My 2019 Chevy Silverado, 1500, needed a new torque converter after it broke apart causing damage in the transmission. The dealership wanted $7k. I called a few places and the best reference was to Murietta Transmission. They did not disappoint. Rick provided me conscise information, and completed the repair in a timely manner and at a good price, with a solid warranty for a rebuilt transmission. There were a few additional repairs that they also performed at one of the best prices I have found. Rick was friendly and knowledgeable, and the shop is immaculate. I highly recommend.

Murrieta Transmission is the cream of the crop. I am an expert in clutch disc performance and visited 480 transmission shops from New M�xico, California, and Arizona, there were only three that I would classify as cream of the crop, Murrieta Transmission is number one followed by one in Arizona and another in Bakersfield out of 480 transmissi�n shops. Rick is one of those three. He will leave no rock unturned to seek excellence. He is mituculous, inventive and creative, Inventive to the point of being clssified as a Master Transmissi�n builder. I would trust no one else to work on the transmission on my car. He took great care of me, did a great job and was competitive with every one. He took care of me while other mediocre shops were quoting me 25% higher prices. You want price, peace of mind and professionalism? Murrieta Transmission is CREAM OF THE CROP

Went to Rick for transmission service, and he ended up doing my timing chain, and water pump along with a radiator replacement, and front brake job. He was up front and honest about his quoted prices on parts and labor. Had good experiences for a long time then he abandond a fuel injector job could not put any more time in it. gave vehicle back in original condition, and has freezed me out on even simple trans work. If there ever was a "best place" for transmission service believe me this place is the best. Rick, his manager Mark and his technicians are top shelf. Their service is perfect their mechanical work all five star. You can't find a better trans shop for many miles in any direction. Thanks Rick.

(Dec 22)Rick was up front, honest and extremely professional! He gave me a solid quote, to replace the Generic Shift Solenoid. (2012 F-150, 4X4X4)If you go to Ford and they tell you it'll be 6k to replace the transmission to fix it, do not believe them! Rick found the problem via the code reader and nailed it!!!He is by far, the best mechanic I've dealt with in 40 yrs!I will go to Murrieta Transmission again, if need be, for my other cars.

Murrieta Transmission gets all my future business. Here's why: Harry built this shop with the motto to stand by all repairs. Rick, the new owner, walks the Exact same talk. Here's what happened: I had Murrieta Transmission install a rebuilt transmission into my aging BMW several months ago. The installation was flawless - unfortunately, and unbeknownst to all of us, the rebuild they installed had a defect. No Problem! Harry and Rick diagnosed the issue and restored the rebuild to perfect operating condition. I am pleased to say - the BMW performs better than when I first purchased it! They know what they're doing here and they stand by their work. I wish all Shops were this honest and competent. Thanks again Rick, Harry and Ivan.

Rick, Ivan and the family at Murrieta Transmissions have the highest standards when it comes to auto repairs and customer service. I was referred to them by a neighborhood whose immaculate Jeep 4x4 suv is currently sponsored by several companies and featured at SEMA. You can literally eat off the ground due to the cleanliness and up keep of his shop. Rick is unbelievably fair. I had several mechanics quote a price for 2 repairs and had Rick do 4 repairs done for a lower price. Rick has integrity and now I'm telling everyone I know go to him any repairs. Any time I have a concern Rick tells me to swing by asap and drops everything he's doing to address the issue.Murrieta transmissions- Rick and Ivan are the men to go to for your auto repairs. He also recommended Ace Hardware for a new oem key replacement. I listened to Rick and saved me more half the price honda wanted to charge for a key. Ace programs your new key with an ipad directly to your computer. What are you waiting for call them now or drop by and tell me Nick sent you!

I come here for all my mechanical needs. Very honest, reliable service with reasonable pricing. You might have to wait a few days because they get overwhelmed with work requests but it's worth it. I highly recommend this shop.

Our little delivery truck wouldn't shift, so our driver went to Murrieta Transmission,. After explaining the situation to Rick the manager, that we were on a tight schedule to make the delivery to deliver to Corona, he quickly diagnosed the problem and and fixed it, getting our driver on his way! Way to go Rick!Thanks from the Super SOundproofing Company!
