Mr. Bill, the staff and technicians are awesome. They fixed my 2003 Honda Accord, which was hit from the back and front while stopped at a red light, and made it look as good as new. Mr. Bill and the whole crew were so nice and friendly throughout the process and I greatly appreciate and recommend them.

I have been using Mr. Bill for all of my Auto Body needs for over 30 years! His work, his staff, and his kind heart makes this the only shop I will EVER take my vehicles. I also have had many friends and family through the years use Mr. Bill's and he never disappoints. They help you through the process with your insurance and always keep in excellent communication.Thank you for always being there for me, family, and friends!!

I crashed with no insurance so I wanted to purchase my own parts to save on money but most shops don't like that but Mr Bill and his team were very accommodating and were able to help me out entirely. Not only could they help me find parts I couldn't get, they were also able to give me reasonable price points. Overall, I would definitely come back again.

Went in to get an estimate on how much it would cost to get some scratches removed from my truck. Walked into the office when I arrived (no appointment) and there were like 5 employees talking business. As soon as they saw me, they stopped their discussion and asked how they could assist me (very professionaly might I add), and I explained my situation. Ryan then walked out to my truck, looked at the damage, and literally buffed it out within 2 minutes at no charge! I literally wanted to pay him something. Not because of the problem he solved, but because of the way in which he treated me. Dude is the ultimate Professional! I will certainly be utilizing Mr. Bill's for any future body work needed with any of my vehicles. Kindness goes a long way! Thank you to Ryan and the entire Mr. Bill's Touch Up Service. You guys made my day!!!

Amazing service and attention to detail! They did an entire paint job and it looks brand new! Prices are reasonable and fair. Turnaround times are quick and accurate. I have a Nissan sentra, I went to ask how much it would cost to have my Lower Grill fix. The guy was so honest and friendly, he came and looked at my car he said this only needs a pull I was like wow! thank God that there's still honest people in this world. So if you ever get into a collision like I did Mr Bill's, it's the place you should go to. May God bless that guy who helped me and Mr. Bill's Collision Center too

Where do I start this place is amazing, the best experience from a body shop I could ask for. I have found him to honest, professional, and totally experienced in the auto repair and customizing business. His service is super, his employees are truly skilled professionals. I am a retired Architect and got T-boned by a young upstanding appearing driver who then lied and claimed that it was my fault to his insurance company so they gave only half of the repair costs. I was very sensitive to trusting any input as far as getting my car totally repaired . My third and best estimate was from Mr. Bills and I was amazed at how quickly he gave me his estimate - about 10 minutes! - not 2 days like the other shops - also he did not change the price when I picked up the car and it looked better than before my accident. I would definitely recommend Mr. Bills and his crew if you need car body repairs done. I am a pleasantly surprised customer!

I had my car wheel well attacked by my dads Mastiff. It looked like a Great White mauled the metal of my car. Mr. Bill's took care of the situation and got my car back on the road looking spiffy and brand new again. It was the best estimate for my wallet and great work. Everyone was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend the shop. I have had numerous experiences with other auto body shops around the valley and Bill's is by far the best I have encountered!

I am so glad I found Mr Bills! I went to a few different body shops for quotes but Mr Bills stood out, friendly personable and they did an amazing paint job on my SUV. Their work is quality work and that's what most of the reviews are praising their work and I agree their work is top notch. I experienced something that I might share. My vehicle had a lot of damage so naturally the repair was going to take a while the insurance company only gave me a rental for about 30 days my car wasn't finished Mr. Bill graciously provided me with a rental out of their pocket and he did not have to do that but he did this is what makes this shop number one in my opinion.

I had an accident in my truck and badly damaged my front tire and steering, and my frame was damaged as well ! Mr Bills worked together with my insurance carrier to completely restore my 19 year old Toyota Tacoma!!! It was a miracle indeed... They really went above and beyond the norm to restore my truck! Best place in town to get your car or truck looking like new. Great prices and fast turnaround. You can't even tell it was ever dinged. Color matched perfectly. Had an unfortunate blow out with a steel belted tire. It did a real number on the back driver's side fender. Looking brand new now. Many thanks to Celeste and Bill !!!

Been a fan of Mr. Bills for years and used him back when he was just a mobile shop. Happy that he was able to open a brick and morter!I no longer live in the area but still send friends there who I know locally. Great work ethic and friendly. Timely service and gets the job done.

