If I could give a 10 star compliment here, I would because he is well deserving of it. The first time I met Rick, I could tell he's the type of person that you like right off the bat.A friend referred me to him and he did not disappoint. I wish I would have met Rick sooner because I can tell he is an honest man and a fantastic mechanic. I'm a surgical nurse, not a car guy, don't know cars if my life depended on it. Rick saved me close to $1,900.00. If you need a life saved, I'm your guy. If you need a trust worthy, honest, fair mechanic. Rick is your guy.I know customer service just based on the profession I'm in and if you want the best of the best then Rick is your mechanic. Give him a shot and I guarantee you, he will not let you down. I wish I would have found Rick sooner because I would've have taken all of my cars to him so much much sooner, but I'm lucky to have found him now and I suggest you give him a shot too. You've earned a customer for life Rick. A++++++ all around. BTW he's been in the business since the 90's, so he knows his stuff.

Rick is an honest mechanic who is going to give you great service at a good price. I have taken multiple vehicles to him over the past five years and he has given me honest feedback each time and I have to tell you, I cannot appreciate this more. Especially when a dealership is quoting me six times what he is charging me for services. If you want a good mechanic who isn't going to try to wallet gouge you, this is the one folks. Honest mechanic who charges fair rates, plain and simple. Go with him and you wont regret it.

Excellent trouble-shooting, did a pressure-check, found and fixed an intermittent coolant leak on my Chevy Diesel Cruze. Located the hard-to-find part and had me back on the road within 24 hours. Parts and Labor very reasonable. Thanks Rick for being a great mechanic when I needed one most.

Took my 2007 Escalade in for a check engine light. After having a good conversation about previous work done, symptoms, and possibilities; Rick pointed me in the right direction to solve my problem. I'm so glad I found Rick within a year after moving to Temecula. Quickly I realized that he is a genuine person with decades of experience. He was able to save me $2200 when another mechanic told me to replace the engine of my 2010 Prius. Rick diagnosed the problem and it was not even the engine. Best part is he did not charge for it. He changed my upper and lower radiator horces of my RAV4 and he gave a very reasonable price. Once you get to know him you would not need any other mechanic for life.

This was my first time at Rick's Automotive Center and I was thoroughly impressed! Rick is a professional, honest, straight-up mechanic. while most mechanics didn't want to touch it, Rick had my salvaged civic back on the highway in about a week! Not only quick, the work was professionally done for a reasonable price. I will be using Rick's Automotive Center from now on. Thank you again Rick!

I've been taking my cars to Rick for almost 30 years. His prices are VERY reasonable. He won't tell me something needs to be replaced, if it doesn't need to be; as a single mom, that was important to me. And if something can be repaired, he won't pressure me to buy a new one. In fact, he doesn't pressure at all. He presents the facts and suggests options. I trust him.

Been a long time customer of Rick's Automotive. Our Pastor recommended him to us over 10-12 years ago. I really like that he'll take the time to explain what's going on and shows me the parts he's pulled out and why they needed to be replaced. I'm weird like that, but it gives me a warm fuzzy feeling. I also LOVE that he does not oversell services that may be "recommended" but that he doesn't think is really needed. This really sets him apart from any other repair guy I've used in the past. HIGHLY recommend!

Took my 2013 Camaro to Rick's garage for a check engine light. He fixed it within a couple of hours! Great service, reasonable prices, informative and most importantly very friendly. Car passed smog next day with flying colors. Thanks Rick!

Rick's worked on my vehicles since the mid-eighties. That all by itself should say enough. He's honest fantastic mechanic an all-around good person if I found myself broke down on the East Coast I would still call Rick to see what he thought about an issue. Hands down this is the place you want your vehicle.

Thanks Rick my car sounds smoother at start up and when shifting gears. Very professional mechanic advised me to not use cheap coil packs/parts from china. He put Japanese expensive ones and my engine doesn't sound rough anymore. Coil packs I used were fairly new from AutoZone.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Rick is a great guy, right off the bat after talking with him for 3 mins I knew he would be the one to trust with my cars, weather old or semi new car, ricks got your back! Got him working on my Oldsmobile at the moment! Forget about your mechanic! Take your vehicle here!

I was here about a month ago. Had an intermittent starting issue with my honda for a few months that couldn't be determined. My starter finally gave out and i had to have a tow on a Monday morning. Rick's was the only place of 3 that i called that could look at it the same day (the other two gave me an eta by the end of the week). He confirmed the starter gave out same day and had the repair completed at the end of day on Tuesday for me to pick up. They took the time to answer any concerns i had during the process. I will definitely be a returning customer for any future work.

Brought my car in because it turned off while I was driving he diagnosed it and found 2 other problems that no one else had been able to diagnose and fixed all 3 problems fast and did it all for a great price all off my cars will be coming to him from now on thanks Rick your the best!
