I went to this store to replace a battery in my key fob. Mason was kind enough to not only replace the battery but also took the time to ask some questions which led us to the battery possibly being a problem. He tested the battery, cleaned the connectors & replaced it with a new battery under the warranty. He was a tremendous help to me & so kind. His customer service skills are excellent & rare these days. Thank you Mason!

On Thursday, February 8, 2024Subject: Appreciation for Exceptional Customer ServiceDear Store Owner,My name is Marco Ibarra, and I am writing to express my utmost appreciation for the exceptional customer service I received at your Autozone store earlier today.To provide some context, I initially visited a different Autozone location on Winchester Road, adjacent to the 99 Cent Store, due to a poor experience I had with that store, I left confused and frustrated.Unfortunately, at the first store, after purchasing windshield wiper blades, I patiently waited for them to be installed, only to be kept waiting for an extended period of time. Frustrated, I decided to request my blades back in order to install them myself.However, my disheartening encounter led me to your store, conveniently situated across the street from Costco. Upon explaining my previous experience to the staff members, I was pleasantly surprised by their kindness and respect. They promptly inspected my purchase and determined that the wrong size of blades had been given to me. Nonetheless, they assured me that this issue could be rectified by exchanging them for the correct size.Moreover, what truly stood out was the exceptional level of customer service provided by the manager, whose name unfortunately slipped my memory. However, he mentioned being the manager during our interaction. I felt compelled to reach out and express my sincere gratitude for his professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for customers. It is evident that he values the importance of exceptional customer service as a pivotal tool in fostering strong, long-lasting customer relationships.Your store's remarkable team, led by such an exceptional manager, has undoubtedly left a lasting impression on me. I came in today to get a power steering pump. The young lady and the guy that were there were super helpful. The store is nice and clean. Well organized. Happy customer !

We came in looking for a wrench with limited information and the staff were extra helpful and even looked on Google for the correct size. This was our third stop and the only place to actually go above and beyond. Exceptional customer service.
