I cannot recommend Murrieta Auto Collison enough. In the last 2 years I have had to use them on 4 different occasions. All 4 times people have hit me. I have brought them my Chevy Colorado to most recently my 2022 Ford F250. The quality or workmanship and attention to detail is unsurpassed. Misty stayed in constant contact with me and gave me regular updates of what was happening with my truck. They worked with my insurance to be sure that I only got OEM products back on my vehicles. My F250 is less than a year old and the color match and clear coat finish look factory. They have always gone above and beyond and give that personal touch. I recommend all my customers to use them as well. I have probably recommended over 100 customers to them and they have all had outstanding experiences. If you're in that unfortunate position where you need a body shop, look no further. They will take care of you and give you great experience. They will take what can be a stressful situation and make it a breeze and easy to handle. I have a 2004 vehicle that Faith Auto and Caliber Collision refused to intake for repairs. I then met Misty at Murrieta Auto Collision and she gave me instant hope. She had a contigency plan in case parts were hard to come by and that gave me peace of mind. My car came back in beautiful shape and they even added in some extra work. Very happy!!!

First- the actual work they did was great, and I have no complaints about that. The service was awful though. There was about a month and a half between when I paid and when my car got repaired. Every time I called I was told they would get parts "next week," but the parts didn't appear until two days after I asked for a refund. It took them half a week longer to complete the repair than I was told it would- again, every time I checked they said it would be available tomorrow. With the number of auto repair places available, there is nothing special about this one.

I want to thank everyone at Murrieta Auto Collision for making the whole process so smooth.Very friendly and professional. Everything was done in a timely manner. They even helped me in dealing with my insurance. I appreciate how they stayed in contact with me and kept me updated. Thanks for also helping me with picking up my vehicle!

I have had two accidents that they took care of my car for, from and rear hits. Every time the staff is super friendly, and has returned my car looking brand new including an additional free detail for the car. Best auto collision shop I've used. Professional work that lasts.

Very happy with the service! I was quoted a set amount of $ and 3 days to completely replace my front bumper. They completed the job in 3 days as quoted and did not charge me a higher price when it came time to pick up my car; what was quoted to me is what I paid! Plus, they detail cleaned my car for free :) I am very happy with the customer service and the work they did on my car, I highly recommend this place!!

I needed a hood emblem installed on my 1965 Mini Cooper. The office staff was very friendly and professional. Chuck, the gentleman who handled the installation, has an astonishing resume of cars he has worked on. His attention to detail and knowledge is incredible. He cared as much about my car as much I do. The facility was clean and organized. To top it off, the cost was very reasonable.They have been in business for over 30 year, and I can see why

I shopped around got multiple estimates, they gave me the best estimate and were even recommended by another shop. This is a family owned business, which matters to me, and they were honest about the work that needed to be done. You can tell by their honesty, that they weren't just in it for the money but they actually valued me as a customer. They have great rates and do quality work in a timely manner. The staff is great, they're friendly and professional.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this place! Misty was fabulous, their customer service was great and my husbands truck looks as if it was from the factory. They were honest and even replaced an emblem on the truck. I highly recommend this place! Its so hard to find honest, good work now days and we have found a place to take our vehicles too!

Easiest experience with an Auto Body Shop I've ever had. They took care of everything from start to finish, called me when it was ready, on time. Car looks great and know who to call if I ever need any more body repairs.

Believe the reviews, this place does a great job fixing cars, and is good about working with you on the time. I have a long commute to work, so I've had my car damaged by others multiple times, and I pick this place ever time since I started going here. I've tried those chain places that the insurance companies like, like Calibre Collision and stuff, a they aren't anywhere near as good.For instance, I went to Calibre in Temecula once, and after a couple weeks I noticed my front bumper shaking a little and sticking out. I took it back in and they said I must have hit something because it was rattling around like something feel out, but he'd have someone take a look at it. After over 30 minutes they came back and said a bolt that holds the bumper on had "fallen off" okay sure, more like you forgot to put it in, and they had replaced it for me. Umm, okay, thanks for screwing up, making me come back, and blaming it on me.Murrieta Auto Collision the other hand, one Tim gave me my car back with black marks on the driver seat and rear seats. I went in and told them and right away, they were genuinely concerned and sorry, cleaned the black marks up, apologized again, and said that they would do a better job if that wasn't good enough when it was light tomorrow and I could see it better. They had done a fine job and the marks we're gone. This is the only bad thing that has ever happened to me here, and they fixed it right away without excuses or blaming me.

My experience with Murrieta Auto Collision was really superb. I don't think great service makes the greatest business - great accountability does though! They did a great job on the body work with my 2002 WRX - but they messed up on wiring everything correctly; BUT they were willing to admit it AND send my car to an alarm shop to have everything wired up correctly (and they paid for it) that to me is a badge of honor for any business.

I called them on Friday to bring my car for a an esti6, Misty and her secretary were very friendly, warm welcome n smiles quick estimate, unlike one of their neighbors I stopped by mistake. Misty thank you for the ride home really appreciated. I will refer all my family and friends to this company

Great shop, took my Nissan Titan there 5 years ago and they did great work. Recently, my insurance company wanted me to take my 2015 GMC Sierra to Faith Auto Body after it was backed into. After one horrible experience after another, I pulled the plug on Faith and brought it to Murrieta Auto Collision. They got it done in the amount of time they initially quoted me, and you can't even tell it was worked on. Highly recommend this shop!

Murrieta Auto Collision is fantastic. This family owned and operated business gave us a fair quote and a timely repair schedule. Not only was the repair completed on time, but also for less than the original estimate. The high quality of work and guarantee makes us extremely satisfied. We would highly recommend Murrriera Auto Collision to anyone looking for a Body Shop in the Murrieta Valley!

Just picked up our tahoe after repairs from an accident and couldnt be more satisfied. Not only did they do a wonderful job, their staff was friendly, the car was done on time, and to my surprised the car was detailed inside and out. Couldnt be happier.

Monday or Friday the staff are courteous, honest and attentive to customers. Always ready to serve. Unlike other establisments you'll notice their attitudes on Mondays. I try to be understing on days like Monday.

10/10 recommend this place. Although they had my car for a month they did an amazing job and super nice lady Laura always kept me updated and made sure I was ok with whatever was being done it made me feel really good about leaving my car there.

I was going to use them to get the work done on my CRV but i work on the military base camp pendleton and needed my car for work i explained that i would be setting up a appointment for sunday or monday because those are the only days i have off when this was fees that they gave me for not even doing any work.. because of this i will not be getting any work done at this place and suggest those to find another shop this bogus unfair billing system for not doing any work is ridiculous and shows a shop being disparate for money these are the types of shops you stay away from!! i have provided email proof to show you exactly how they work. so after arriving to pick up my car i had to call the police inorder for them to release my car yesterday. UPDATE!!! AFTER GETTING MY CAR BACK THEY PULLED PARTS AND BROKE THINGS THAT DID NOT NEED TO COME OFF MY CAR AT ALL IM CURRENTLY TALKING TO A LAWYER WHO WILL BE STEPPING IN ON THIS MATTER BECAUSE THATS A FORM OF INSURANCE FRAUD COMPANIES ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO QUOTE DAMAGES THAT ARE NOT THEIR I WILL BE TALKING TO MY INSURANCE COMPANY AS WELL ABOUT THIS THEY WANTED ME TO SIGN SOME DOCUMENT STATING THEY WERE NOT RESPONSEABLE FOR ANYTHING ON MY CAR THEN THEY WANTED TO AUDIO OR VIDEO TAPE OF ME NOT SIGNING THEIR BOGUS DOCUMENT
