So, in the parking lot, having been told at the counter bluntly that there was nothing they could do to finish the job EXACTLY as they had agreed to do, in writing, I started writing a 1-star shred piece of a review.Then a long-time customer (waiting on his project) approached me. I vented to him, but he told me how much he appreciated their work, saying they had built multiple Jeeps for him over the years and how he drives over 2 hours to come to this particular shop. So, I decided to go back in and try again to get resolution. Fortunately, I kept a lid on my temper and was blessed to received a very thoughtful explanation from the shop manager as well as a good suggestion for resolution, with which I was ultimately satisfied. Thank you Stuart and team for finishing well. I appreciate it very much and I will be back in the future!

Called this place a week ago asking for a quote regarding a front/back leveling kit. RJ or CJ, whatever his name is, was the one that answered. He asked if it had a control arm, to which I said yes.I gave him the name of the kit I bought so he could see exactly what I needed installed. He looked it up and said, "Nice, this has everything you need." I also got some new wheels that needed to be put on since the stock ones were already going to be off.After that, he gave me a quote to which I agreed and set an appointment for today to get installed. Not 2 hours later after dropping it off, he calls and says that they were not aware there was a control arm involved, and I had not been quoted for that install. I reminded him of our conversation, but of course, he said it never happened.I asked how much more it would be, to which he said an additional $500. I then told him I would go pick up the truck and would not want them to install anything.If I were you, I'd go elsewhere where they have integrity and admit when they mess up. I get it, we're all human. But him not owning up to his mistake is what did it for me.If you decide to go here, get your quote in person and in writing, not over the phone. Seems to me like they were just trying to get more money out of me since the truck was already there. Never going back to this place nor recommending it.

Guys are great. Brought my truck back to them after they installed dome new Icon shocks. Had some squeaking issues and they resolved the issue while I waited. Thanks Guys

Manager Chris and his staff are great! They were out of stock on the parts I needed, so he found the parts at the San Diego location. They were ready for me to pick up as soon as I got there!

As a first time customer I was looking for over extend straps for my Blazer and I was able to find all the correct lengths needed for front and rear shocks with1 single visit to the Corona location and the friendly staff that took the time to answer my every question and not hesitate to find the answer if they didn't know off the top of their heads I was very happy to find the extensive quantity of fabrication parts and suspension hardware in stock and not like other suppliers who might have 1 peice and then have to order more then hope you get the same exact part or from a totally different manufacturer and your stuck with something that they ordered not the case here O R W is the best shop for all my off road supplies it's easy to find what you need and if you need something that you can't find they'll find it within a reasonable time and usually not charge outrageous or inflated prices simply because they have it and you need it like those other guy's might I will definitely recommend Off Road Warehouse to anybody that asks me or I run across who just need's a little help finding the best place to get what they need without the hassle of being told what they want and being disappointed with somthing that they can't use thanks and keep on wheeling HV

ORW and Baja Mike were incredible to work with. I added new rims and tires and am considering a lift. Baja Mike and the team were very intelligent and easy to work with. He communicated throughout the entire process and the results were perfect. I will 100% be back and this will be my truck home forever.

1200 quote turned into 1600 and it was still installed wrong. Incorrect fluid and they wanted an extra 160 to put in the correct fluid. I assumed the high price meant professionalism, I was wrong. Thanks for botching it Stewert at ORW Murrieta, I love nothing more than overpaying someone else to do it wrong. I've never had a shop that thinks they know better than the owners manual and dealer.

Worst experience ever, my husband spent over $5000 on a lift less than a year ago and within the first 500 miles before he had to go get everything tightened his ABS light came on. When he called to make the appointment he let him know the light was on and when he went in to get his truck serviced for the 500 miles they gave him a hard time about the ABS line and accused him of cutting it himself. They supposedly fixed it and now this is what were left with, every single light is permanently on and this is less than a year after getting his truck lifted. When he called to talk to somebody they were nice enough to give him $1000 plus quote to repair it. Last time I checked if you Break it you fix it especially when somebody has spent over $5000 at your shop. I hope that everybody will read this and avoid this location or company in general so you do not have to deal with what we re dealing with.

Easy to work with Sales personnel.Good pricing.GREAT Specials !Set an appointment up and the truck was ready at the end of the day... as I was told.Extra "kudos" to Stuart, he walked me through the whole process of buying and installing a BDS Lift Kit with the right Rims and Tires. Got it done in a timely manner and for the right price.

