I am never disappointed in the service I receive when I take my cares to California Auto Centers. Joe and Natalie are just awesome. I would highly recommend them for any automotive service from a simple oil change to more complex fixes.

Had to cancel an appt. Natalie busted tale & set me up for the following day.A Friday no doubt!!! Joe and tha "A" team jammed as there alot of issue to attend to.Quick turn around and I will enjoy my weekend knowing my truck was fixed right!!! Thx Natalie, Joe, & "A" team. ^5

Joe and Natalie are good people, very knowledgeable and they do good work. Even though they were shorthanded on mechanics, they refused to settle for inadequate parts and ordered a third engine for my car when the first 2 were not up to their standards. Now they have my car running like new and it's getting 3 mpg more. The free loaner vehicle was a nice touch you usually only see with large dealerships. They are awesome the owner found my car in a ditch came back pulled me out with no charge he and his wife and the staff calmed me down my car could have been totaled they hooked me up I'm doing great they are awesome people

We have been customers of California Auto Ctrs. for a long time and have always enjoyed their attention to detail in everything they do. Their staff is always friendly and ready to help, and Joe and Natalie continue to provide the best possible service. Took the wife car in for work gave this shop a second chance but never again. Natalie in the front desk wife of the owner is very rude. I ended up paying for parts that were never installed. Never got back the other parts thay I asked to have back after they were replaced. When I asked to talk to the owner Joe she shut it down and says it her business Joe disent need to deal with customers. So not only do I not get the parts since I had done else were after. There is no refund and proceeded to tell me that I am a horrible angry person that dosent know what I'm talking about. Then told me if I had problems there before why would I come back. I am willing to give second chances as stuff happens but after this last very unprofessional matter never again. I encourage all to go else were or deal with anyone but her and to make sure the work is done right and parts were replaced and not just charged for.Service: General repairs & maintenance

California Auto Centers is family owned and treats you like family! I work in Wildomar but live in Norco and my car had broken down at work. They took me in even though it was a Friday and they were super busy. They are so kind and genuinely care about their customers. I appreciated that they gave me their honest opinion and didn t even charge me to diagnose what was going on with my car. Beyond helpful and I will continue to bring my future cars back to them for all of my car needs.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My neighbor recommended this auto center to me after her vehicle was towed to their business. Too many times women are taken advantage of when they need auto repairs done. Joe and his team of employees were very honest with her repair needs. So when I needed my vehicle worked on I thought I would try them. Their work and the people that work for them are both great. Honest and helpful!! I will return to them as needed!

I just have to say for big and small jobs this is the place to go to keep the most important thing you need your car running strong. I doordash so it's important for me to have a good running car. Everytime I go in I feel very welcomed. It's always a great experience. Everyone at California Auto Centers was honest, attentive, caring and considerate. My dad's car was towed there August 6 and they performed extensive testing to determine the problem. The vehicle required over $10,000 in repairs. Employee, Michael, honestly told my dad that he shouldn't spend more than the car was worth. The owner also allowed us to keep the car there for a week until we made arrangements to have it towed away. Awesome, trustworthy people! Awesome auto repair shop! I give them 5 stars!!!!!

Just had my first visit to California Auto Center, Joe the owner, Erin the service advisor couldn't have been more pleasant and professional. This was by far the most honest auto repair facility I have ever dealt with, "the show and tell" with Joe was very informative and straight forward. Then Erin took over to give the costs and what was necessary or not, everything "up front ". The service technicians completed their work in a timely manner, no standing around.All in all a very positive experience !!

As always, Joe and his team excels in professionalism and honesty. They never overcharge or try to upsell any unnecessary repairs. They were able to work on my BMW i3 and perform the 50K mile maintenance scheduled for it within reasonable time and cost.Note: I have been taking my cars to Joe for over 18 years and now drive 60 miles out of my way to continue bringing my cars there. I have been coming to the California Auto Center since they opened 7 years ago. If you have been looking for a professional, trust worthy, AAA recommended repair shop, visit here and you ll become a loyal customer also. Joe, the owner, is in business for YOU. You not only can rely on him but also his employees. He hires only the BEST. Today (August 31, 2013) Customer Service Representative Todd was working. He is fast, courteous, and knowledgeable. Todd reassures you that you no longer have a problem, it s now their problem. Then there s Scott the epitome of what you want and expect a certified technician to be. He draws from the strength of his many years of experience. Joe uses only the best parts and guarantees them, his employees work and his business. The shop is impeccable from the moment you walk into the reception area. There is a dedicated, soundproof, comfortable customer waiting room with a restroom that is ALWAYS spotless. Want you and your vehicle pampered? Head over to the California Auto Center!!!

California Auto Centers is a professional auto repair facility with the most excellent customer service I have encountered in a very long time. Joe Beck is the owner and takes personal pride in making sure the customer gets value for the service they pay for. I trust Joe and his team explicitly and would highly recommend him for your vehicle repairs. He has never let me down in the seven or eight years I have been doing business with him. You will have a great experience dealing with Joe and his team.

I can't say enough good things about how we have been treated at California Auto Centers. We recently moved to the area and needed to find a shop we could trust. After some on line searching tried them out. We had four cars that each needed some things. The first test was my son's beater. There was certainly the opportunity to nickle and dime us here. But Todd understood that we didn't want to spend a fortune on the car and we were able to fix the small stuff needed and get it smogged. Since then each of our cars have been in and in every case either Todd, Erin or Joe has been extremely responsive, helpful and fair. They gave me the tip of the year that I could get my CA registration done at AAA. In every case the work has been done, done well and at a fair price. They also gave me some good referrals for tires and exhaust work. I recommend these guys without reservation.
