this was my first time visiting the store, absolutely very friendly, welcoming and highly knowledgeable staff. I received excellent service from the moment I ordered my tires, the communication was on point. They texted me the day before my appointment to let me know everything was ready. They are also very honest, found my correct tires and got the best price and value I could find! These are qualities you have a hard time finding today.. This crew of people are awesome! I will definitely be coming back to them from here on out.

I had my tires delivered to their shop, they showed up next day and they were able to get me in right away, very professional, and would highly recommend American tire depot

Fixing up my truck had the wheels polished and Hayden took great care of me. I had last-minute emergency had to go out of town. He took care of everything. I would suggest going to American tire depot and they will take care of you.

I drive 70 miles round trip to come to them. Pretty much enough said but I'll elaborate. I've been there 3 times in 8 months since moved here for general needs and one more specific one. They are beyond helpful and friendly. Polite, friendly and go out of their way to service your auto needs big or small.

Exceptional service from Raymond and team earlier this evening! I picked up a nail in one of my tires and America Tire Depot had me back on the road in 30 minutes. I came in after work at 5:30p and I fully expected that I might be told that I need to come back "when they had more time". Little did they know I need to be on the road early tomorrow morning and I'm grateful that I'll be driving there with added peace of mind. Thank you! Good customer service still exists in 2024.

Wonderful service and helpful friendly staff. Woke up to a flat, I was went to three places prior to American Tire Depot and had no luck getting tires. American Tire had my size and all 4 tires in stock. They were able to mount them and made the situation so much better.

I had an alignment problem and I went originally to a location in San Diego and they only did the back tires and not the front. So I went to my home store on Madison in Murrieta Ca. and they were very emphatic about the type of experience I had in SD. The manager at this store called district manager and fixed my alignment at no extra cost. Thank you so much for the help! I highly recommend this place

The crew at the Murrieta location are awesome from the manager Mike and service advisor Hayden to the technicians. I've been servicing my vehicles there for several years and have always been treated in a professional and friendly manner. Thank you Mike and Hayden for being so nice and taken care of my car in a timely manner, I appreciate it!

This was the best experience I ve had getting new tires. They were on time (actually ready early for my appointment) and it didn t take several hours like I ve experienced in the past. Friendly employees too. I m done with slow, unfriendly tire shops now lol. Will return when I need new tires again!

I went to another tire place that morning and they were understaffed, they didn t have the tires in stock even though I made the appointment online several days before. I went online and saw that American Tire Depot had several brands of tires in the size I needed in stock, all at a great price. I was able to make a same day appointment, and they were extremely friendly and had a full staff all hard at work even though it was the day after Christmas. We got 4 new tires put on and the alignment all done in just over an hour! And they even did a free comprehensive inspection to make sure everything looked good on the car and they said everything looked great! No upsell!!! If you need work done on your car, I HIGHLY recommend this place!

This shop rocks. They have Nexen tires one of the best. Got them on my 2022 Mustang Mach E. Was cake. Dudes at the desk are super cool. Only thing I would change is serve coffee somewhere like have a coffee pot for waiting customers. Other then that they took care of me above and beyond still gets five stars in my book coffee would just be an extra!!!!!

I ve been taking all of my cars to this location since I moved to the area. You will not find a better group of professionals to take care of your vehicle. And not only are they welcoming they tell you what you need to know and why so you can make an informed decision. As they understand that prices and product availability play a large part with consumers. I don t do very many reviews, but this one was worth it.
