I go here regularly for alignment jobs. Extremely happy. Even on lifted and modified vehicles, they re able to do great work. Would definitely recommend this shop.

Happy with the service. They had the correct tires for my Travel Trailer. Price was fair considering other shops did not have them in stock. Will return happily when I need there service. Staff had a great attitude. Job well done . Ty Ramona Tire

AMAZING STAFF!! Being a gal I usually leave the car stuff to the men in my life, but this was the first time I had to deal on my own. Nader was so incredibly nice and friendly and made the whole experience so easy. Definitely coming back!!

My wife s Tesla had a slow leak and my regular tire shop was too busy to fix it, I have used Ramona tire in Murietta in the past and I started to dislike their service. They didn t seem very professional at the time, and I would have to return my car several times to get the repairs completed. This time when I brought my Wife s car in and they pulled it into service. I walked around to the back and I noticed that the mechanic was not using a puck to jack up the car. When I asked him if he had a puck, he had no idea what I was talking about explain to him that there is a rubber thing that you put on top of the check to properly lift a Tesla into the air . Eventually, he got a puck from the front desk, and properly lifted the Tesla. I will probably only use them as a last resort in the future

Tire shop has the best prices around for quality tires. They are quick and seem to care about the customer. For reference discount tire center was trying to charge me $498 for four tires and installation on a Toyota Prius, and Ramona s stay true to the online quote at $295 including taxes and fees, I would recommend these guys to anyone !!

Went in for rotation and balance. I was. Immediately told that I needed 2 tires replaced because they re bald . I was just told by Tesla that I have another 10,000 miles easy.After I made it clear I wasn t falling for the up-sale, the guy at the counter asked if I waned to just put the bald tires in the front. Pretty rude, but whatever.When it came time to drive away, I asked if they remembered to put the air in. The dude at the counter said yes, before realizing he had just given me an answer without checking for himself, and then double checked with the dude in the bay. That guy said it was done. Didn t look himself. Just believed the guy who said he did it.Had to come back the next day because it was clearly not done. My air in all 4 tires were 8-9 psi lower than spec suggestion. I drove in and the same guy behind the counter looked at me in shock, as if he actually made sure the day before.I won t come back to this shop, based on their shifty tactics to try and sell things I didn t need and then flat out ignoring a basic service request that was part of what I paid for. It s clear that the business thrives on selling unneeded products to gullible people, and skimping out on work, rather than fostering honest relationships with their customers.

I love the services they offer. With the oil change service, it also includes tire rotation which is a very good deal. Customer service by Julio Reyes was outstanding.

Friendly customer service from John on the phone and at the counter. But the service on my car was lacking. They forgot to reinstall the AC line caps and the engine cover on the motor so I had to go back and get those installed, 2 pushpins that hold the cover on were lost so I had to source those on my own. Then I had to return the next day due to my new tires being out of balance. Was told I had to leave it until they could get to it in a couple of hours.Not even a sorry or a free oil change for the inconveniences. Will take my future business elsewhere.UPDATE: On top of all this, they mounted the tires wrong and didn't clean up the tire lube! Yellow dot goes by the valve stem!Very disappointed!

Mr. Huckbey is amazing when it comes to customer service and a joy to walk in and talk to. This place was the lowest price and the fastest place i ve been to and he followed up on me to make sure i got in and out quick. When i came in i was only there 15 mins and my car was done! I love this place now. Thank u

went to get my oil changed at Ramona tire and presented them with a free coupon. A coupon for a free oil change because it was my birthday month. After I got my oil change I found out that they didn t do the tire rotation and they had put in the system or on my receipt that customer declined the tire rotation (but why would i ever decline??) and inspection when in reality, they were just salty that I had a free oil change coupon and didn t have to pay much because they didn t do the tire rotation. They didn t inspect the brake pads which were worn down to the metal and so because they failed to tell me this I now have to replace everything rotors brake pads everything I will never be going to Ramona tire again.

Decided to drop my car off with Ramona Tire to have them check an issue and do a full inspection. I ended up calling to cancel because I decided i wanted to take it to an actual mechanic shop instead. When I got there to pick my car up, they had it up on a lift and were working on it even though I called to cancel. They told me what was wrong so I decided to trust that they can fix it and I had them fix the other recomended repairs as well. Long story short, I ended up having to bring it back a couple days later for the same problem, to find out that it had a bad engine all along. So all the money I put into it was a waste because they didn't catch the issue the first time. I'm sure they are a good tire shop but I don't recommend for any mechanical issues.

Last Straw...Tires torqued in excess of 150 ft lb. (Torque spec is 100) Oil spilled all over spare tire. (Didn't even try to clean their mess). The largest Technician was rude and disrespectful, everyones entitled to a bad day. I will allow a professional to be a jerk If they do a good job, but you can't be a jerk AND do subpar work. I don't even care that the sales guy wasn't friendly, I just wanted quality work. Been coming here for decades, time to find a better shop in Murrieta. Tired of them jacking my oem valve stem caps and replacing with different ones every time they touch my tire.

Mike was great. Nice and very upfront with prices. Although we took car in at 11am guys in garage didn t look at it til after lunch which was 3:30 pm. Walked out paying 170 for throttle body cleaned new filter and almost $400 out the door but daughter is happy and check engine light is off. The moral of the story is never pay extra for the Carmax special when you re buying a car because it doesn t help you with any services that need to be done.

Quick, easy, and worry free. First time coming here. Checked in and less than an hour they fixed my flat tire that needed a patch (they also had several customers ahead of me.) Drove off and it felt like I had a brand new tire.

Horrible experience they trid to sell me parts and services not needed. The tech lied to me about my car and then had the nerve to curse me!!! Would not recommend anyone doing business here.

I like this place and the people working here but a don't want to give 5 because today a got charged for a flat repair. I didn't came for a flat tire, I came for a oil change. And yes, was a light on in my panel, they told me if because need air, but then they change me for a flat tire without show me it and without asking me if I want to fix it. However my car was ready in 1 hour and a half and I happy because everything is ok. Thank you
