I scheduled appt online it was fast and easy. I had an appt for 8AM the following day. I arrived at 6:20PM the garage was open so I went inside and spoke to Frank and let him know I was going to drop the car off but return in the morning to check the car in (because they closed at 6PM). He actually looked up the appt and checked the car in. The following day my car was serviced and completed within 2 hours. Communication was good. I received emails in a timely manner regarding the updates and a text message when my car was completed with the amount due.

Debra was very busy, yet extremely chipper and very friendly. I've been bringing my car here for a couple of years. I am always pleased with the quality of work and the high level of customer service. Thank you, Firestone!

I stopped by Firestone Complete Auto Care yesterday to have an extremely low tire checked for a slow leak. I did not have an appointment. Front office man Frank said they were quite busy with others that had appointments but said they would work me in as soon as possible. I did not have to wait long. They found a screw in my tire, repaired it, aired up the other tires and I was out within the hour. Great service and minimal price for a job well done and much appreciated. Thanks!

Frank and his crew are very professional and knowledgeable. They provided outstanding service, were very detailed explanations only offered the services that were needed. It is extremely rare to ask for repairs and are told that they are not needed. I will only to this location to service all of my cars.

I'd give it 1 star, but because Brenda and Romeo at the counter were great, I gave it 2. The tech that did my wheel alignment was the issue. First, he pencil-whipped the "inspection report" because if he would've actually looked at my tires, he'd see they were bald on the inside, hence why I was there for an alignment. Second, he did what was called a "toe and go." He only adjusted the toe on the front and didn't touch the caster or camber. It was stated some settings were maxed out, which isn't true. It was a poor excuse. Lastly, it took 3 hours to get a lazy alignment done. I'm disappointed and now have to take it elsewhere to be corrected. It became a waste of my time. My first experience with an alignment from this Firestone a few years prior was phenomenal (same suspension and vehicle), and took it back for another great experience today, but I received the complete opposite.

Excellent customer service from Debra at the front! She helped me find a replacement tire for my M3 in a matter of a few minutes.The Firestone team on Cal oaks were very professional! So grateful I highly recommend this location!

I had a hard time finding a place I felt comfortable with until I walked into Firestone on Cal Oaks. The people there are kind, friendly, honest and professional. I will not take my cars anywhere else. I truly trust my cars to their care.

The highest prices I have ever seen $500 to replace spark plug wires is ridiculous especially if you have to take the car two times for them to tell you that they actually need to be swapped out and then they want to charge you twice. once per visit

I have had no issues here what s so ever. We have always had excellent service since we started coming here last year and this has been our spot since ! Frank is awesome ! They do get busy because that is how great & hardworking the crew is here . Frank has been pretty informative and straightforward with me & taken care of my husband for all our car services and needs. We always look for him cause he s established a good customer relationship from us. The other crew members are awesome too. I have seen good work relationships and good team work here. Never seen anything negative amongst the staff too only have seen & hear them working together, communicating, helping each other even having good laugh here there which is needed ! It s not easy work but they make it seem easy with all the customers they get coming thru even the amount of walk-in s they get ! They do what they can to accommodate everyone. I ve not seen them ever turn anyone away or seen anyone walk out without offering multiple options that can be done for them. Even if they were just going out of their way to help someone out. So the customer service is def there !Today while waiting some of the neighborhood kinds came in seeking help with one of their skate board tire nuts as it got stripped came off causing him to fall. He came in asked for help and showed what was wrong web it was really nice seeing the staff go out of their way to even help them. makes me love choosing to live in this community even more.Keep up the good work everyone! You guys are awesome and do a good job ! Thank you all for you hard work and excellent service not just for the company but the community too.

It was the worst service I have ever experienced. I went in to have my front brake pads changed only to leave with my brake system barely working and being a danger to others on the road. I had to take my truck to the dealership to correct the issues that were made at this location.To add insult, they were supposed to refund my payment back to my card. However, it was done in cash, but no one from the store called me to inform me of the cash refund. So, had I not gone back to the store to file a claim for the damage they had done to my truck, I would not have known about the cash refund being there.I am beyond disappointed and upset. I spoke with the claims agent today, and he approached the conversation with an attitude and would not allow me to talk and tell the story.Not only do I NOT recommend this shop, but I do NOT recommend this company.

I make an appointment same day (Earlier) but when I arrive to the Store they told me that the wait time will be 3 and 1/2 hours because the were very busy. Very frustrating to waste time driving to the location and make a worthless appointment.

