I've been bringing my car here for a couple of years now. Nigel is the absolute best. He is honest which is HUGE these days. He always goes above and beyond, as does his team. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

This place is awesome! Nigel and his team are great. Very friendly, professional, honest, and experienced. They took care of some much needed maintenance and repairs I had pending. Definitely my number one choice and I highly recommend Precision Tune Auto Care for all your automotive needs.

Nigel is Honest and Trustworthy.Explains in detail and never try's to upsell but will always recommend something if it could be a safety issue. Gets job done on time. We have been going to Nigel for years and he has done work on both of our vehicles, Saturn and Corolla. He is honest, fair, reasonable and the best mechanic we have ever had. Service is unbelievable. They are honest, reliable and super trustworthy. Nigel and his staff will take great care of your vehicle. You never need to question their diagnosis. It's always on point and NEVER INFLATED!!! THEY ARE AWESOME! !!

We are new to the area and was referred by my son who has been using Nigel and his team for 15 years. After my first experience here I will be comng back too. I have a 15 year old Mercedes in great shape because of my former OC mechanic's care. I feel I will be getting that similar level of professional care here, and I will be returning to Nigel and Precision for their quality work and very fair prices. Nigel, the owner personally diagnoses the problem and supervises the repairs. I appreciate having a owner take personal responsibility for repairing my car. Their prices were fair and the work done in a timely and professional manner.They earned my trust and my business.

Did not do what they said they were going to do. They told me they couldn't patch my tire and talked me into buying 2 new tires. They replaced 2 different tires and patched the one that they said they could not patch and told me to replace it soon because they weren't confident in the patch. I left feeling taking advantage of and still need to buy another new tire. Definitely would not recommend them.

Extremely happy with the staff and the work that was done. The prices are fair and the work that is done is honest, well done work. I would happily recommend this shop to any friends and family and will definitely use them again.

Made an appointment to get a simple fix, was told I would be out in a couple hours. Ended up waiting 6 hours....been here a few times and never had a good experience. Never coming back again
