Super fast repair. I came in with an issue on my Jeep. Fixed same day and with very reasonable pricing. I'll be coming here instead of the Jeep dealership for services going forward. Temecula has plenty of auto repair shops to choose from. One of the most important factors in choosing auto repair is trust. The other one is quality. I needed an oil change for my car, took it here. The guy at the front asked me some questions, I filled out some paperwork. He recommended other services for maintenance on my car. I commute everyday to Carlsbad, agreed I would need this, but I would wait until my next visit. Very pleased with the amount of knowledge, professionalism, honesty. Afforable prices, wait time is reasonable. After my car was done, it ran smooth again. Taking all my cars here, I highly recommend to others to do the same.

This shop and it's owners are amazing.. I think the Son helped me and he was so nice and honest.. Seriously makes a huge difference when I was in such a stressful situation when I came in.. I'll only come here from now on.. To think I had gone next door and they were so rude to my friend and I.. Kind of grateful cause I found this place!

Apparently this place doesn't need any new business. Went in at opening 8am, I was the only person there. Walked in, wasn't greeted which is fine, no big deal to me. But when I asked for a smog check and oil change, I was told they are booked for a couple of days for those services lol. I wonder why they even advertise in the mail if they are that busy to turn away customers.

Other's have found out they have great mechanic's. Must truly be very very busy. Could not make an appointment for over a week in advance. Then asked to leave car the entire day just for a check engine light.

Friendly and well organized...Found online and called. Phone skills were very professional. When I arrived I was greeted and felt appreciated. My vehicle was taken care of and I was out and on my way. Very clean place!!!I will be doing business with Rancho Auto Service... Thank you again.

Looking for a mechanic you can TRUST? Bob and his crew are the best! We have been bringing our cars to Rancho for years. He has good prices and does great work. Ask for Bob or Mike and they will get you on the road before you know it!

Called Toyota of Temecula and asked for a quote to fix my AC. The quote seemed reasonable so I took it in for a diagnostic. When my wife went to pick it up they said "my a/c system was damaged" and wanted double the quote. I called around and Rancho offered a reasonable quote, so I took it in. Not only did they do the work for the quoted price but they had got a bad rebuilt compressor from the supplier and had to buy the new compressor instead, and still gave me the same quoted price and didn t charge me for the additional labor! Talk about great service! It s the only place I ll take my cars to from now on!

Great auto repair service, One of the best in Temecula. Fast service very knowledgeable staff and the price are great. They replaced my water pump and Timing belt and it came with 2 years 24k miles warranty nation wide. Will recommend this place to all my family and Friends. Thanks guys.

Had my oil changed. Tom has no personality. Went home-opened my hood-there was a rats nest on top of the battery. You'd think the mechanic would swipe it off, or at least tell Tom to let me know about it, but no. I had to find it myself. Bad customer service. $48.00 for an oil change. My 5th time there-also my last. I8s

Honest! My former spouse recommended him and what a honest shop! I have had my fair share of being taken advantage of form other's and this business is honest and great customer service. Highly recommended!

I had to call a few times and always got someone on the phone quickly answering my questions with courtesy. Had a very minor wait time and the employees were great. No bogus repair suggestions. I will be returning in the future.