Firestone on California Oaks Rd, Murrieta, Ca is THE PLACE to take your car!After being ripped off by others claiming to know what was wrong, charging us for repairs, yet still having serious driving issues, we went to this Firestone for a wheel alignment.When they put the car up on the rack, they IMMEDIATELY found a very damaged part that was causing the car to sway violently on the freeway and not able to be controlled. It was frightening and very dangerous.This happened after someone dropped a mattress on the freeway and there was no time to go around it.Firestone manager, Frank, and his team; Arnold, John and others, were so professional, helpful, knowledgeable and kind.They took photos, showed us the REAL problem, ordered the part, installed it and charged a reasonable amount, plus had the repair done in one day!We are VERY grateful to them and have returned for the alignment and tires as well!When you find a place you can REALLY trust to work on your car, the staff is friendly, kind, knowledgeable, professional and takes that extra care of your car AT A REASONABLE PRICE AND TIME TURN A ROUND, you just have to share with others.That is what Frank and his team have done for us this last week.If we could give them 100 stars, we would!Take your car to Frank and his team at Firestone, Murrieta, Ca, on California Oaks Road.

I've been using Firestone for a while starting with one in Bixby Knolls, Long Beach. Then the one in Lake Elsinore. Now this one in Murrieta. My wife and I were talking about tires and she told me about her experience with one in Oceanside. To my surprise it is the same as mine. They are so respectful, so accommodating, and so informative with the report after they are done with a project. I love all the locations but this one is mine. They are the best.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

The service provided by the staff there was outstanding. Customer support at this auto shop was extremely professional and helpful. Recommend for those looking for great customer service and staff members and an easy way to understand what is being worked on and what is the best option to get it done. I've been a customer for years and bought sets of tires here. Today I came in for a simple tire repair and was told they could look into it in 3.5 or 4hrs. I requested to be put on the list so I could go to work and the guy said: if you come back later still would be 3.5 or 4hrs from drop off. To me it was nonsense, and he said we don't have room tomorrow until the following day. So, I went to American tire, a couple of blocks away, and they treated me wonderfully, even told me I could drop off my truck in 1.5hrs and would do it for free!! Shame on Firestone auto service, you have the worst customer's service

The staff at Firestone Murrieta are always quick and efficient. They have good customer service and are reasonably priced. We bring all our vehicles here for new tires and patch work.

Gave two stars because the lady at the front questioned the tech if he had completed a service I requested. Needed to get a oil change and tire rotation. Add wheel alignment, cabin air filter, and fuel cleaning system. Firestone recommended spark plugs changed. Why waiting I was told it would take some time for the fuel cleaning and I was ok with the wait. After some time my vehicle was broad to the front like it was done. The lady working the front counter came out and asked the guy if he had done the fuel cleaning and he repeatedly said yes so she asked him to show her the box that supplied the cleaning product and he could not so he takes my car back to the back and does the fuel cleaning and it did take some time to complete. Then he brings my car out again and I was never given a report for the wheel alignment so I asked if he did the wheel alignment and he had not and if was after I had paid for the service so he takes my car back again to do the wheel alignment. Then I asked if the cabin air filter was changed and it was not done. The lady put an order on line for the cabin air filter to be delivered to the store. After all that had happen I questioned if the other items had been done. The regular guys who were there earlier last year are no longer there so check to make sure you are getting the services you are paying for. I personally will not be returning .

How do you thank your saviors?? Frank and Arnold saved my life!! Of course I get a flat tire 30 minutes before the shop closes. I limp my way there (because this shop was so wonderful to me before), and they give me the bad news: yes, your tire is flat; it is irreparable; and we don t have the time to fix it. Seeing that I was having a mini heart attack, Arnold took pity on me and volunteered to STAY LATE AND PUT ON A NEW TIRE (in his words, for your and your son s Then, Frank comes in and is like, Hey, you actually DO have a spare. I ll put it on for you and you can go to where you bought these tires and make use of the warranty. Call. Me. Flabbergasted. Didn t try to sell me a tire at full price (and I was desperate enough to pay); he told me the truth and advised me on the smartest course of action. I will never go to another tire place again. I am grateful beyond words.

Just had a flat and multiple hour wait everywhere .I called Frank said bring the tire in and fixed it in 10 minutes. Talk about outstanding customer service! Then he says no charge! You need great service this is your place!

I made an appointment and my car still took 2 hours for just an oil change. On top of that, I didn't appreciate them revving my car! They probably thought I wasn't here so they thought they were going to get away with it. Never coming back to this one again. I hope this Firestone gets audited! I don't know why they have signs that say you are required to wear a mask when no one inside was wearing one.

Called to ask a price for a tire patch right now (the tire had a nail in it). They asked for $47 dollars. I asked the very serious question to make sure I heard it correct you guys charge $45 for a tire patch? The guy said something underneath his breath and hung up on me. Terrible customer service. Stay away

I took my car in for a tire repair and tire rotation. I told them the tire pressure light always comes on and I need to refill the passenger rear tire with air every couple days. In 30 minutes my car was already off the rack and ready. I asked if they found the cause of my tire losing air. They told me no and to keep an eye on it and bring it back if it happens again. Of course the problem continued but I don t have time to come back in the middle of the week. I went ahead and put my spare on. Guess what I found in my tire. A nail. How hard is it to investigate a nail in a tire while doing a tire rotation. See ya, Firestone!
