Larry followed up with my insurance company. Everything went smoothly for the repair. My only concern is that the part took forever to arrive, resulting in a total wait time of 2 months for the Tesla Model X trunk door replacement.

The customer service was amazing here!I arrived with out an appointment. The representatives at the front desk were very understanding of what I was asking and called for a service provider to the front. I told him I needed help pulling off my exhaust tips from my vehicle, he said no problem, asked for my keys, and took my vehicle to the back. Within less than 10 min he was back at the front and said it was all set. He showed me the 2 pieces he removed and said if I needed help to put them back on to bring them back. I took him up on that offer and he had a tech put the exhaust tips back on, again I had no appointment and again they did excellent and quick work. Their entire staff made me feel welcomed as if they were helping a family member out not a customer. Great job to their whole team!! Thank you!!

I came to this business to have decals removed from my car and they were able to assist me right away. They were able to remove them quickly and without any damage to my vehicle. They also helped clean up the glue residue left by the decals. Thank you!

Our vehicle was taken on October 24, 2022, now December 14, 2022, and we still do not have our car back. On November 17, I notified the parts had come in for the car, but the completion date would be December 9 due to other vehicles being ahead and Thanksgiving. Two days before December 9th, they started finally repairing the vehicle to discover they were still missing parts and will have to order more parts which I was told would be in on December 14. We are now on December 14. I called to get an update, and now the parts have not shipped, and they do not know when they will have all the proper parts to repair my vehicle. Plus, insurance covers 30 days of a vehicle rental. We are now 21 days past the allotted 30-day rent, meaning we have to pay out of pocket for our rental. Update: now, the ordered part is still not the correct part needed. So they said they would fix the old door after two months of my car being there. Also stated that it will take another week adding the total to 1100 in car rental after the period of insurance coverage.

Auto body of Murrieta was and still is by far the most dysfunctional and inadequate auto shop I have ever been referred to.Don t let the four star rating fool you. Many people have already experienced their poor customer service. The incompetent ability to repair your vehicle to the original state is incomprehensible?. The inconvenience of keeping your vehicle four weeks over the date they promised to have it done. They returned my vehicle with minimal work. Didn t even repair the part of the car we were there for: They ll rob you of your hard earned money while ripping off the insurance companies who have sent them a check for the total body of work that they promised to fix and never did. They returned our vehicle with the unfinished work and broken interior. Too many to mention. Also Calling several times and emailing them is a joke. They will never answer. We have also have gone to the shop to peacefully talk to the person in charge for answers. He simply did not give us the time of day. His quote was we re done here . And walked away. Please go to any other shop other than Auto body shop of Murrieta. I give it a big fat 0 along with other dissatisfied customers.

I recommend this body shop. They give you excellent service and make sure all of your nees are met. They will always return your call. I want to thank Julian especially for providing me with great service . They do excellent body work. I used this shop to have work done to my 2018 mercedes benz. When I went to pick it up in February I told them that it should have had a clear Protective bra on the front. They said oh yeah will we will get your insurance to pay and then call you in a few days. Fast forward to July I called over 20 times. My insurance paid them back in February. I had the work done myself. Now they claim that the insurance never paid even though I have the pay out from the insurance company showing they paid them. Now the manager doesn't pick up my calls.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Really bad experience. Had my BMW 5 fixed there. I was told only needed around 3 weeks at the beginning, then time went longer and longer and I finally got my car back after 6 weeks! I had to pay the rental car without insurance cover for 2 weeks too. Forgot to call to update info sometimes and we had to call to ask the process. Pricy and slow, not recommend at all!!!

Cant say enough great things about Ivan and Rodrigo. There are several body shops in the area and some wont even give you the time of the day but I found Auto Body of Murrieta very customer friendly. Highly recommend!!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Had followed Ryan for years and he had ALWAYS been upfront and honest with fair pricing. When found out from BMW he was back in the area, took our vehicles in to get some quotes. They made some recommendations and we took them in. Took care of ALL of our issues and repaired them like new and in short order as well!! Saved us a lot of money over a quote we'd gotten previously!! Couldn't be happier and would personally recommend them above all others!! Nice meeting Dave too, as you don't see that many owners cut from the same cloth as Ryan who are also actively involved. When you find someone you can trust that does quality work at a fair price, you know you've found a gem!!!!!!!!!Service: Body & Trim

Wouldn t trust anyone else in the valley with my BMW or wife s Tesla. Certified BMW & Tesla repair facility, plus some others too. Worth the wait for me to get an appointment and highly recommend.

A Tesla certified shop. Great people. Melissa was helpful and understanding . Ryan and his team brought the job in on time. Beautiful work. Doesn't take forever to get a Tesla fixed. Just go here!!

ALL, . I m pretty picky with attention to detail and was pretty impressed with what I see. The job looks flawless. I don t see any overspray and in fact the detailer also did an amazing job with the entire car during clean up. I think they also cleaned the interior but hard to tell as I keep it spotless.They were pleasant all the way through and very friendly on the phone and in person. Again, it appears flawless and according to the write up they fixed the split that could have been hidden easily.Just FYI (- Pretty impressed with the shop and the finished product. Car looks like show room floor condition once again . Impressive....Service: Painting

On my way school shopping for kids, stopped at a car wash and my entire bumper came off! Found this place online and they put my bumper back on for FREE! Juan, William and Torro were very friendly! Put the bumper back on, gave me an estimate for a new bumper and now I'm off to Target! I'll definitely be back! Thank you
