We purchased a new trailer last may. It kept having issues and ended up being in the shop approx 8 out of 10 months. We got it back March 1st. I was done! We went up to Giant RV in Murietta. My team was the best. Big shout out to Leslie, Tye, John, Leslie (with a beard!) and Rick. Leslie showed us Rockwood trailers we were interested in and I found the ONE. She made sure our truck could pull it. John helped us get out of our other trailer and worked with us to be able to afford the new one. Leslie (with the beard) worked with us on financing. When we went to pick it up it was spotless. Rick took us through every little thing inside and out. They treated us like family. They stood at the gate and waved goodbye as we drove off into the sunset in the trailer of my dreams

My wife an I came into Giant RV today to check out some trailers and fifth wheels. We were directed towards JR and I gotta say this guy is so knowledgeable about every aspect there could be. Very down to earth and friendly. When we do choose to purchase a fifth wheel it will definitely be through Giant RV and with JR he couldn t have hit it out of the park any better than he did. You rock JR keep up the positive vibes and smiles!!

I bought a Keystone Bullet travel trailer from Giant RV with help of Jr. He was amazing and bent over backwards to help me out and make sure the trailer was in great shape before I picked it up. First time trailer owner and he made sure I felt comfortable driving it and helping when I couldn't get it off the hitch at home. Most guys just wouldn't answer the phone or respond to my texts. He's a good guy! The whole gang there were super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them!

Took me a whole to write this review but here it is. Our Journey started back in late August with Camping World Temecula. Everyone that was working congratulated us on our 5th wheel purchase, even had us take a pose withe the SOLD sticker that we attached. They called me later in the week to say they couldn't make it happen. Fast forward 2 weeks later we had pretty much the same thing happen at Mike Thompson RV in Fountian Valley, again we took the infamous SOLD picture. Both company's had no problem taking my 5k down.So one day, I was getting off the freeway in which I pass Giant RV daily. Figured I'd give them a chance, walked in and met Stuart ( #1 Salesman for September) he showed me the Alliance 395DS... I told him what had happened at the previous 2 locations, he promised me Giant RV was different. Couple days after meeting Stuart he called me and said " Come pick up your new 5th Wheel" Bottom line we had a great experience from Giant RV and I will always refer friends and family to them. Thanks again Giant RV

Jeffrey L was great! He gave us a tour of the Class C motorhomes we were interested in and the vehicles highlights. He was friendly and courteous but not at all pushy which we appreciated. When we are ready to purchase we will definitely consider his services!

We stopped by to take a look at a couple of toy haulers and trailers. Huge thank you to Alfredo Jr Enriquez. He was super informative and nice. He made us all laugh. He was very down to earth and super friendly and informative. Definitely ask for JR if you stop by he will treat you like family!

Met with Alfredo and had a great experience. He was knowledgeable, personable and a straight shooter. We haven t bought anything just yet but we ve have been to quite a few different rv places and this was best experience so far.

Went to Giant RV Murrieta on a mission today 2.9.24 - to check out options. Met up with Stuart Dodd sales consultant and Ti Rice his sales manager. We dropped in on a rainy day and got fantastic assistance from Stuart anyway. He showed us 4 options that fit our needs and was quick to point out the exact features that could work best with us. Walking around with disabilities it s not easy but they offered using a cart and made sure to offer a drink. We appreciated the kindness. When we re ready Stuart will definitely be at the top of my list.

This was an amazing experience. Jacques Reid was awesome to work with and had so much useful information when explaining the details of the different trailers we were interested in. Jeff will get you hooked up with another set of killer info as it relates to operations. After picking his brain I feel like a pro. Both were a big help and had great personality. Thank you two for all the help...Danny and Vicki Alvey happy buyers.

