This is the first time I ve ever taken time to write a review on anything. I brought in a northern truck to this shop. Now if you don t know a lot about winter time work trucks some would call it a rust bucket, I call it rust welded bolts. From price, to work, to being personal and trustful. I have only ever fully trusted a couple places not to just run me for my money, but take the time and unnecessary burdens sometimes on themselves to do above the bar job. If your taking your vehicle anywhere else your crazy.

What an excellent experience! I was referred to Primier by a family member. I contacted Amador and was replied to very quickly. We scheduled a drop off of the vehicle and was able to get the car back same day. Needless to say I was very happy by the efficiency of the service, the professionalism and knowledge of the owner, and the overall comfort I felt have my car serviced here.Very highly recommend!

I'm completely blown away by the combination of trust and value delivered by Amador and his team in my first few visits. I have lived in the Temecula area for 12 years. I have tried many different mechanics - all with good reviews. Premier stands heads and shoulders above the rest. I will take all my vehicles here moving forward. I will not go anywhere else.

Really one of the honest and helpful groups of people I have ever met. Iv taken my vehicles to a lot of places and this was the first and only place that made me feel comfortable, which was super important especially since I don t know a ton about cars. Super knowledgeable and provided me with alot of info to help me better understand my vehicle. Definitely would recommend service to anyone needing it, iv had my vehicle towed to the shop twice and both times they jumped right on it and got it done for me super fast. Really appreciate that !

I can t say enough about how pleased my family and I are with the service received at this shop. Amador and his team are efficient and most importantly, honest. It is so difficult to find a good, reliable and honest mechanic nowadays that I am thrilled we decided to bring our vehicle to him. My daughter comes all the way from Chino just to have her vehicle serviced by them. And we will continue to come as long as he stays open. Look no more! You have found the right mechanic! I totally recommend them.

I have taken my Toyota to Premier several times for some work and every time they were very responsive, quick, honest, and mostly very affordable. They make time to address the issues and answer any questions. Last week I took my Benz there because the dealership told me I needed some work and they were going to charge me an insane amount of money. I took it to Premier, they were so quick to diagnose everything, same day I had an email with the quote and the work needed and they charged me less than half what the dealership asked for. They started the work immediately and finished my car faster than I expected. When I take the car to the dealership sometimes it's there for a week when they just do the service. Premier Auto is very honest, very reasonable in pricing, they will not lie to you about what you need done to your car. They will not overcharge you. They always answer my questions honestly and they are so very friendly. It took me a while to find an honest mechanic and I'm so glad I found them. I will take all my cars there and always recommend them to everyone I know. Good guys, very good guys and the work is clean and good. They do what they say they're going to do and I never have any problems after they work on my cars. Highly recommended, my car engine stopped working while everything was on, I was on the red light. So my fam recommended me to try this shop, I'm glad I did taking my car here, I didn't expect my car to have such a fast service, I was preparing to rent a car thinking it might take long. It turned out they took their time to fix it immediately. They're professional, honest, very responsive and the price is so reasonable. This place is wonderful! I had to find a place to get my car checked out because on my drive to CA my check engine light came on. I was able to get in quickly and the cost is very reasonable for repairs. Quality and honest work. Recently went in to get a check engine light checked. The technician ran a diagnosis and came up as a simple fix. Did not charge me and told me how I could fix the problem myself and save money. This is my second trip to this shop and my experience has been great. Very welcoming crew and extremely helpful. Highly recommend!!!

Came in during a busy time and Manny helped me out right away. He was able to diagnose my problem right away and in doing so was able to confirm other issues that were not even related to my problem. My Jeep was almost ruining on zero oil. I just had an oil change done at the dealer. So much for trusting the big chains. Diagnosed another noise coming from my brake booster. I have a huge list of confirmed repairs and feel assured that they will all be done here.

Great little shop. Very friendly people. Very honest. They went out of their way to make sure our brake job was done right. They treat you like family. Easy to get in if you need something done sooner, rather than later Highly recommended.
