My friend took his Cadillac truck there for a new motor. He loves his limited edition vehicle so much that it cost him over 10,000. OUCH! But worth it. We will pick it up on Thursday and see how she runs. Fingers crossed. They have a pretty good reputation. Thank you

I have used Mick on other vehicles of mine before. He was always clean and did great work. The vehicle I brought in was an old jeep with major electrical problems. I was in a hurry to get it done for a special occasion. Not only did he get all the electrical figured out, he also got the thing running for me. He really did an amazing job! If we schedule a meeting at 8 and I show up at 8, why does it take 3 1/2 hours before you check on my car?Also cursing out your employees in the back is not the best impression

Mick and his team are friendly, efficient and timely. His prices are reasonable as well. We have taken many of our vehicles to Precision and will continue to do so. I would highly recommend.

After having my A/C diagnosed elsewhere unsuccessfully, I brought my car in to Precision and immediately received an accurate diagnosis and estimate. Just a day later got the car back fully fixed for a reasonable rate! Will definitely be coming back!

I've used Precision about 4 times now. The staff is super friendly and Mick has made sure to educate me about AC systems. I keep going back and recommending Precision to others because I feel like I get a fair deal for my money.

We have had both our vehicles serviced here, and I trust them to always be fair and honest. Fair on costs and always courteous. In fact we have recommended others to take their cars in as well.

Precision Auto Electric and Air Conditioning states on their website that "if you have an electrical or mechanical problem, we have the experience and equipment to diagnose the problem quickly, and take care of it."I had an annoying and costly electrical problem in my Cadillac Eldorado that was causing recurring battery failures. The battery would become completely discharged if the car was not driven for a few days.The only answer my regular mechanic could provide was that the battery would not take a charge, and had to be replaced.After several such battery replacements, I realized that there had to be a fundamental electrical problem which my mechanic was not even able to understand, let alone accurately diagnose. So I searched for an electrical systems expert, and found Precision Auto Electric and Air Conditioning.After two billable hours of testing, Mick found and corrected two leaks in the electrical system that had caused the battery to discharge. He also identified the cause of a gear selection error message as being the failure of an important safety interlock switch in the transmission system, and replaced that component.The total cost for all of this excellent, timely service was less than the amount I had previously spent on futile battery replacements.There is no substitute for knowing what to do to accurately diagnose a problem. Mick is a mechanic who can think like an engineer and reason things out to a correct conclusion, and he has the required test equipment. He is a real problem-solving mechanic, not just a "parts installer."

I really needed help and Mick fit me in at the end of a very hot day. There were some complications and he proved his expertise, could have pushed for more money to replace more parts but was honest and fixed the problem without extra expense. I'm grateful.

I love how the mechanics here really take the time to explain what's happening, step-by-step! They are reasonably priced and really nice! I won't take my car anywhere else to get my a/c repaired for now on!