We had an outstanding RV purchasing experience at Giant RV in Murrieta, CA!! We bought our Subaru using the Costco Car Program and it was a wonderful experience that we knew we could count on the Costco RV Program to purchase our first RV. Giant RV in Murrieta, CA participates in such program which made it easy for us to go straight to the dealership knowing it works with Costco. We live in San Diego County but we were willing to drive to Riverside County to get our first RV. We were very specific on what we could tow and with the help of our salesperson, Aaron Sliva, he was able to facilitate the process. We are first-time buyers at Giant RV to tow a travel trailer with our Tesla Model X. Before going to the dealer, we were in communication with Aaron over the phone and via text messages. He was always available to answer our questions. Through the process of looking at our options, we were never pressured on making a decision right then and there. We had to do a lot of research to do and the dealership gave us ample time to make that decision.Leslie S. helped out with the financing of our travel trailer. Our initial interest rate was out of the question, however, in working with Leslie S. and the financing team they worked with a couple of banks to get us an interest rate lower than we initially asked.Lastly, we worked with both Mike and Aaron Sliva to do the walk-thru of our travel trailer and we felt that they gave us the time and space to learn all about the different gadgets of our travel trailer before leaving the lot. We just have one more thing to do before our travels begin...get a travel journal and let our journey begin. Thanks again Giant RV for making it a wonderful buying experience. We are so excited!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!! We purchased a 70k keystone Arcadia travel trailer from here and it s been a complete nightmare. So many issues that I don t know where to begin.Firstly, the night that we had it delivered to our campsite by the manager Daryel we had no heater . Actually 4 months later we still do not have a working heater. The radio doesn t work we have had a water leak and our entire leveling system just went out. If that isn t bad enough when you go to drain the gray water the black water comes out. Not to mention our kitchen sink does not drain. When we originally scheduled the heater to be fixed at their shop it sat waiting to be repaired for a month saying they were waiting on the part but we when spoke to Keystone they stated they had the the part for over week and NEVER repaired it .once again their reasoning was because they did not have the part and to date they are still saying they don t have the part. Our sales guy Neal seemed nice but seems to have little concern over helping us resolve these issues. There should not be these issues with a brand new trailer. I have attached pictures of how the leveling system wasn t installed properly so when we had the water leak the water shorted out the leveling system. The only way we were able to leave the campsite was by hiring and paying out of pocket for it to be repaired which on a brand new trailer is unacceptable and all GIant Rv had to say we can schedule a service apt and that s even if they call you back. And when you send it to their service department it sits there for 5 to 6 weeks and does not get fixed. Giant RVs customer service is the worst I ve ever seen. If you buy your RV from here he will not be taking care of you will not be treated as a valued customer. Add on my final noteGiant RV in Montclair quoted us one price for the circuitboard for the leveling system but when we got there to purchase it it was $150 more because it was a Keystone.

We were really glad to meet Robert Miller. Very nice and humble. Answered all our questions. Very informative and knowledgeableReally liked Alliance 5th wheel.Will be back in November after our long trip.and hopefully buy the trailer

So uncaring and disappointing! Went in a bought a new 2022 Geopro and paid in full. We knew what we wanted no sale pitch needed. They still tried to milk us but I did the best I could to try and get the price down a little bit. After our good faith deposit of $2500, they said we had to take the one, site unseen, from their Downey store. We had to wait for it to arrive which took many days. Went to pickup Aug 3rd but there were problems and both Darly and Alfredo Jr assured us those items would be fixed: dented refrigerator door, silverware drawer goes in crooked, old used moving wheel (new one was switched out by them) and stained floor. Late August I called service and they said they had no mention of our trailer or issues. I made lots of calls and text messages to both Daryl and Alfredo Jr. I was asked to send pictures, more than once, which of course I did every time, giving me the runaround. It is now October 30 and nothing has been done! $36,000 means nothing; they treated us as if we gave our money and now we don t matter! They didn t compensate us in anyway in fact I kept the calls regularly all these months but my feelings, time and frustrations don t matter. Hoping to file with BBB.Upset and discouraged,Diane K

The people at giant RV are super knowledgeable as well as personable. I had a great time there and learned a lot about all the different types of RV s that Giant RV carries. Highly recommended!

