under law.You would think that with a high concentration of Native Americans in the Temecula area they would want OUR business & treat us as actual patrons of the business & not as NUISANCES!I tried to explain to him about how the process works & he refused to listen, got LOUD, said he did t want to deal with Natives because it was nothing but a hassle & pain, said I was arguing with him & then he hung up.

We have an RV in stopping periodically just to see the new bells and whistles available. The people here are so nice, and I've heard they do great jobs on repairs as well.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Temecula Valley RV Center, and I was very impressed with the level of customer service and the selection of RV equipment. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they took the time to answer all of my questions. I was even given a free catalog, not a little catalog but a Huge one reminiscent of a huge Sears wish book .I was also impressed with the variety of RV equipment that was available, and I was able to find everything I needed for my upcoming camping trip. I would highly recommend Temecula Valley RV Center to anyone looking for a great place to shop for RV equipment.Here are some specific things I liked about Temecula Valley RV Center :* The staff was friendly and helpful. They took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I was comfortable with my purchase.* The selection of RV equipment was impressive. I was able to find everything I needed for my upcoming camping trip.* The prices were reasonable. I was able to get a great deal on the equipment I purchased.* The location was convenient. Temecula Valley RV Center is located in a convenient location, making it easy to get to.* The parking was plentiful. I had no trouble finding a place to park my car.Overall, I had a great experience shopping at Temecula Valley RV Center . I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a great place to shop for RV equipment. Thank you

Temecula rv built the greatest "overland" vehicle for my office. Eric (owner) spent time going over his plans and overall build that their engineer/craftsman Gary had built and blew me away at how they made the f350 superduty into a practical offroad home with solar panel setup and everything you need and nothing you don't . Travis handled all the financials and showing how things worked in the final product. Had an amazing experience picking up this amazing vehicle and if I ever would need a project such as this done again I wouldn't hesitate. Highly recommend!

Wow what a great experience the staff provided while I had some work done on the exterior of my fifth wheel. Had the opportunity to listen in on the service mangers morning meeting with the service writers and it was very impressive. This is the best place for a full timer to get thier rig serviced. We hooked up to power and camped right in the parking lot at night then the service team worked on the rig during the day. Awesome! Thanks!

April 17, 2023 - My RV is currently in the service department for an insurance estimate. The estimate was $270; pricey but okay. However, nobody bothered to mention the $70/day storage fee on top of the estimate. I d like to make arrangements to get my RV back but Bill Lifshin is apparently a very busy person. Meanwhile, storage fees continue to accumulate. It almost feels like a scam. So far, my experience with this place is pretty awful.April 18, 2023 - Telephone tag between Bill Lifshin and an insurance adjuster. Zero progress but it s another $70 in the pocket of Temecula Valley RV.April 19, 2023 - Now it s e-mails and finger pointing between Bill Lifshin and the same insurance adjuster. All I want is my trailer back but I can t even stop the bill from accumulating. Screwed out of another $70.Final result - At the end of the day, I didn't have to pay any of the storage fees and got my coach back. It may have been decency but it also might have been this review and/or questions implying possible legal action.Regarding the below reply: This was done under work order #728076, which was not in my name but did involve my coach.

Although we lost electricity and water several times during the remodeling of the park, we love this place and its country beauty. Many more amenities now and the management is wonderful. As we are SnowBirds we Hope to come back next year if they will allow RVs. Most spaces are being filled with mobile homes/AirB&Bs.

Update: once again Greg got it done when no one else could. Needed a blower wheel for our a/c unit in August. The only online reseller with one actually available wanted $500 for a $45 part. I sent Greg a text and he had it ordered and ready for pickup in one day. Was so happy I ordered another one just in case. For parts call Greg.These guys really are the best. So many other RV places in the area are expensive and treat me like I have nowhere else to go. I have worked with 3 or 4 different parts techs at Temecula RV and they are all about solving the problem. My wife always reminds me to go to Temecula RV because she loves these guys too. We have tried the rest, we like these guys the best.

These guys are great. I walked in without knowledge and Greg, the parts guy, helped me with my problem. He had to order some lights and called me when they came in. Lots of places expect you to call them to check. Very nice folks.

Super upset at Bill in Customer Service! He promised me something and did not deliver.I paid over $10,000 to have the inside of my RV repaired. One of the parts that was ordered came in damaged. They re-ordered the part that was part of my original job and now Bill is trying to charge me over $250 for shipping.This is a piece of plastic that weighs less than 2 pounds.Bill said the owner would tell me that I would be stuck with these freight charges. It s not my fault the original parts came in damaged and Temecula Valley RV had to pay $250 more to have a second part shipped out. They should issue a freight claim and get their money back through the shipping company. Not the customer!!!!!!Shame on Temecula Valley RV and shame on Bill. Bill is not a man of his word. He told me to come back and the Part would be completely free and snap it all together. I get there to pick up the part and now he wants to charge me over $250 for shipping. Freaking ridiculous

Great place for rv parts an accessories some of the best prices not a long waiting time either. To pay for parts Craig is on point in helping you find the parts you need an if can't get he will be able to get any info you need for your Rv or rig

I only went in for a tank dump ($10) so I cannot offer a sales or service review. However, compared to the 'huge' RV facility nearby, this one's parts and service area looked organized, well maintained and well stocked. Perhaps their sales, service, concern and competence is equally reflected therein. When it's time for future RV needs - we're coming here.

I have to say. The best experience I had in a long time. Martin in the Parts Dept has his professional hat on and took care of my Rv needs. Times are tough and tensions are high but my man Martin is cool, collective and most of all professional. I like to say thank you for what you do. I've been there 3 times. Not very friendly. Completely ignored the first time. Second time, gal was was so rude. Third time was a little friendlier, but didn't have a warm fuzzy feeling.

This place had our RV for 5 mths for 6 items to be repaired and final cost was more than double of original estimate. They wanted to replace 50ft shore power cord that took me 15 minutes to repair bad connection at one end. They could not repair Generator due to no Generator mechanic ??? Very disappointing experience!

Greg in the parts dept has assist me with different types of parts as well as product solutions and he has been great. Friendly staff . Greg follow up with me. Greg also calls to let you know your items are waiting for you. Is a good store you will find everything you need for camping.

Greg the parts manager was very knowledgeable and professional. Mike helped us load some heavy equipment and was helpful and kind. Dealing with grest people made our experience very enjoyable.

Outstanding Service and communication with me!!!. Wish I had another star to give them. Everyone I encountered was professional and helpful. They got my 5th wheel fixed up and took care of a couple warranty items as well. When my trailer was ready I reveived a complete walk through and set up before leaving. I will absolutely do business with these folks again.

I recently bought an air conditioner from them, great price great service blah blah, everything was great. The kicker is, when I told the parts manager about my project and that I was an RV novice he suggested I speak to the owner for advice. Wow, these are the pros! No longer am I worried about any aspect, I have a place to turn to for help, and they supply all parts I need at fantastic pricing.I would like to recommend this business. I drive 35 min each way, passing multiple rv stores... it's well worth the trip.