I brought in my 2000 Corvette to have scratches & nicks removed, as well as a detail, interior & exterior. Well, it required some painting on 5 panels, the front bumper cover plus a right side mirror that I scratched. The job was completed within 4 days. What an AWESOME job!!!!! As I write this review I'm speechless because of the superior quality of work done to my Corvette and done right the FIRST TIME!!! I looked at the exterior more closely after I arrived home and what an IMMACULATE job.Thank You Mr. Bill for such a magnificent job and a GREAT PRICE!!! You DO get what you pay for. I am EXTREMELY pleased with the work done. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mr. Bill's Touch Up Service!!! You won't be disappointed!! The warranty lasts as long as you own the vehicle. You can't beat that!!! You will experience GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I christened our four day old new car entering the garage. I took the car to Mr.Bills and they did an excellent job in repairing and painting the damaged area. They were very knowledgeable and courteous and cost less than half of what I was quoted at two other establishments. I highly recommend Mr Bills.

I have been using Bills Body Shop for over 20 yrs. There is not a better place in Southern Riverside County to take your car; whether it is a scratch or ding repair, fender bender or an all out custom restoration. They can do it all. Most important, Bill can scale to any job. There are a lot of folks who claim to be a body shop, but if you look close, there a joke. This place, has it all, world class paint booth, body specialists, paint specialists, detail specialists etc. And they mix and match their own paint. They do not run down to the local paint store and buy the bargain stuff. His staff is always friendly and accommodating. I have to always laugh about those who would say they can get it done elsewhere for less. Isn't that always the case? Bill has been in business longer than any shop in Southern Riv. Co. and has thrived through two recessions while the popups come and go like gophers. Not only will you get a perfect result, Bill stands behind his work. Try that elsewhere.

Great service! Works in a timely manner. We use them for our business. They have helped us with our classic car resto Mods and with bumps and scraps to our fleet vehicles. Bill makes you feel at home anytime you go visit.

I really didn't think they would be able to get the paint and design to match on our RV, but WOW! Their work was exceptional and can't express enough how delighted we are with the tremendous job they did. The owner is a great and very personable guy and everything promised was done ahead of schedule. We also are impressed with the warranty we were given on their work.

A couple of weeks ago, I got into a car accident and initially took my truck to an insurance recommended body shop. Unfortunately, that shop declared the vehicle totaled because the frame got bent.Shortly after, a family member told me that the insurance recommended body shop was too expensive, and that I should take the vehicle to Mr. Bills because he'd work with us and is a lot less expensive. I took the vehicle over, and discovered that not only was the vehicle easily repairable, the repairs ended up being MUCH less than the other place was going to charge to fix the vehicle. A couple weeks go by and the truck looks brand new! He even details the car before giving it back to you!Mr. Bill is a really kind, personable guy. He seems like the type who understands the situation you're in and will work with you to reach a good solution. I highly recommend Mr. Bills to anybody that needs their car repaired!

I took my 1999 Ford F350 to Mr. Bill's and Diversified Auto Repair for body work, new paint, bed liner, new interior, and some mechanical work. They exceeded my expatiations, Mr. Bill and Leon were absolutely fantastic, and the person that did the interior was exceptional. Customer service was great, the staff at both shops were very friendly and worked with me with all my needs. If you need a one stop shop, this is the place, Mr. bill and Leon will get it done.

Had a great experience here! We had damage to the side door on our Sienna Van that I thought was going to require replacement. They were able to fix, repaint like new, and had it back to us in less than two days at an excellent price. They stand by their quote and quality of work. I'd use them again in a second, but I hope I don't have to. . .

Mr Bills has done several auto body repairs for us. One car needed bumper repair and they also detailed the car. The car looked like new and the paint matched perfectly. Jill, Joe and the rest of the staff could not have been more courteous. I ended up getting into a fender bender with my truck and they handled everything on time and you would never no that it was in an accident.

After crunching my car I was so upset and naturally didnt want to deal with the repairs and the cost and fairly new to this area of town. Upon my first conversation with Celeste and Mr Bill I felt like I was pointed in the right direction. From the estimate, to the repairs and customer service like it ahould be, I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants QUALITY work and friendly knowledgeable staff to help you. They LISTEN and truelly seem to care.. Thanks guys /guyette, I greatly appreciate you and the service I received. My car.. Ahh yea after a wreck, I worried it would never be the same. Bill not only does the best job at doing touch up he is a very nice man to know. I have used him 2 times so far and both times were the best service possible. My car came back looking brand new I will tell anybody who need that service to go to Mr. Bill's touch up service.

I had called this shop October 14th to get an estimate to paint the top of my mobile dog grooming van. They told me to send me a picture. Gave me an estimate told me how long they would need it. I was impressed. I asked the gal if open week after Christmas and was told yes. After that I called 3 other times and each time she told me they were open the Monday after Christmas. I cleared my schedule. She told me to call week before to reconfirm I was bringing my van in. Again I asked are you open Monday after Christmas. She said yes at 8 am. Told her I will be there Monday at 8. Imagine how upset I was when they were closed. I also made an appointment to have decals put on my van based upon my van top being painted. Now I have to reschedule everything which is due to your shop. I left a voice mail sent a text still no one has called. A client of mine recommended your shop. Word of mouth is very important
