I always come here to get my tires and any little thing that pops up wrong with my car. Everyone here is really nice and knowledgeable. They are are also very efficient.

I came in to patch one of my tires, it had a nail in it. I came in to Mountain View and Ozzy greeted my husband and I very professionally and friendly. As soon as they pulled the car back we were told it was a false alarm. I appreciate the honesty and their service. Thank you Ozzy and Michael!!!

Fantastic service, fair prices, great staff experience. While I was there the staff helped a young couple get their driver window un-jammed which happened at another car repair shop.

Took my aunt s SUV to this repair shop and have been throughly impressed. It turned out that a part she had replaced was bad which they swapped out for no charge, and he car required a new part which they replaced for the cost of the part only, waiving the installation cost. My aunt is in the hospital and I do not live locally, so I explained that they would meed to store the car for a few days before I could come by to pick it up. This they also did without a cost or problem. The staff were all very communicative, friendly, and helpful. I was overall very impressed by them and very happy with the outcome.

Thanks a great bunch to Mountain View Tire. They are a life saver. My tire went flat on a Sunday morning, so I searched around to find that they were the only ones open. If they weren't, I would've been stuck 100 miles from my destination. Ozzy is the best, with his helpful and most friendly personality I've come across. Everything was quick and easy thanks to him and Chris, the best tech in the west. You guys are AWESOME!!

Simply put, asked if i could bring in my own new break pads that i have a warrenty on...no problem...could you skip all the inspections and just put the pads on because my wife and kids are with me...no problem. In and out in 30 minutes. Would use this place for a break job

Took our Sprinter van in for an oil change and had it done under an hour. Thank you Ozzy for getting me in on short notice. Definitely will be back with all my vehicles.

I came in for new brakes and rotors and ozzy was the man for the job! He was very helpful and went above and behind to help me out, super grateful for the experience and all the help he provided, 10/10 would recommend and definitely coming back !

Had an emergency situation after another tire service failed to put my tire on right. I pulled in here on my last leg, and they took care of me. Thanks to John and all of the guy s down at Mountain View tire and auto in murrieta on date rd.

I had a flat and was supposed to be in Van Nuys for a business meeting in a few hours. After I explained my situation, they got me back on the road in a little less than an hour and put on a new quality tire that was comparable to my other Goodyears. I would recommend them for excellent service as they really came through when I needed it - and I made my appointment on time.

John is the man hands down!! He goes above and beyond for the customers. The few staff members I've met there are all pretty chill guys. Took my car there to get a manifold replacement as well as some other parts and had my car back the next day. All my vehicles have a new shop I will be going to long as I live in the area.Update : 9/10. took my Car today to get a belt install and Ozzy and Chris took care of it pronto I was in and out within 30mins. These guys always treat me like family and that means a lot to me. Thanks again guys for your service especially on a Sunday!

Ozzy and John have always been super helpful with my Buick Enclave s service. I have been taking my car here for a few years now and greatly prefer it to the dealership or other shops closer to my house in Temecula. I use this place for both Tire and Mechanical Issues I ve experienced.

I had a person named ozzy a auto tech assisting me with excellent customer service at mountain view, he went the extra mile to make sure my suv got service correctly. Excellent customer service and mechanical work to have your vehicle done at this repair shop.

Horrible business if you care about your car and your time then never go there. They will see you come in and have you waiting at the front desk for service and just ignore you. The old man just sits in his office and stares at you but wont help and yells that someone s coming to just wait. I stood at the desk for 15 min with no help then proceeded to call a different tire shop to make a new appointment since this establishment obviously can t service there customers. Do not go there if you value your time and safety of your vehicle! Your money should not be wasted with this greedy, selfish, and lazy incompetent business. Have a great day and choose a better business for whoever is reading this.

The Manager/Owner, John C, is wonderful! I had some potentially serious issues with my car over heating so I took it in with really no notice. John fit me in on a busy Friday with such a kind and compassionate personality. The issue was fixed quickly, properly and no headache! I will definitely be bringing my car back for future services.

The skid plate on my Honda came loose while on vacation. Thankfully they were open on a Sunday and Ozzy helped us take it off and didn t charge us. Thanks so much!

John was fantastic. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Great communication as I had to order the tires. Courteous and professional. Skye was quick and efficient doing the install. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, which is not usual at mechanic-type shops. Awesome work, guys! Thank you very much.Dale F

Incredible service and trust worthy shop! We had purchased method wheels and general grabber tires for our jeep gladiator with the hazard insurance. Love the look and feel.About 8 months later, walking out of our newborn babies checkup, I noticed a huge nail in a tire. Drove right over, john and team were exceptional, fit us in to plug the hole and rotated the tires all free of charge and speedy so we could have a safe vehicle for our family. We appreciate it and will stay loyal for this car and our ford mustang Mach E that is being built!

I went to Mountain View Tires. Long story short my vehicle has tires that I never knew were difficult to obtain until I had my first flat tire. Even the dealership where I bought the vehicle did not sell the tires. I have been to many places to change out my tires and I have to say... THIS PLACE has been so helpful and fast helping me get my tires and installing them.You now have a forever dedicated customer!!Thank you!!!

I do not recommend this place to anyone. Please do not waste your money or time here. I took the time to make an appointment and when I showed up I stood at the front desk for 20 min while the Manager was behind his desk and just kept looking up at me. He then Proceeded to close his office door while I was still waiting for assistance, I left after not being serviced.

They were helpful, quick and helped me get the best price on a tire they had in stock after I suffered a blow out on my trailer. Very courteous and helpful. They will be my last call when looking for tires!

Have a newer car. They told me I needed brakes done. First brake job on this car ever. So I get it done and literally they sounded like they had rocks in them. Then a day or 2 after they started to do that budda budda budda noise. I take it back they make an adjustment that did nothing. One of the techs said don t worry you got a 2 yr warranty so it won t cost you nothing. So I go back again. And this time they say my rotors are burnt and charged me for them. I am pretty sure their initial brake job roasted my rotors. Thanks guys quality work.
