I can t say enough great things about BMW of Murrieta. I worked with Skip when I got my 2024 i4 M50 (fully electric). I had been in contact with Skip for sometime and never did I once feel like I was getting the pushy salesman feel we re all familiar with. Skip was kind, informative, patient to work with and I would recommend him to anyone.The customer service didn t stop there. Unfortunately shortly after, Electrify America had damaged the vehicle and I worked with Ronaldo in the service department to get it straightened out. Fantastic to work with and always felt like I was in the loop on the status. I was completely taken care of, down to the loaner vehicle which was the same mode/trim as my car.All around, BMW of Murrieta has earned my business for many years to come and I recommend them for anyone looking to get a new vehicle.

Bought a car from this dealership. Can't say enough good things. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. The dealership was clean and the bathrooms were awesome. They had drinks and snacks and were able to help me quickly. (Buying a car can be such a headache but they made the process super easy and stress free.)

So I just called to schedule my service appointment for general maintenance and learned that this BMW dealership does not offer loaner vehicles... Like, really!? They offer shuttle service.. Very disappointing... I guess I'll be taking my car to another BMW dealer in OC as this is the only BMW dealer I know that doesn't offer loaner vehicles when you bring your car in for maintenance.

Everyone is super accommodating and nice. I go in to get work done and I own an older car that s not BMW. The service I get is amazing!

I called and you can hear people answering and then transferring me. It happened 5 times. I m disappointed because I had the simplest question . I now know to get serviced elsewhere .
