UpdateAt the end they eneded up doing damage to my car in retaliation, when I took it to another shop they said there was more issues that where done intentionally. Manegment is horrible and quit rude.I took my car there for an estimate and theystarted repairs with my authorizations and are charging $1300 to put my car back. I asked receptionist if they where partnered with my insurance and she said yes and turns out they are not so that why I didn t want to do the work there as it s not guantnteed.

Picked up my Tesla after 6 months of waiting and 4 days after receiving it someone side swiped me at the red light. After contacting my insurance I brought it here. The staff here are so responsive. The owner of the shop is the nicest guy. They worked super hard to get the parts in and body work perfect. My wife and I know this because at 8pm we were getting alerts that all the doors and trunk were open. If I ever need anything else done I will always go here.

I had taken my Toyota Prius to Untied Collision Center more than once. Unfortunately within the last 3 years my poor car was hit, banged from behind and the third time was due to a troubled model plane hitting the windshield and making dents on the part of the front side. Once I knew the quality at United Collision Center, I did not want anyone else to repair my car.Folks at United Collision Center are so professional in every way. They are committed to do their best in a timely manner. They are honest and extremely clear about their estimates. They always return your calls and keep you informed of where they are with your car repair. Needless to say, I was upset every time my car was damaged, however, I knew I could count on folks at United Collision Center and they have not disappointed me. Best craftsmanship, they work with my insurance so everything went smoothly, also they only required a week to fix my car, which I think its pretty fast. Now my car looks brand new again so I cannot recommend them enough. I will try to put the photo after the fix but it just looks as new.Staff speaks both Spanish and English which it's very helpful to me, thanks a lot Oscar o/

I brought my 2011 Toyota Rav4 Limited for body repair due to accident. My insurance company refer me to another body shop, I told them I prefer to choose United Collision Center. This body shop did an excellent job they also patch up several nicks on the vehicle.Karina was excellent and I met Francisco... I also have them to order new sun visor for the driver side, and they be more than to get it fix for me.. I will recommend this body shop to friends/family and my clients....Thank you, so muchyour happy customer

Probably the best body shop in the Bay Area! They re expensive, but you really get what you paid for. So, if you re covered by insurance, you should definitely go there! Premium quality and amazing workmanship.They treat you really well, my vehicle got a minor windshield damage when being fixed there, and they replaced the entire windshield for free with new original part!

Amazing service by Oscar and his. Oscar gave me detailed explanation of the work being done including options and honest suggestion of what I should do. Oscar also gave reasonable time estimate, and met the deadline!I'm very please with the work, and the car came back in better shape than ever! I will definitely go back there if I need any work done on my car.

There is no other shop I will take my car to as long as Obed, Oscar & Francisco are running the show here. The quality of service is amazing, they really do look out for the customers best interest. My paint color is not an easy color to match and they did it flawlessly, I've had to have my car worked on 2 separate times and I can always count on a quality job here.

this shop is the best, my father used to go with Obed and after that my family always went with him. I go there when my vehicle has an accident it has happened like 3 times now and they are always great with service I am glad to see that the business is growing they now have a lovely receptionist that is awesome so far. I have no complaints just keep up the great work. accidents are usually a headache but this shop makes it slightly better just because they call the rental place for you and give you their undivided attention while you are the client. everyone is friendly I recommend this to everyone. the time that they fix the car is reasonable and if it is not done on time they explain to you why it's not ready. great work shop.

Someone rear-ended our 6 month old Subaru on CA-85, and we took it here for repairs on the recommendation of a coworker. Not only did they do a great job, Oscar patiently answered a TON of questions from me, showed me how they are working on current projects, kept me up to date, and put my mind at ease. 3 months later, and things look good so far.

I sent my 10year old totalled car here. They worked with me through the entire painful process (for them) of all the changes I wanted to make, and all the delays in aftermarket parts I was ordering, and they were really nice and helpful at every step.The final result was magnificent. The paint match was impeccable and the car looks (and drives) better than before the accident.When I arrived to inspect the car, the owner was outside doing touch up painting to the door dings (not part of the cost of the repair) because he wanted the car to look fantastic.I really couldn't be happier. The price was reasonable and the work was too notch.

I bought a brand new Tesla and few months later I was hit while parked and the door of my car was also dented with a golf ball. I got estimates from several body shops from San Carlos to Mountain View and United Collision was able to provide me with best pricing and service. My car was there for as long as they told me they will need it, when I picked up my car it looked again like a brand new car, all sensors worked perfectly even though they had to remove the bumper and side door. I recommend their body shop to any Tesla owner. In addition they connect me with the rental car which picked me up from their shop, truly great customer service!!Maggie Bourque

These guys are super knowledgeable and friendly and just take care of you when you need them. I brought my pretty banged up Land Rover there and they had me out of there in a week dealing with insurance and all the other little annoyances. They did an excellent job and we're super friendly and communicative.

United Collision has EXCEEDED my expectation and I m just grateful and thankful I found them! Oscar is a man of his word and I truly thank him for making my experience easy and stress-free! My car looks amazing and it s so clean and nice that I don t want to drive and get it dirty hahaha! The detail and care you ll receive at United Collision is 5 star customer service. I dealt with Oscar at this shop. Him and his crew went above and beyond to help me out. When I got my truck back, I was so satisfied at the attention to detail and great customer service. I highly recommend this outfit.

No better shop to repair your car. I've been using them for years to fix family everyday cars and expensive sports car. Their paint work is stellar and much better looking than the paint job from the factory. I would not go to anyone else.

Perfect service! Performed complex body repairs really well, even I can't say that my car was involved in collision by looking at it. Management kept me informed on the progress and provided options to choose from.