I am posting a review of our experience with Giant RV - Murrieta. We picked up our Alliance Avenue 5th wheel trailer on February 20th last month. We had a great experience from sales, finance and the pick up orientation of our trailer. Our sales person, Neil Sorenson was very helpful and was great to work with. Freddy did the orientation with us and was patient in answering all our questions.We will be taking our trailer down for a courtesy service later this month, so we ll follow up with another review on our experience.

My husband & I are strongly considering the purchase of a used C Class Rv in the near future. We walked into the showroom & a consultant by the name of Ed offered to help us. He showed us a few C Class models & was very respectful of what we wanted to see & didn t try to up sell. He listened to what types of models we are considering & answered all our questions (I had many). I appreciated that he was patient & didn t have the annoying, pushy salesman approach. I would highly recommend working with him!

Long story short, they won t take me off their advertising list. Wouldn t give me a price on unit if I had my own financing.Offered me trade in but couldn t give me estimate. Amazing how this place is even in business. I ended up purchasing from other dealer with much better experience!

Sales person was very pushy and did not stick to showing us what we stated was our budget. I know they all are pushy to make a sale but this was too much. Just out of spite to not deal with that we chose another dealership.

I had such An amazing experience at Giant RV Murrieta. Rick was the first one I spoke too and was very communicative over the phone, he then referred me to Robert because he was unable to be there for when I went to go physically see the trailers. Robert did such an amazing job and found the perfect trailer for my husband and I. The process was also very quick I went to go look on a Wednesday and picked up my trailer on Saturday morning ! Giant Rv Murrieta has a great attitude and they aren t pushy about making you make a decision. Andrid was our walk threw tech and did a amazing job. He showed us everything we needed to know about the trailer inside and out ! I highly recommend this place for anyone as I already did with taking my parents here and my in-laws. they take care of you and make sure you get what you want.

It's a sales place. Good selection of RVs and salespeople are nice. The managers ...ugh...way over charge for must haves. To the point I wanted to walk out and not buy anything. They ruin the atmosphere for salespeople. Sorry, salespeople, your managers suck. Especially particularly one.

I bought my Rockwood 2020 Geo Pro 19FBS from Giant at the Fontana RV show last year, around November. I had taken some time before I wrote a review, because they have been helped me with so many different things along the way. My first experience was with Aaron Claverley, who was our salesperson at the event. He walked me through owning the trailer, whether it would work with my truck, as well as he discussed owning his trailer and shared some of his experiences with that. He met me at the dealership upon purchase as well and continued to make himself available to me via his cell phone. Even when I locked my keys in the trailer on my first trip out, he was there to help me get it sorted out. My next experience was with Leslie Slaybaugh in Finance, also at the Murrieta location. He was so helpful and was very clear about the terms of the loan, getting the right insurance, and even offered us a free weekend at a local RV spot to get our feet wet with owning. I don't remember his name, but he gentleman that does the walk-thru with you at Murrietta was a travel trailer genius! So, informative and helpful. He knew everything about camping, taught me how to hookup, etc. Lastly, since I live in Riverside, it was more efficient for me to go to the Colton dealer for my service. That is where Aaron Gerard and Shawn in parts and service came in to help me. I had a defective back ladder and an oven door that needed replacement, all of which needed to be done during the pandemic when parts are hard to come by. They let me take my trailer to the Colton location and held it until it was done. I was able even to pick up and drop off a couple of times and go camping while I waited. They got the parts on warranty, and the labor was also covered. Recently, I accepted a job offer and ended moving up to Northern California. Giant was able to recommend a dealer in the area so that I could continue to get fantastic service. I am so impressed with these guys. All of the employees were customer orientated and very professional. It has been a great experience.
