Sonny did an amazing job on our early 2000s Volvo SUV. He wasn t pushy, told us what was needed, was reasonably priced, and was very friendly. He seems like his business is more relational and less transactional. We told him ahead of time that this would be ongoing as we know there are a lot of repairs that need to happen but we couldn t afford it all at once and that didn t change his attitude or service he gave. We went in for our AC to be repaired and he was able to fix it in a very reasonable time and we are so grateful. We will definitely come back to him again. To preface, my husband and I are not car people and have little knowledge. However, we went in being respectful of his schedule and time and did our part to make it a pleasant experience too. I hope others will be kind to him. We never felt like we needed to be on our guard like you can feel from other mechanic shops.

Sonny is the best! I have a S40 Volvo that has some definite issues but he always knows how to fix it and he's very reasonably priced! He never takes advantage and knows exactly what he's talking about when it comes to these cars! I would never trust anyone else with my car!

My in Laws have been going to S & T with their Volvos for almost 20 years! Now my husband and I entrust our Vehicles to him. He has kept our family 1998 Volvo S80 Running like a beauty. Our family reccomend S&T over any other business.

After today's visit for regular oil change, I have to rescind my former 5 star rating from our first visit here. Way over charged today just for an oil change, including putting in 7 qts of oil when all the other recorded oil changes (7 of them) were only 6 qts and then mechanic describing what is necessary for the NEXT regular maintenance (not far from todays' mileage mind you) will be a whopping $390 bucks! Well we had our last visit here today. Hey we know people need to get paid for the work they do but the thing that irked me the most, was asking the mechanic to 'reset' the computer so that the blinker will work as usual when tapped, to blink 3 times then click off (like it's has done since buying the car) but this feature was no longer working the moment I picked the car up from him on our first visit here. He says today that it was just a 'fluke' happening ... come on now, it worked fine the day I brought it in and after he worked on my vehicle, it did not work ! I called him right away after noticing this and he said he could fix it the next time I brought it in. Well that was today but now he tells us 'something wrong with the computer' !!! Do your research folks and be sure before you take your vehicle here. We will not be returning here.
