I initially had a challenging encounter with an older gentleman when I walked into the business for rear brake service. Feeling unwelcome due to his initial response, I almost walked out. However, things took a positive turn when Jose, the business partner, intervened.Upon mentioning Chris Johnson s recommendation, Jose not only apologized for the initial encounter but also went the extra mile to understand my concerns. Despite my initial decision to go elsewhere, Jose s sincere approach and willingness to address the situation persuaded me to give them a chance.What stood out was Jose s genuine effort to connect with me. He invited me back to his workspace, and through our conversation, he not only rectified the situation but also left a lasting impression. Jose s down-to-earth demeanor and commitment to client satisfaction turned a potentially negative experience into a positive one, making me reconsider my decision to trust them with my vehicle.In the end, I left not only with my rear brakes serviced but also with a newfound appreciation for Jose s customer-centric approach. If you can look past a rocky start, this business, led by Jose, might surprise you with their dedication to customer satisfaction.In addition to the positive turnaround in my initial experience, I want to highlight the outstanding customer service provided by Jose. Despite my oversight in leaving my wheel lock at home, Jose went out of his way to make things convenient for me.Not only did he personally come to my house to pick up the wheel lock, but he also extended his offer to pick me up once my car s service was complete. This level of dedication and attention to customer needs goes above and beyond expectations.Jose s willingness to accommodate and make the extra effort reflects the genuine commitment this business has towards customer satisfaction. I arrived a little early in the morning for my appointment for a vehicle safety inspection. The techs noticed I was in the office and they kindly and immediately focused on my appointment while they were getting ready to start their day. The administration team was just as kind, professional, and attentive towards my time and business too. These people made sure I was taken care of before they even had a chance to have their morning coffee! It was a very pleasant, timely, and genuine service. I will continue to bring my truck here and I would also highly recommend anyone to bring their business here.

The owner, Mike is very knowledgeable and honest. Great customer service with unbeatable price. I was in and out in no time. I highly recommend America Auto Care to anyone. I will definitely go back there the next time I need my car fixed. BTW, I am a very picky customer.

I find American Auto Care to be a reliable and trustworthy service. Mike and his staff are professional. personable, and caring. Many of us have had negative experiences with auto-repair businesses, but American stands apart from these in a very positive way. I highly recommend them.

Mike was extremely helpful and most importantly honest. The guy around the corner tried charging me $3200 for repairs I didn't need. American Auto got me out of the door for less than $850.00. Highly recommend if you appreciate honest prices an work!

I had the pleasure of talking with Mike and man, you cannot meet a more genuine and honest person. My 2005 Mazda6 needed an AC Compressor changed and Mike explained in detail what steps needed to be taken in order to finish it. During the job, Mike kept me updated on estimated times promptly and concisely. At one point, Mike called to notify the condition on a pulley bearing that he could've done discretely but instead let me decide before operating extra on my car. If you need something done on your car, I'd recommend this place. I will definitely come back with any auto trouble I come across.

I have been to this repair shop twice. The owner, Mike, was very helpful and a detail oriented person. He took his time to explain to me my car's issues and the most inexpensive way to fix. Mike is not out to make an abundant profit and make a fortune out of other people. I brought my car to a different repair shop prior to going to American Auto Care and I was told they could repair my car for the price of $1,250.00. I looked around for different shops in town with good reviews and found American Auto. I am glad I went to him and as expected, I am advised on everything they did to my car. Most importantly, I have been getting follow up phone calls from the owner to make sure the problem did not re-occur. All repairs they do is guaranteed and thank you for the honesty. Worth bringing my cars for future services to this shop.

I was traveling from out of town when the air conditioner went out in my van. It was hot and I was miserable. A friend recommended this shop and said to ask for Jr. I'm so thankful I came over here. Jr had a smile on his face, he was really polite and professional. Even though it was after hours, he stayed late and fixed my problem. I couldn't believe it when he told me how much he was going to charge me. So much less than I expected! I couldn't be more happy right now. I want to take Jr to dinner and spoil him! I would highly recommend his service to anyone. Outstanding.

Honest. Courteous. Low cost!My Honda Civic's AC went out, of course when it's over 100 degrees all week. Mike explained the price estimates up front without me having to ask & then fully explained the work to be done. I felt comfortable, respected & not ripped off. Great shop!

The team at American Auto Care were professional and courteous. The service was exceptional and the cost of repairs was a relief compared to the cost at a dealership. When you visit American Auto Care you will be greeted by friendly faces, a clean facility which speaks volumes, and an in-depth analysis of your cars health. There's no pressure sales or someone running down a gauntlet of "recommended" maintenance per the manufacturer. I will be bringing my BMW and other vehicles over for all maintenance and repairs needs. Having an older model car, I've had a hard time finding a reliable mechanic to provide service for my 1998 Volvo. American Auto Care has proven to not only provide basic services - oil changes, brakes, etc. - but has been able to diagnose and correct my troublesome "check engine" light issue. Mike and his crew are top notch mechanics. I'd recommend American Auto Care to everyone.

Let's start by saying they fixed and resolved the problems I had with Paradise Chevrolet not to mention quoted me a price 1/3rd of the place i mentioned. Good customer service honest reps and respectful. Thank you American auto care. You relieved a huge headache with a hassle free process.

Great service, very helpful. Took time to explain problems with the car and service cost was very reasonable for my AC service. If I lived in the area I would bring my car here every time. Don't worry about the lack of reviews I think it's just hard to find their shop being in the back of a industrial complex but well worth the find. I'm very particular about who works on my car and I feel very comfortable with my car in their hands.

Mike is so honest it scares me. He took care of my tires challenger with no issues at all. His communication is the way it should be done. Regular txt updates throughout the day...just great. Nice, clean and organized shop. Any questions?? Call Mike.

The tow company "4 u towing" recommended this shop when my car broke down. It was my timing belt and the quote they gave me was a great price. The work was done quickly and car runs great! I fully recommend this shop for quality work and reasonable pricing. Thanks so much!

I highly recommend this place. Mike and his crew has provided the best service I have ever had. Mike went out of his way to come to my home and check out my car to see what was wrong with it and if it was safe to dive to his shop. I have never before had a mechanic be so invested into helping me. I won't go anywhere else now.

Brought my Lexus in for an oil change and a brake job. I mentioned to the owner, Mike that I had the brakes replaced, else where, 12,000 miles ago. Mike called me and said that the brakes are warped and that I should go back to the place that fixed them to have them do the job. I amazed at how honest Mike was with me. He could easily have done the job and received payment but chose to do the honorable thing and send me back to the other garage. Mike is a true gentleman and so honest! I will always come back here to have my car worked on.

Mike M takes the time to understand the observed problem before bringing the car in to the shop. They do a good job finding the issue and recommending cost effective solution. They say what they will do and do what they say. Highly recommeded.

I ve been to this place a couple of times and Mike has always been friendly and fair. Their prices are the best and the last time I went in I was a quoted a price , only for Mike to let me know that he actually found a part for a lesser price , so my total would be less than previously discussed . Amazing . So grateful for their quick service and honesty.