Great place and great people. I first met Baja Mike when I bought tires for my old truck. Their prices are great and the service is above and beyond. Since my first tire purchase 6 years ago. I have been back for tires for all of my vehicles and anything else beyond that. When I got my new Ram I knew Off Road Warehouse was they place to go for my side steps.When I needed new tires I called them. When I needed to get my truck fine tuned for bigger tires the dealer recommend Off Road Warehouse. I called Baja Mike he already knew that part was on back order and he called me when it was back in stock.

2-2 getting something that's sold out everywhere and them having it at their warehouse. Below MSRP ordered and shipped to my house for free. Bought Baja Designs Fogs(amazing and bright!)and now Pro-R ditch lights. Can't wait to install those!

Waisted my time when I was willing to throw money at them. Baja Mike was great the day before but was not there for my appointment. Came in for an alignment on a new coil over set up. I told them that it was off 1/2 on one side can they adjust it for me. Well that snowballed into them showing me they don t like to work. Gave me excuses why they can t do it. It took me 6 minutes at home with a spanner wrench to adjust it. Also the fact the alignment guy said he still wanted to do it with the coil overs being off in height. Mind blown. Glad I didn t let them touch my truck. That s was a sign. Won t be going back and I was going to dump a lot of money as I m building a pre runner

Baja mike is the best worker hereHe always gives me the right parts and he is very helpful and knowledgeable about his stuff if you need any help with your trucks id highly suggest coming here these guys are the best in town

Called ahead for FOX shocks to be installed first told no, then manager said yes so appt set broke camp as we live full-time and got there to be told no can't do them. We have auto levelers as well. Said rack can't handle weight, when they are done on level ground anyway. I'm at another recommended shop down the road who are installing last minute that a kind business referred me to. Auto levelers down and bingo! So thanks ORW for letting me down.

Brandon was very helpful assisting me several times trying to figure which lift kit was best for me. Understanding my desired lift he opt for a very nice and practical solution. He could have charged me for for something I really didn't need. Honesty and character goes a long way with me. I'll probably go with his suggestion for a 3 inch coil over suspension lift with extras for 2011 duramax.

This offers some high end quality modifications for your vehicle. Tires, wheels, shocks, bumpers, alignment....it's pretty top notch. I didn't purchase or modify but I came away impressed with the knowledge, recommendations for what I was looking to do and given estimates. This is a big business with several locations. I'll probably come here in the future to make purchases and get the work done.

Love this place. Baja Mike did not treat me like a dumb woman coming in to modify my truck. Was so helpful finding just the perfect fender flares for my truck. Will definitely be coming back.

This is a long overdue review, but better late than never. I had a lot of work done on my Jeep XJ here back in June or July of 2019. From the very first call inquiring about pricing, I always had the best impression of this place. I worked with Brandon through the whole process and he always went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect.When I first called for my initial quote, after listing off all the parts to be installed, he was dedicated to getting me an accurate quote and took my number down to call me back later so he could run the numbers. Other shops I had called just gave me a very rough ballpark. What Brandon quoted me came out very close to final price.The service was high quality and professional. I was overseas working contracting, so I had my brother act as a liaison for me and I talked with them over the phone through the process. They were super easy to work with and made what could have otherwise been a complicated/confusing process of having someone else drop off and pick up my Jeep and parts a simple one.When the Jeep came back all finished, I was ecstatic with the quality work. It came out great and they followed through with everything without hiccups. In all I had them install a 5.5 Rubicon Express long arm lift with bilstein shocks, chromoly axle shafts, 4.56 gears, arb lockers with a compressor, Currie steering, safari snorkel, front bumper, some other misc items, and probably some other stuff I m not remembering.Their outstanding customer service and quality of work has solidified them as my first pick for any offroad related maintenance/shop work that I need done. These guys are great and stand by their work.

Seems good so far. Been to 4 wheel down the street in the past, some of their salesman make you feel like you don t belong if you don t know what your talking about. This place seems a little more patient to the newbie. Talked to couple salesman, Mike and Brandon, both where helpful in finding products that fit what my needs. Website is kinda of frustrating (forgets your type of truck every time you go back to listings). I will be back in the future.

Great service ! I got the front bumper on a jeep 2016. Brandon &Earon did a great job, was super fast service and it turned out beautiful!. Mike was super helpful guidance when i first came to the Off road store. I recommend this place, never dissapointed and i give it 5/5!
